'Tch. So much for your business,' Jay remarked, knowing eventually they'd have to spill to Alice. He saw the connections between how they acted towards each other, so they'd trust each other to know things.

After more ghosts kept poking him, Axel suddenly snapped his eyes open then stood up. Releasing fire around him to get the ghosts away from him, mostly to stop them from poking him. "GRrrrrAAAA!!" he yelled then settled down and made the flames disappear, scaring most of the ghost that were near him. "humph! darn pests." he said towards the ghosts, seeming slightly annoyed that he was dragged here. Speaking of being dragged here, he got a good look around. Axel was slightly confused why he was here in the first place, he saw the group in front of him though and twitched his tail, maybe they knew where he was? It looked like he was in some kind of mansion or business area. "Where am I? The business hotel or something?" he said as he looked around, his expression serious but showed that was confused. He would growl though when the ghosts tried to go near him, slightly puffing out smoke from his nose. It was away to tell people he was indeed pissed off.Alice was kinda surprised by this red hybrid reaction, she noticed the smoke coming out of his nose and guessed he must be part dragon. Maybe that was his way of showing that he wasn't happy. "It is a hotel and I'm the owner of this place. So yes, you are correct." she said with a small smile, her grey dull eyes kept it's gaze on him. "The so called 'pests' are my friends." she then frowned at him, seeming to be defending her ghost buddies.Light was slightly confused too but when the ghosts said they brought Alice a friend, he wondered if Alice really requested this in the first place. Axel didn't seem like a good guy though, he acted more like the 'stay away' kind of guy. Almost reminded him of someone similar.

Iblis watched as the guy woke up with a burst of flames to get the ghosts away from him. The flames got close to the others, but didn't reach them and weren't close enough to burn anyone. Iblis didn't like the look of this new guy and stayed quiet as he and Alice talked. Iblis looked over at Light with a faint look of concern about this new guy that the ghosts had brought.
The ghosts ran from the flames completely startled. "Yikes! He's awake! Run!" the ghosts yelled as they scattered. Some went into the attic to hide, others hid behind Alice.

'He he he,' Jay sniggered, snagging a little bit of the fire as it came past him, twirling it around for something to do. A hybrid, hm? Seeing as he managed to roar and cause fire, he guessed he was part dragon, part... something else.
He pulled his earphones on, but played his music quietly, so as to listen.

Axel looked at Alice slightly, seeing some ghosts hiding behind her and her cold but dull grey eyes on him. He heard her mention that he was correct on it being a hotel, although he could see it wasn't a normal hotel. If not the ghosts giving it away, it was also the creepy feel to this place. Just standing here kinda gave him chills but he didn't show it, he wasn't afraid of some ghosts or the owner of this place. He was afraid of nothing. Still it gave him a bad feeling about this place. Axel huffed and kept his fists to his sides, seeming to calm down a little more. "A hotel, huh? So I was brought here by some ghostly pests? For a moment, I thought some idiot was trying to steal something from me." He said then laughed heartily, smirking slightly and showing some of his sharp fangs. "I would of ripped that fool to pieces, although seeing that these ghosts were the cause. I guess I should thank them, I was at the moment in an annoying cop chase when they suddenly brought me here." he said with a big grin, sniggering silently. "I am indeed one of the most wanted criminals! I am just too famous for my own good." he joked and was still grinning, like it was no big deal.
Alice just sweat drops at this guys carelessness, seeming to not care that she or anyone else knows hes a criminal. she kept her dull gaze on him though, wondering why her friends brought a guy like this. Sure she use to be pretty bad herself, but did they expect her to be friends with him? Did they know he was a bad guy? Whatever the reason, her ghost friends seemed to like him. Probably because of his power and his attitude, it might be fun to bug this guy. Besides, she was sure she could over power him. "Well... since your here, I suggest you keep out of trouble and just relax at the hotel." she said calmly, not seeming bothered at all about him being a criminal or probably didn't believe him. Although Alice could tell by staring into his eyes, he wasn't lying and could see more hidden in his soul.
Light glared at Axel slightly, he didn't think being a criminal was funny. Keeping Iblis safe with him though, he knew the ghosts were up to something but Alice didn't seem happy. She just had that emotionless expression the whole time, although when he heard her invite him to stay. He was sorta speechless, did Alice think this guy was harmless?
Merry felt nervous by this new red stranger, his laugh even scared her. She let go of midnight though and the black cat just ran up to the new guy, jumping onto his shoulder and just relaxing there. Merry wondered if Midnight just trusted any stranger but ghosts, it almost seemed that way to her.
Axel looked at the black cat on his shoulder, glaring slightly at Midnight. "hey, I'm not some kind of new property for you to lay on cat..." he said in annoyance but Midnight didn't move from his shoulders, instead the cat started purring loudly. He raised an eye brow at the cat slightly and decided to just let it lay on him, sighing deeply in defeat. "I'm guessing this is your cat?" he said to Alice and saw her nod once, he looked at the cat's collar and reads it out loud. "Midnight...huh? not a bad name I guess." he then petted the cat's head gently.

