The Doctor finds you robbing someone, thinks you're an enemy, then finds out that you had noble intentions.

Definitely an alien. At first you would have good intentions, then something happens and you turn against the Doctor.

an ally from the past that traveled into the future to find and help the doctor, but at the same time uses the future technology to help yourself, hence the wickedly blue eyes.

Your a bounty hunter for some alien race and you find fugitives hiding on different planets, your connection to the doctor is that you bumped into him on one of your missions and you both have been doing each other favors after an thrilling and witty adventure.

You look like some kind of royality from a planet. The Doctor came to see history being made as you became the youngest person to get crowned, later that day you and him became friends and trys to help him out in whatever way as possible when he's on that planet.
