Nathan sort of looked confused too. "What do you mean? Nothing's wrong. You brought me back home..." He tried to play it off as if really nothing was wrong, that everything was to go back to normal.... But ... It's as if... Nathan craved for that cold water again. Or some sense of thrill. The idea of dying... It suddenly didn't seem so scary now. "Garrat... You were the one that got me out of the water... Weren't you?" He asked beginning to switch trail of thoughts.

"The wolf was the one to rescue you," Garrat said, still quite confused. He thought Nathaniel had known that. "It's still strange even now, actually. I didn't expect it to jump after you." He would even dare say the idea was humorous. The subject change was welcome, though Garrat felt that he may have to watch the prince closely from now on. There was that odd feeling that he might lose him if he wasn't careful.

He groaned and flailed in his bed "ugh.... But why would a wolf risk his own fur to save me? Lone wolves are ...." Then an idea came to mind. It was a bad idea, but it was an idea none the less. He had to think of a way to get back to that meadow. But Garrat probably wasn't going to let him go anywhere.
A knock came to the door and it was none other than Nana again. The woman was nervously holding a pot of soup and she set it down on the table and made her way to the two boys, checking them over. Nana started pestering Nathan again to take some medicine in order to prevent him from getting any sicker. As usual, Nathan refused and hid under the covers. The nanny gave up and gave the cup to Garrat, "Maybe you can get him to listen then.." She sighed and left the room.

Garrat chuckled again at Nathaniel's childishness. "You will have to get out of there eventually," he said and teasingly moved the cup around the entrance to the bottom of the bed. Like a beast cornering its prey. "It's waiting for you." The smell of the medicine was horrid, to be sure, so it may be enough to force the prince out.

Nathan held his breath. The stuff wreaked from under there, but he buried his face in the mattress and groaned. "I'd rather suffocate than drink it again.." the foul memory of its tastes regurgitating in his mind as he called to Garrat. "Maybe you should give it Reynard, he might like it.." he called. Speaking of which, the little bird had been missing for quite awhile. He wondered where it could be.

"He's a bird. This might make him sick," Garrat said as he pushed the cup toward Nathaniel. "It's just a few seconds of bad taste, you know. Just drink it and put your nanny's mind at ease." Knowing Nathaniel, he would need a bit more incentive. "How about I show you a surprise if you drink?"

Nathan frowned as the sickly sweet was handed to him. At first, he would have just as easily thrown it away but then Garrat played his cruel trump card by playing Nathan's curiosity as his weakness. ". . . What kind of surprise?" He asked with a pouting lip, knowing that Garrat could very well be lying? "Would I like the surprise?" He asked suspiciously, the cup close to his lips.

"Will you?" Garrat said in response. "I'll let you know once you drink." Perhaps he should have thought more before making such a promise. He wasn't sure what would make Nathaniel extremely happy. Well, going outside might do the trick, but he couldn't do that. Another thought came to his mind. It was a bit risky, considering their relationship did not progress so much yet, but he'll give it a try.

Nathan pouted again as he reluctantly drank the horrid stuff. Garrat knew just how to play with Nathan's curiosity. He knew have to drink the goo anyway, but never because he'd want something out of it. Most of the time, Garrat wouldn't leave the prince alone until he drank it himself. And the knight's teasing response didn't help ease the boy's curious mind one bit.
So after the prince took the sweet concoction, the taste of honey was left in his mouth. To most, honey was more a added treat, but for the dark haired boy, having to drink it almost every single day of his life, he's grown an immunity to like the sticky syrup. He shuddered as he swallowed and looked to Garrat who was probably feeling rather pleased with himself to have conned the prince like this.

Garrat was indeed pleased with himself. "Well, I am a man of my word," he said and he gave Nathaniel a passionate kiss, though he was careful not to get too carried away. Probably not the best surprise, but it should do. Perhaps he should think of a better surprise for the next day. And the days after.

This hot kiss was the last thing the prince expected but he didn't reject it. It was a lot sexier than their first kiss. Garrat's lips tasted like a new thing though. The prince blushed but then smiled. He wondered if Garrat had kissed anyone else before himself. If he had, Nathaniel wouldn't mind so much as long as Garrat didn't kiss anyone else. He grinned a little in the kiss at the idea that maybe Garrat rushed their first kiss so he could have Nathan's virgin lips, although Garrat just doesn't seem like that type of man.
Nathan was really heated now, his face was red and his breath was hot. He broke the kiss and panted slightly after licking his lips. But still, he pouted a bit. "Garrat... Why are you so odd now?" He asked, knowing it'd only confuse his knight. Playfully, he flipped over and was now on top of the soldier with a soft but mischievous little grin. " why didn't you heat me up like this when we were at the lake?" He leaned down and experimented for a sensitive spot on Garrat's ear as he whispered, "would've saved you the trouble to get all the way back here.. Hehe.." He giggled softly.

Garrat had been slightly surprised at first, but found himself becoming a bit more bold. Just a bit. "Better late than never, I dare say," Garrat replied with a grin of his own. He himself was feeling the moment and was so tempted quench a growing fire, but decided against it. It was too soon. "Why are you so odd? You were such a child a moment ago."

Nathan's silky night gown was rustled and loose as it draped down to reveal the prince's glossy, warm, pale shoulders as he pushed himself up to stare a flustered little pout to his knight beneath him!
"Child?! Well, I think I've acted rather adult up until now.." He argued and cuddled and tossed playfully in his knight's bosom. "Well what do you prefer?"

Garrat laughed. "I think I prefer your adult side at the moment," he said. He proceeded to kiss Nathaniel's neck, running on the heat of the moment. Years of holding back were starting to demand release. Of course, Garrat still wanted to wait until it was certain that Nathaniel would be ready.

It tickled his neck to feel Garrat's lips on his neck. It was a little strange, however, these feelings Nathan was getting in his body were new and exciting. "Hehe, I've never even done these sort of things before... " he bit his lips and he move his hand with though the knight's hair. "Can I ask you something?" He asked with a friendly purr in his voice.