Jay was a little concerned to hear about the new guy being a criminal, but otherwise he seemed fine. He yawned, bored, and sent a few tiny fireballs at the ghosts just to scare/annoy/kill/???/get them to do something. At least then he might have something to do. Not like the fire would kill anyone too, anyway.

Iblis listened to the conversation and was surprised that Alice let Axel stay. Was Alice really not threatened by this guy? Iblis wasn't sure, but she didn't like that he was going to hang around. Who knows what kind of trouble this guy could cause. Iblis saw Jay toss some fireballs at the remaining ghosts though and she smiled slightly in amusement at the ghosts reactions.
The ghosts were startled by the fireballs. "Ah! Fire!" one ghost cried. "Look out!" another ghost cried as they all scattered. Some of the ghosts just moved out of the way, and some of them fled to the attic.

With everything happening so suddenly around him, Wave was barely able to keep up with it all. What he did notice, however, was the sudden appearance of some new male by the name of Axel. So, a criminal hybrid was in their midst now... and Alice didn't seem fazed by it at all. In fact, she was even willing to let him stay here. What was she planning? More importantly, why did the ghosts bring this guy here? These questions, however, were superseded by a more immediate task. Turning his attention to Merry, he bent down to a knee and gently placed his hands upon her shoulders. "Merry, it might be a good idea if you headed back home now," he stated softly. "If these ghosts try something funny again, there's no guarantee that any of us would be unharmed. Not to mention that your friends and family are probably worried about you."

Merry looked slightly worried and unsure of leaving yet, although she knew Wave was right. She had to go home soon and it was getting late, she was just worried about Wave and everyone else. "Okay, just be careful mister Wave and make sure no one gets too badly injured." she said then looked towards Midnight, seeming slightly nervous about passing Axel to get to the exit. She stood still near Wave, just staring towards the red stranger but Axel was just keeping his attention on the cat.Light watched the ghosts reaction with the fire, the ghosts seemed to fear fire probably because it could burn down this hotel. Although this stranger seemed to control fire, maybe they didn't really fear it but enjoyed the element. Or maybe it was their way of having fun. Light didn't understand these weird ghosts at all. "These ghosts are really weird, if they hate fire... wouldn't they hate bringing this stranger here?" he whispered to Iblis, keeping his gaze on the ghosts.Alice smiled a little when Axel started giving her cat attention, she was about to go back to her desk when suddenly she started to wince in pain. She fell onto her knees and started holding her chest, coughing harshly like she was having trouble breathing. It only lasted for awhile and she started to take deep breathes slowly and breath out, trying to steady her breathing calmly. Some of the ghost near her, started to worrying like crazy. The others were just frozen in slight concern.
Axel heard and stopped petting Midnight to gaze over towards Alice with slight confusion, he didn't know why she started coughing and having trouble breathing. He guessed that maybe she had an illness though, it would explain why she started having trouble but still it was weird. She seemed fine before, maybe this mistress was hiding her true problems.

