Yes, it is a lovely name. When I first saw it the name of that singer Bjork (sp?) came to mind. I suppose they do look similar at first glance.

Harls Which randomly reminds me of those internet Gotham Girls cartoons...what was that episode, "Precious Birthstones?" Catwoman encountered a French-speaking girl in that one, and she kept saying, "Bijoux! Bijoux!" lol Yes, it was "Precious Birthstones." "I do not remember much French, but I am very sure that 'bijoux' means 'jewel'," or something like that.

It means "jewels" or "gems". "Mon bijou" is a common term of affection in France.

Fantasy Moon I went shopping tonight at Wal-Mart and bought a huge pink stuffed unicorn. 4laugh I was seduced by the cuteness... This plushie is like 2/3 as big as me! Last Easter, my boyfriend gave me this giant, purple, stuffed bunny rabbit. I still have no idea what to do with it. I hope you have a place for your unicorn. (Fear the cuteness!)

You know what the ironic thing is about the name change? There's a manga series titled "Les Bijoux".
Unicorns are awesome. I have a lot of those shoved in my room. @_@I actually have a lot of clutter. It doesn't help either that my granny keeps buying me Beanie Babies. I want to kill the darn things! I have like... 200 >.<*

I have a few Halloween beanie babies that my mother gave to me...I only like Sheets. The rest are going to be auctioned off on eBay for college money when I turn eighteen and can move out and do as I please without her authority in keeping them.

Finding a place might be a problem... I'll probably just end up keeping her on my bed. I've come to the conclusion that I am obsessed with the Dead or Alive series because I named her Ayane since she does have some purple, like a bow around the tail, hooves, inside her ears. whee

Cowabunga! I lived on the Turtles when I was a kid! Ooh, Shredder and Brain just scared the heck out of me. But Sensei was so cool, and the Turtles were always so awesome and funny and actiony! (Um....No boy relatives. I've just always been very in-touch with my animus, or something.)
I've always loved the weirdness of the Turtles. They live in a sewer in New York City, all have names of Italian artists and eat nothing but pizza, practice a Japanese martial art, and have a very West Coast US catchphrase. They're such motley mutants.

My favorite turtles moment of all time was from one of the live action movies...when Michaelangelo has a pizza delivered through the sewer manhole cover, and gives the address as three digits and a fraction...
