Argh... I hate computers. My internet has been in and out since Tuesday. Our hub stopped working and now my brother has been tearing apart my computer trying to figure out what is wrong. Well, really just switching network cards to see if it was actually the network card that was broke, the hub or my computer. Well turns out it was the hub, but now it is my compter. Up side, it seems I'll be getting a new computer (Hopefully...), down side? I lost all the information on my D drive, that was my big 'ol storage drive so I've lost over 10gigs of music and well over 1000 picture files. -_- God damnit I hate technology... But at the same time I can't bloody live with out it. *Twitch.*

Nothing. ): I'm a lowly freshman, which means I've had the last priority registration dates all year. That makes it difficult to put together a schedule that actually focuses on my possible majors (right now, I'm thinking English or psychology). I really wanted to take Psych 101 this quarter, but I had the worst time finding worthwhile courses that fit with psych. I ended up going with Astronomy 101 and Logic because they covered a few general education requirements and...well, they still had open spaces and fit in my schedule.

It rained all day and night with some pretty nasty storms pitched in yesterday. It was like the next Great Flood. My internet was off and on all day yesterday. All day I say!

Holy s**t this place has too many ******** stickies.
Anyhoo, time to rant.
Umm.. okay...so...ugh... I dunno what to say.
Hey Peter when are you coming home? Cause Saint John's having one of it's fantastic raves, consisting of 70 people or less, when cheesey lights and arrogant DJ's. You should seriously consider coming soon. It's on the 11 of June. Oh, and Garrett wants nothing to do with you, cause well, that's Garrett. So best not talk to him...:/ he's such a cold hearted wanker. Umm that's about it.. biggrin

Hmm. I'm kind of tired of people that, when you show them a song or picture or book or website, say in this dismissing way, "Oh, I saw that ages ago, that's so old". Like, I realize I'm probably guilty of that on occasion, but it just seems a bit rude. And like I said, it's very dismissive. It's kinda like "Oh yeah, I'm better than you because I found it first, I can't believe you're so behind the times"...meh. I dunno. gonk

Electronic Thread is seriously going down hill, all these nooblettes posting about blade trinity soundtracks and people saying "who are the basement jaxx?!" it's really dissapointing. It'll always come back though. I really likethis rant thread and the rave thread to go along, very cute.

Aside from all the morons in the class who will natter on and on to the teacher about their problems, failing to realise that its a class and they are a teacher, not a psychologists office... uhh... anyway, i went on a bit of a tangent there... -ahem- aside from all the morons, it informative and will tell you a lot about how people work and, why we do things the way we do. yours will be a little different then mine though. mine focused on aspects of psychology as used in media, manipulating people to buy things, that fun kind of evil stuff biggrin

I am taking psych right now. The reason that I have crappy courses is that no good courses would fit in a schedule with my psychology class. Essentially, I had two choices - get a decent schedule but not take Psych 101, or take Psych 101 and get an otherwise crappy schedule.
