Katastrophy Terrant *comes back with food and migraine medication* OK I feel better..I may need to shoot someone frustrating me right now, but that can wait. So the discussion at hand is the physics of everything that defies physics? fun. Ain't it great? xd I love physics!! I HATE physics >.< too much math. Oh, and to answer it honestly, a circular force of wind moving at that speed in nature would require serveral square miles. You're talking trop storm to a small hurricane here. Air needs a lot of space to build up a momentum like that.To defy it and push a small amount of air in a small area from 0-72 mph in the time needed to execute an attack? That's a LOT of energy. Ask Kat she can work that part out.

DragonMan Ren Err... No, Kell, I meant the RP system. You're breaking the jutsu down into levels, so I'm assuming there's a system. Nah I just made it up. The jutsu doesn't exactly have levels... Basically the faster the wind the more chakra I use. Each level has its own name as well, just to seem cool. Here's what I have so far... Character Description Ayatsuru Kaze (Wind Manipulation) - The most prized and defining feature of his family, this jutsu allows one to direct, increase, decrease, or completely cease the flow of air. While the power of this jutsu is certainly considerable, it is also highly versatile. The ability to manipulate this jutsu and the creativity with which it is employed are both highly prized skills within the Kazeninoru clan. A unique aspect of this jutsu is it’s seven levels, each consuming progressively more chakra in exchange for increased power. - Basic Manipulation: The first level of Ayatsuru Kaze is the true test of a Kazeninoru’s ability to employ the clans trademark jutsu. Only able to control winds of up to fourty miles per hour, it was originally meant for practical purposes rather than in combat. Able to manipulate the flow of air in an extremely wide radius around the user and self-regulating until the wind-nin either changes its direction or releases the jutsu, it certainly has the potential to become useful in combat. - Light Wind: The second level of the jutsu was the first designed for actual combat. Though the seventy two mile per hours winds this jutsu can generate are certainly a bit below what could be considered an offensive attack, the winds have many defensive properties. Normally swirling in fifteen foot radius sphere around the user, it generates winds equivalent to that of the jutsu’s first level in an area roughly double that of the sphere. Most obvious of this techniques defensive values is its ability to deflect most ranged attacks. Unless the users opponent is knowledgeable enough about the psychics of thrown weapons to compensate for the strong winds or their weapon is something simply to huge to be buffeted by the wind then the attack almost assured to fail. The winds are also powerful enough to impede the movement of other nin, while they can usually still move at their normal speed they must constantly compensate for the force of the wind, providing an annoying distraction.

Kellindel DragonMan Ren I hate dojo in this town. sweatdrop Planning on learning martial arts? I've been a martial artist for years. But I moved, and I want to train here in town. But all the schools I've found suck a**. And it's tricky, because the one I went to tonight, you really had to know your s**t to know that they suck, but if you do know, you can see that they really, really don't know how to fight. They're a school that's all about kata, with no practical side.
