"I have no idea..." Kotaeru said. "Just... Yikes!" The light shone, blinding his one good eye, and causing him to stumble around unable to hear or see. Fortunatly he was standing between Mai and Yukino, blocking the light. "Rin! Rin, are you okay!?" he yelled. "I can't... Yukino... cover your ears. I"m retaliating." He said, blinking furiously. "Okay? Okay? Um... poke my shoulder once if 'yes' and twice if 'no'. I can't hear or see a dang thing...." he whined. "Oh god.... this is the worst day of my life... I could deal with being deaf and blind in one eye, but...." He placed his hands together and turned his head in the direction that he thought Yukino was.
Rin had mangaged to close her eyes in time, but spots were still floating in front of her eyes. She had lost the person she had been shadowing. "Dang it... Where..." She looked down below and spotted Kotaeru, making an all too farmiliar handsign. "God.... Warn me, why don't cha?" she moaned, and took some earplugs out of her weapons pouch, popping them in.
Deidara was also unhappy with his companion. Heleaped over to the roofshe was on, glaring so much that his eyebrows looked like they would touch the tip of his nose. "I'll kill you, when this is over, un!" he said, and bundled his hand into a fist, prepared to take his anger out on Tobi.

"Gah!" Tobi exclaimed, flaing his arms around frantically after he had uncovered his eyes. "I swear I didn't do it this time, Senpai!" He neglected to keep his voice down until now and then remebered what type of a position they were in. ~Oh crap... At least until now...~ He stood compleatly silent, disliking his partner's glare even more. If possible, it would probably be worse.

"Hey, now! Now they all know where we are, un!" Deidara said, glad to have someone to yell at with just cause. "Corperal punishment, un!" he said, smiling widely. Then he heard the noise behind him.
Rin yelped, when Deidara's head began to turn towards her, and made some hand-signs, making air the air around her shimmer to hide her position. 'I'm screwed, I'm screwed, I'm screwed...' she repeated over and over in her mind. She used her whisper tecnique again, this time for Yukino. "Could you try to tell Kota-kun that there are three of them up here, and theyr'e about to find me, so could you tell him that he should use that justsu RIGHT NOW?" she hissed, the chakra-manipulated wind delivering Rin's message right to Yukino's ears.

Tobi was destracted by his panic when Deidara looked behind himself. The young shinobi had a confused look beneath his mask, looking in the same direction as the artist was. "What's there, Deidara-Senpai?"

"Someone's watching us, un. Someone with some pretty twisted chakra. I doubt they can even use it, un. Even you could handle this one. Why don't you, Tobi-bozu?" he said, taunting.

"Sure! I will and I'll be right back, too." Tobi said, feeling where the unseen watcher was hiding. "All right... I think I got her." The shinobi then went in the direction where he thought Rin was and aimed a punch at her.

Distracted, Rin didn't notice Tobi until his punch connected with her face. "H-hey!" she whined, rubbing her cheek. "That really... hurt!" she said, and pulled out three Kunai, slashing them at Tobi.

Yukino covered her ears, following what Kotaeru told her.
"Freaking...thing..." she muttered. Feeling Kotaeru's chakura, she furiously grabbed his hand, pulling him towards her.
"What on earth is happening?" she nearly yelled, hoping Kotaeru will hear her.

Having been deaf all his life, he couldn't hear what Yukino was asking, but Kotaeru explained anyway. "I'm going to deafen them. At least temporarily." he said. "I don't have quite so much control as Rin over where the sound goes, but I can make it really loud. Try and warn Kabuto-senpai while I'm preparing, okay?" he said, and began to make the appropriate handsigns.

A flash of light on the rooftop showed Neko where Mai and Tobi were. She jumped on the roof in time to witness Tobi punching an Oto nin. Making sure her charka signature was still masked, she took the time to look for an easy enterance into the compound while everyone else was distracted. "...There's not much point in masking chakra at this point, but hopefully, the rest of the Akatsuki can distract the Oto nin."

((Unfortunatly (indeed) you're not the only one who can't quite follow anymore, Koku... They lost me at the point Mai did something... Right, reread is in order...))
Kyuna watched the sudden flash of light from afar 'Hmmm... Better not go that way, seems potentialy dangerous.' Kyuna crouched down and just watched for a second, running over her options when she noticed Neko taking advantage of the situation on the roof to get in using another way. Kyuna decided she'd just follow Neko. Standing up again she made sure her chakra signal was still masked properly- one can never be too sure- and she raced towards her fellow Akatsuki nin.

The rings seemed to warm to the fingers of all the Akatsuki. A cold darkness could be felt by each and evedry one of them, this that man knew. This man who was covered in the endless shadows of deciet and lunacy. This maddness that could not be overtaken by the sheer will of any of the parts of the Akatsuki. This was Taicho-sama, in the endless reaches of their minds. The ninjutsu and genjutsu hybrid placed upon their rings rattled the deep seeds in the bakc of their heads letting them know that the feed fbetween their minds and their somewhat sadistic leader was now open. Any ungaurded thoughts could be heard, and foolish remark would be dealt with.
"Akatsuki. You will continue you mission, but with a little more... stealth. Deidara-san, Itachi-san, Neko-san, and Tobi-san. You will be a squadren and eliminate Oto from the Country of the Rice Fields. The rest of you, return the the headquarters. I have a more pressing matter for you to deal with."
