islanders_CO39 She swam out to him and tredded in the water before him, but didnt go out too far, stopping about 10 feet ahead of him, in fear she would get a cramp and drown. Kyo swam up to her and slowly pushed her back against the wall, and kissed her,"Its ok its not deep here."he treaded water in fornt of her still with his arms around her.

She was shocked by his sudden decision, but she didnt mind nonetheless and kept her back against the wall. Smiling softly she place her hands on his shoulders as he held her around the waist against the wall. Her eyes showed how much she loved him and all she could do was smile sweetly at him.

Smiling softly she place her hands on his shoulders as he held her around the waist against the wall. Her eyes showed how much she loved him and all she could do was smile sweetly at him. Kyo beamed back and her and playfully splashed water at her. he looked aorund and saw that everyone had gone back into the Inn, for what was probably an early supper or late lunch. He splashed water at Rin again playfully.

Giggling, she squirmed around splashing him back. Soon enough she was laughing hysterically and she pounced on him, pulling him beneath the water with her. Opening her eyes briefly beneath the water, she pressed her lips to his as they floated between the pools bottom and surface.

She laughed and purred against his lips as he did so, her arms wrapped around his neck, but not too tightly and she closed her eyes returning his kiss. This was one of the happiest days of her life, just as it had been when they were married and when the twins were born.

The ground was peaceful outside the hot springs. Though years and years ago there had been great battles fought over the territory. These weren't done by normal human beings, but demon-lords fighting for the land. Now many hundreds of years later the ground revealed nothing, the earth burying it's secrets. However the dead didn't always stay resting long. As a foul wind blew, a former battalion of demons rose again, but this time without their flesh. All that remained was there skeletons, which should have been destroyed long ago, but had been preserved by the volcanic bed which had led to the Hot springs. They rose soundlessly, as if another force created them. Though they were old, their bones seemed to be filled with vile magic.
There were about 36 skeletons in all, lined up perfectly. All they had left were their shields and swords, the rest was bone. 6 of the skeletons came together, forming a battering ram. One of the skeletons apparently the former captain, lurched forward followed by his battalion. A group of them prepared their ram, and smashed it into the wall, reavealing the hot springs with Rin and Kyo. The battering ram lay in pieces, but there was a large dent in the wall. The captain moved forward, and as he did so his eyes glowed. An un-naturally gravely voice emitted from the creature, saying "Kyo, of the underworld, join us or we will destroy all that is precious to you" the skeleton waited patiently for the response, not even raising it's sword, as commanded. There would be no attacks until a response was given. These orders were driven into it's head.

Kyo was about to open he mouth to speak to RIn, but the wall smashed down and skeletons stormed through the wall and spoke to him,'Kyo sneared at them and stood up right,"You do know who I am dont you? I am Prince Kyoshiro, heir to the throne of the netherworld. You owe me your allegiance in life, death and undead. You have 30 seconds to leae before I get angry..." he picks up his No Daichi, which has the royal seal on it as well as many notches from kyos battles.

She slipped out of the water onto solid ground, switching back to her kimono, her hair still thrown up into a bun loosely. Looking at the ones who had just intruded her eyes became frightened as she worried for her husband's safety. "K...Kyo?"
