Kai sighed and layed against the bars tiredly, "Riki...Don't lose patience...Pyrite is just...hurt...You can make him feel better...I know you can..." He yawned slightly and soon fell asleep, black hair falling delicately around his smooth face.
((sorry guyz!!! but I must go...stupid DST...g'night!!!))

Riki frowned and sat close to Kai, grabbing his hand and putting it around his own shoulders. "I'm not losing patience." he said, leaning against the other boy. "But there's no reason for him to be a jerk."

((Oh mein Gott!!! Es tut mir leid fur nicht schreiben!!! sweatdrop ))
Kai slowly opened his grey eyes and looked around. He had finally slept off his exhaustion from the previous weeks of watching over the sick boy. He smiled and looked down at Riki, noticing that he was laying against him and sleeping. He didn't make any sudden moves and stayed in that exact same spot so he wouldn't disturb the boy. He also noticed that his arm was around Riki's neck, so he left it there. It felt right holding the boy close to his side, as though they were meant for each other.

Still sleeping, Riki turned a bit and threw his arm around Kai's waist so he was closer to him. Then he mumbled something inaudible, a small smile on his face.

Kai was awake now, and he was smiling sweetly down at Riki. He pulled the boy close to him so now the boy's head was on his shoulder. He didn't catch what the boy said but that didn't matter to him right now. He just didn't want this moment to end...

Pyrite opened his eyes and looked up at the wider opened bars. He was tired of sitting there and doing nothing. He needed to get out. He looked over to the boys. He got up then took the rope from them. After wrapping the rope around his arm he started to climb up the bars. When he got to the top he tied the rope around one of the bars then looped it around the one next to it. He looked down then jumped down with the rope in his hand. He fell to the ground and then got up to look to see if it worked. It in fact did. The bar had shifted and allowed a bigger opening. He got up and did the same thing to the bar next to it and then finally theyre was a big enough hole to get out of. He grinned then climbed back up and started out of the hole. "Have fun sucking faces." He got through then jumped to the ground on the other side. "Im going home..."

Riki woke up when he heard the noises and sat up, rubbing his eyes. "What just happened?" he asked, a little disoriented. Then he saw Pyrite standing outside of the cage. "What.. how did you get out?" His eyes flashed with thoughts of escaping with Kai.

"I was tired of watching your failed attempts..." He pointed up at the opening he made. "It wasnt that hard..." He threw the rope in to the cage incase they needed it for something. "Its been a pleasure..." He paused. "I kid..." He turned and started away.

Riki bit his lip. "Um.. don't go. Wait for us! I know we might have made you feel bad, but we should still stick together!" He grabbed the rope and looked up at the bars, trying to figure out how to climb up to the opening.

Kai's grey eyes slowly opened and he looked at Riki curiously. He said tiredly, "So...did I miss anything, love?..." He smiled sweetly, he didn't notice the absence of Pyrite yet.

Riki raised an eyebrow and looked at Kai. "Um.. YEAH!" He pointed out the bars to where Pyrite was standing. Then he grabbed Kai's hands and pulled him up into a stand. Pointing at the bars on the top of the cage, he excitedly said, "I think he got out up there."

Kai laughed and looked up at the bars, "Hmm...Ok..." He moved towards them and laughed, "You may go first, Riki...You deserve freedom before I do..." He smiled sweetly and stepped to the side so the boy would have full access to the bars where Pyrite escaped.

Riki looked up and nodded slowly. "As long as you follow me." he said, a little unsure. Then he climbed up the bars with difficulty. When he got to the widened part at the top he squeezed out and slid down the sides of the cage. "I.. I did it!" he said excitedly. "Now it's your turn!"
