"Agressive aren't we?" Ryu said as he dodged the desk easily. "Me too but I'm still young aren't I?" Ryu said still smiling at her. "You know, we can continue discussing forever and not get anywhere."

I'm younger than you are...or at least I look younger. Beside we would stop discussing if you would stay out of my business like I keep telling you to. She screamed the last part.

Antares decided to intervene. "Enough with the bickering, you two. We will discuss this later, right now it appears Xaix is waking up."
Xaix stirred slowly and opened his eyes. "...where...?" He sat up and looked at the others. "What....what happened?"

Ryu lauged at what Melody said. "I suppose I could do that but I don't wanna." Ryu said grinning. He was enjoying making her mad. She was acting like a diva, and he enjoyed teasing divas.

There Xiax is fine!! And he better stay that way.She said threateningly as lightning surged through her hands. She gets up and lets the chair fall behind her. Keep good care of Cronus, Xiax. she said under her breath before exiting the room with a slam.

Ryu turned to Antares. "Guess you are right. This isn't the right moment." Then he turned to Xaix that had woken up wet. Ryu wanted to laugh in the inside, but knew he shouldn't.
"Xaix, are you okay?" Ryu said looking at him.
Tasusa ran over to Xaix.
"Xaix, what happened to you? Are you okay?" Tasusa said as he looked at him. Then she turned to Mr. Archaona. "Sir, what happened to him?"

Xaix just watched Melody leave the room. He looked to Ryu and Antares in confusion, wodering what had just happened. "How did I...get here?"
Antares just looked at Xaix. "According to Mr Yamamoto, you passed out during your talk with Melody near the English classroom, he brought you back here."
Xaix nodded a 'thank you' at Ryu and looked at Tasusa. "I'm not quite sure what happened...but yes, I'm alright."
Antares turned his attention to Tasusa. "Well, if I were to guess, during his talk with Miss Rhapsody, the beast inside, dubbed Cronus by her, found a way to communicate with Xaix and do something that caused his fainting."

Tasusa's head was turning like crazy. So many questions.
"What's going to happen to 'Cronus'? Or more importantly, what's going to happened to Xaix? He can't keep him inside forever. Xaix will die!" Tasusa said with a voice full of frustration.

"Mr Yamamoto and I have found a way to safely separate the two beings from one another." He explained to Tasusa and Xaix about the portal, the technique Xaix needs to learn and the length of the process in terms of time.
Xaix just looked at him. "You mean, if I learn this technique and enter this portal, 'Cronus' will be removed from my body completely?"
Antares nodded. "Correct, although we then must find a way to track down Cronus and stop him once and for all."
Xaix turned to Tasusa. "It looks like it's the only way, what other choice do I have..." Xaix paused for a moment, he knew the situation was serious, but he had to ask. "Umm, can I ask something....why am I wet?"

Melody stood outside with her back to the wall thinking to herself. I don't want Xiax to die but I don't want them to kill Cronus...He used to be good and then he betrayed us...WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?! Without realizing it she had started to cry.

Ryu cracked up laughing as soon as Xaix asked that. His sides started to hurt.
"Huh?" Tasusa looked at Mr. Yamamoto awkwardly.
Did he get him wet?

Xaix looked at Ryu, just as confused as Tasusa was. He turned to Antares, who just shook his head.
"There's nothing to worry about, Mr Yamamoto here just decided to have a little fun in waking you up."
Xaix looked at Ryu again. "Ookaayy...anyway..." He turned back to Antares. "When do I start learning this technique you were talking about?"
Antares looked at Xaix. "As soon as possible, Mr Yamamoto will be the one teaching you, that is...assuming he can control his laughter."

Ryu stopped laughing at looked at Xaix. "Yea sorry about getting you wet. I will start teaching you the technique as soon as you seem ready for it. Also, Antares... I would like you to supervise while we practice." Ryu said with a serious voice.
There were risks to the techique, but not for Xaix but for Ryu. The technique could only be used by a demon. Xaix wasn't one, meaning that Ryu would need to pass some of his power to him, but it was a dangerous procedure. He wouldn't tell anyone. Not even Antares since this was for Xaix's sake.
"I'll go get a towel." Tasusa said as she left the room. She still felt strange being there, since what Melody had said about vampires. She didn't know what the others thought about her species.

Antares wasn't quite sure why he was needed to supervise, but he nodded. "Very well then. Xaix, whenever you're ready, just tell us and we will begin"
Xaix nodded. "Alright, I want to end this whole ordeal, no matter how difficult the path is." He said, determined to finally rid his body of Cronus and take control over his life.

Ryu turned to Antares with a stone face. "Thanks but...I'm afraid I must leave now. Please inform me when Xaix is ready. I...need to think for a while." Ryu said as he left the room.
He had to think what he would do or what could happen if he died in the procedure of passing on powers. Not all demons were capable of doing something as extremely painful and dangerous as that. The most usual result was death for the person passing on the powers. Ryu needed physical and mental preparation. He decided he should head to the waterfalls.
