well Drew, im Miya and this is Maire. its a pleasure to meet you.

*she nods slightly still looking at him, her hand still resting on her hip lightly. her eyes seemed to search him, not only physically, but she reached out telepathically, not affecting him in anyway, but simply gathering information about him and his past, at least as much as she could. this only lasted a few seconds before she took a seat once more next to maire*

*cringing slightly at the sound of the cracking bones, this was really the extent of the transformation's effect on her. relaxing slightly and reclining back on the grass, she motioned for him to continue where he left off*

you said there was a way we could help you...?

*Sitting outside all by himself did not bother him one iota......the fact that almost everything he touched broke bothered him. For almost a day he has been practicing his movements and magic but they still needed some work. It was easier for him to touch stuff and have them stay intact. His size was still a factor now and it needed to be corrected somehow. His size change wouldn't be permanant but it would be long enough to conversate with other people for a while. The harnessing of that power would come soon.....just not yet.*

*After sitting on the ground for a little while, he finally stands up and stretches. The skies above were dark now and the wind was cold. None of this really bothered him for life's simple things calmed him now. He then started to walk at a steady pace towards the main building of the guild.*

*It has been a while since Mairethil has returned to Emerald Glade. By the looks of it, everything was still in good condition. The homunculi at Malabrar occasionally come by here for basic maintenance and just to hang out amongst the trees of the glade. Mairethil scanned the area surrounding the main building for anything or anyone that may be lurking in the shadows. Noticing a nearby willow tree, Mairethil walks towards it and sits under its drooping branches. Spring had already arrived by the looks of it but he wasn't so sure....the weather and seasonal changes are different here than in many other places that he has been. So, for the time being, Mairethil just leaned up against the tree and immersed himself in his thoughts.*

*As thoughts about current events passed through his mind, a mental picture of a possible project popped up. Elves believe that they need to be in harmony with nature and that any disturbance, may it be death or the non-replacement of tree, could disrupt that balance. He thought to himself that more trees and plants wouldn't hurt anything as long as they were maintained. So, using a twig that was within arm's reach, Mairethil began to draw up plans for a new garden.*

*Mairethil realized after a few minutes that he should copy the drawings onto some parchment. Luckily, he had his journal in his jacket pocket along with a eraseable pen. Slowly and carefully, he began copying the picture drawn on the ground. As he was doing this he began writing some notes on what materials to use, how long it should take, and what would go into the garden. It seemed that this school had some very impressive gardens and another one would make a trip here wonderful for anybody....well, almost anybody.*

Quietly, Miya slipped back into Emerald Glade, shutting the door slowly so thta it made no noise. As strange as it seemed, she almost felt out of place, as if her extended absence had made her forget where her home really was. She looked upon the house as if it were the first time all over again, taking in the magnificent architecture and colors, a soft smile spreading across her lips.

She took a few soundless steps into the house, heading into the bedroom and looking at the furniture. From the looks of it, no one had been here in quite some time as she fell backwards onto the bed, curling into a ball as the soft sheets molded to her figure, creating a snug feeling. It was like this she remained for several moments before kicking her shoes off, telekinetically placing them neatly to the side of the door, and heading towards the bathroom, pulling her shirt off as she walked and letting it fall to the floor.

Inside the bathroom, she turned on the shower, waiting for the water to heat up, which didnt take on, and then undressed, stepping into the shower and drawing the sliding door closed. The steam from the water almost instantaneously fogged the glass up, her outline the only thing really visible. She stood in the water, letting it wash over her for a few moments, completely relaxing her.

After some time, she turned the water off, slid the glass door open a few inches and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around herself before stepping out, running her fingers through her wet hair. The mirrors were fogged, so she ran her hand across several times in order to see herself more clearly.

It was really remarkable how much her physical appearance had changed. Her eyes seemed less brilliant silver than they had always been, her skin a little more baggy, slight bags beginning to form under her eyes from years of sleep deprivation. Her face seemed less youthful as a whole, her wet hair falling into her face giving her an older apperance. She really didnt like what she saw, but then again, she could just be getting over conscience. She felt older, and thusly it seemed to be taking a toll on her in other aspects.

Shaking her head as she realized she was thinking these thoughts, things that never really mattered much to her, she walked out into the bedroom, letting the towel drop to the floor as she got dressed in a pair of sleeping shorts and a white tank top. Running her fingers through her hair before tossing it back over her shoulders, she took a seat on the bed, folding her hands in her lap, letting the silence of the house close in around her. At first, it was soothing, but after a few moments of it, something didnt seem right, like there was something amiss.

A crash was the first thing she heard, and immediately she was up, silently walking towards the door. Her feet fell silently against the floor, her steps cautious and slow, stepping on the balls of her feet and then gradually lowering her heel. She made sure to keep her back facing the wall, her eyes searching about the hallway in all directions as to what was making her senses flip out. "Easy Miya girl...your losing it," she thought to herself, pausing on the balcony to look down over the main entrance.

Not seeing anything, she turned to head back into her and Maire's room, only to find a fist heading directly for her face. In the blink of an eye she was in the middle of a backflip, grabbing the railing in the process and then dropping off the balcony, landing in a crouched position. She stood, shaking her hand as the impact had hurt her wrist slightly, turning quickly to look up and find her attacker. But to her suprise, there was no one, in fact, nothing up there, and no trace of anything to be seen. She no longer felt a presence of anything, just herself in the empty house.

She felt a small amout of blood trickle dow her cheek from the corner of her mouth, touching it with her fingers to observe the smooth red liquid. Had she not just fed, the mere sight of it would heve been enough to set her over the edge. Her eyes once again scanned the room before she slowly walked upstairs, back into her room and crawled into bed, falling into a restless sleep.

(( ok, im tired, so to be continued! dun dun dunnnn. i know...me with an actualy plot line...the wierdness only begins here my friends...xP ))

*After a long journey to various trading posts outside of the Eastern Tundra, Mairethil had finally made it back home. Home, such a wonderful word in his mind right now as he looked upon the impressive structure of Emerald Glade's main building. Kamahl had not been a very cooperative guy at first....considering that neither of them really got along in the first place. After some discussion with each other, they finally got over their differences and began on the project at hand. The golems at Malabrar were being "tweeked with" and were not finished...in fact they were far from finished. All of the materials needed for this new garden were at Malabrar along with a new supply of metal needed for the forge. Perfection takes time and hastiness is bad in the minds of those who take pride in their work. Mairethil expected that this project would take a while to complete but after it was done it would be worth it. The only thing that bothered him at the moment was the awkward silence that seemed to rule over the guild. This was quite odd because normally the place would have some sort of action.....ofcourse, tonight all that could be heard was the light gust of wind blowing by the leaves and the sounds of crickets. This harmonious symphony continued on as Mairethil began his strenuous task of completing this project.*