'I think they won't be attacking unless they're up for Hell on Earth,' Jay said to Wave, smirking a little as he saw them scatter. Good. Serves a few of them right.
He became a little concerned when Alice started having what looked like a heart attack, then an asthma attack. 'You OK, miss?' he asked, walking over to see if she was fine.

Iblis heard Light and shrugged her shoulders a little. "...I'm not sure... Maybe they are drawn to fire, even though it scares them? They seem to like this guy but also me as well and we both have fire...." Iblis whispered to Light. It was just a guess, but Iblis didn't have much time to think before she heard Alice having what she thought was a heart attack or something. Iblis looked over at Alice with slight concern. Judging from the ghosts' reactions to Alice, this was something serious. "...Alice..? You okay...?" Iblis asked, but didn't go to her. She figured that Alice needed space and if they all crowded around her, things might get worse.

Taking in Merry's response, Wave nodded softly toward and took a stand. For a moment, he waited before noticing that she wasn't moving, only to find the reason why a second later. Gently keeping his hands on her shoulders, he walked with her around this Axel guy and made their way to the front door. Upon reaching it, though, he turned his head when people began to ask Alice what was wrong. Blinking, he looked upon the female, seeing that she was taking some strangely deep breaths as ghosts surrounded her, though they looked... worried. Looking back to Merry, he then said, "Don't worry about it, Merry. I'll make sure that everyone is safe." In truth, he was pretty sure that he was the least powerful person in this room at the time, however it was because of this and his weird version of logic that told him he was fully capable of doing it.

Merry kept by Wave's side until they reached the door, she looked up at Wave and smiled a little but then frowned when she heard that Alice wasn't okay. She only glanced at Alice for a bit then looked up at Wave. Nodding slightly and replying with a 'okay...' quietly, she then started walking out the door and waving goodbye. "Bye-bye!" she said before she ran off towards the park, knowing her father would be there and her friends.
Alice started breathing normally and she stood up carefully, she looked at Jay and Iblis and nods slightly. "Yes... I'm fine..." she lied and walked behind the counter, getting her glass of water on the desk. She drank a little slowly each time but stopped to speak. "I just gotta take it easy..." she then went to the kitchen with her glass of water, getting some kind of medicine from her cabinet. Taking one out of the container and swallowing it, drinking down the last of the water from her glass.Axel looked at the ghosts slightly as they didn't follow her into the kitchen, he could tell they were worried. Maybe they thought of this strange woman as their master? He guessed maybe that was why they followed her around like lost souls, although what confused him more was what he sensed within Alice. It felt like her power was growing more when she started having trouble breathing, maybe this girl was a demon after all. He knows a lot about those beasts after all.Light was slightly concerned about Alice but if she says shes fine then, he'll try not to worry about it but still it might be something serious. Although seeing her head into the kitchen and saying she needs to take it easy, that kinda made him wonder if she was over working herself. "Do you think maybe, Alice has been over working herself? I don't see anyone else working here but her..." he said as he looked at Iblis.

Jay was concerned. Normally, he'd follow but technically they were only acquaintances at best, strangers at worst. Besides, the ghosts didn't seem to follow. Admittedly, taking it easy would be best, but... even though she had normal breathing again...
Just shut up, Jay. She'll be fine, hopefully.

Iblis watched Alice as she walked into the kitchen with her glass of water. Iblis heard Light and wondered if that was the cause, or something else. "Hmm... It's possible. The only other things in the hotel are the ghosts...but...something tells me that isn't the only reason..." Iblis replied to Light. Something wasn't right here, but Iblis couldn't put her finger on it.
