Riki bit his lip, feeling guilty. "Sorry." he said softly, moving so he too could sit by the boy. At Kai's question Riki smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I swear I've asked your name, like, three times and I still don't know it!"

"Pyrite..." He muttered and looked away. "And you dont love me. You know me. You need to figure out the different there...Love is something shared between two people that want to spend the rest of their lives together and will die for one another. You two seem to have that. And it seems, if not for me, you two would be making love to each other, instead of worrying about me being here."

Kai smiled and hugged Pyrite tightly, "You are one strange little boy...It's because we love you that we worry about you!" He kept smiling and hugging the boy, hoping that he would cheer him up at least a little bit.

"I love you." Riki said, throwing his arms around them both. After a moment he moved back. "Just because I don't love you the same way I love Kai..." he looked at Kai with a smile. "...doesn't mean that I don't love you."

"Dont touch me..." He said quietly. "It only makes things worse." He narrowed his eyes in thought then sighed. "I understand now...youre giving me false pity love. Thats not the love I need...I need..." He just went quiet after.

Kai frowned and pulled away from Pyrite, "Sorry...for loving you..." His grey eyes focused on the floor and he sat next to the boy, pulling his knees close to his bare chest. He had never been rejected before...But there was a first time for everything.

"You dont love me so stop saying it!" He finally blurted out. "I dont want your fake love!" He wish he could get up and run from them but there was no where to run but in circles.

Riki frowned and shook his head. "We do love you!" he said. "And it's not fake. We love you, we care about you, and we want you to be less depressed!" Riki touched Pyrite's arm gently. "Why are you being so difficult?

Kai pulled his knees closer and remained silent. He didn't want to listen to who he should or shouldn't love anymore. He knew he loved both Riki and Pyrite but apparently his love wasn't wanted by one of them while the other one accepted his love with open arms and an open heart.

Kai sighed and said quietly, "You can love more than one person, Pyrite...If a person was limited to only one person to love...Life would be very boring...One person alone can't make someone's love life fulfilled completely..." With that, he went silent again.

Kai sighed again, "There's no one waiting for me outside of these bars either...The only people I love...are in here...So that is one of the good things about being stuck in here..." He went silent again, knowing that he couldn't change Pyrite's view of life.

Riki rolled his eyes. "Well, that's a load of bull." he said matter-of-factly. "It is possible to love someone without making out with them. But if that's what you need..." he leaned in and placed a small, quick kiss on Pyrite's cheek. "There. Are you happy now? And if you don;t have anyone else, then you should be happy that the only two people you know love you."

"...Youre both morons..." He said quietly. He didnt want to be mean to them but he was tired of them trying to make him feel better when nothing was going to work. He thought maybe they would just leave him along and forget about him if he started to act like an a**.
