Sumi scratched her head sheepishly. "Sorry Dragon Born. I'm a little forgetful sometimes," she said quietly. Still on guard despite the conversation break, Sumi saw Devoren's kick comingout of the corner of her eye. Devoren's assumptions about her movement opportunities would've been right, only he forgot that she could move down. Falling into a crouch, Devoren's kick cut harmlessly above her head. As soon as she could, she stood back up, and grabbed his leg, effectively holding him off balance.

As Sumi graps Devoren's leg, Dragon Born helps him keep his balance and sends a few orbs at Yumi's arms, legs and torso. "I think you neeed a reminderm," Dragon says as he throws Devoren into the air so he can attack Sumi head on.

Devoren stares blankly at the sky and questions why it is coming closer.
He then realizes that it was HIM who was getting closer to the sky.
"What just happened?..."
He looks below him and sees Dragon attack Sumi.
"Wow. They are fast. I didnt even see anything happen"

When Dragon Born threw Devoren in the air, Sumi quickly let go of his leg and held her hand out in front of her. A crystalline shield formed, effectively stopping most of the ice orbs in their tracks. One managed to slip by, clipping her left foot. She winced at the impact, but managed to regain her balance fairly quickly. Stepping nimbly around her barrier, Sumi ran the few steps to Dragon Born, aiming an ice-coated fist at his face. By changing to close combat, Sumi hoped to take away the advantage of his signature move.

Several of the Ice orbs that remained around Dragon Born's head. One gets hit by Sumi and the shards hit Dragon Born in the face. As the shards hit Dragon Born does a back flip. "A good defence is a good offence," Dragon Born says as his tail warps Sumi's arm. "Rememeber when we first spared, Sumi?" asked Dragon Born as the shards of ice triple in size and become part of his guanlets and claws.

Twilight regained her composure. She couldn't believe she didn't sense that at all. 'Good thing he didn't do any real damage. Just to be safe I should coat my body with ice'. Her body quick was layered with thin ice. After she was done her appearance didn't look any different like she never did anything to herself. "I guess this isn't play time anymore. Time to get serious" She cleared her mind and put all her senses in high alert.

Sumi struggled against Dragon Born's table for a moment before letting it hang loose. In her other hand, she created a wicked looking dagger, and stabbed with said dagger at his tail. "No..." she muttered. "It was so long ago, I can't really remember it." It was true: She had come to the guild over three years earlier, and while she remembered that at one point Dragon Born had been her apprentice instead of fellow master, she couldn't remember their first spar in particular.

Letting go of Sumi's hand with a little ice over the wound to stop it from bleeding, Dragon Born continued his flip letting is iced over claws go and send them flying toward her. "I am sad that you do not rememer," said Dragon Born and some tears fall and turn in to ice.

Sumi twirled to the side, her scarf fluttering in the wind. "I'm sorry. My memory isn't the best thing in the world," she apologized before sending a multitude of ice shards at Dragon Born.

As Sumi let loose her ice shards at Dragon Born, he quickly form a wall of ice obs. Before their could fully from a few shards made their target. The ice orbs and shards shattered and from a fine dust round Dragon Born as he walked over to Sumi and whispered in her ear.

(this is getting a bit...exotic-ish...XD)
Devoren FINALLY landed back on the ground.
He is seen with an ice bow in his left hand.
He instantly turns toward Sumi and smiles
"I didnt just stay up there in the sky and do nothing."
He points his index finger up and suddenly three ice arrows hurdles downward toward Sumi and Dragon.
You could hear the sound of whistling as they fly.

As Dragon Born hears some whistling, he turns, looks around and finds that three arrows. "Sumi dear, that plan has to wait," Dragon says as he form three orbs and lunching them at the arrows. "Its looks like we have the new first aprentice of the ice to deal with."
((Remember I was the first aprentice of the Ice. Since I became a master, I figured that Devoren was the next in line to become the first aprentice becuase he as been here just little after me.))
