Hasslar slithered forward toward the one making team arrangements.

"Placcccce me in front," he hissed menacingly, "My blade thirssstsss for their blood. I will fight." He hissed contentedly. Finally, action. It had taken the unleashing of these demons to spur them, but they were finally getting organized. He raised his arm and eagerly gripped the hilt of the sword that was strapped to his back. Soon... Soon...

Gabrielle had cast a sad look at the woman she loved when he had volunteered for the front lines. If anything were to happen to him... but they were both holy knights and their duty was to protect the kingdom before anything. She felt his gaze which warmed her mind, her heart...and her body.

The hissing of the snake dark knight prevented her mind from lingering any further on Dimitri's kiss. She wrote down his name and Dimitri with some hesitation. Then she decided to put Dimitri with the two knights which seemed less experienced and Hasslar with Vinas and Raigon who looked older. She knew age was just a question of perspective but she was trying to do the teams as balanced as she could.

As Reco spoke to her, she shook her head. "I think we should first complete the team. I know this is ...taking longer than we would want to." She looked up at the man...skeleton who brought a chill to her bones. "Please do wait. I am sure of your skills, however I do not want to take any risk." Not after all the trouble we had gathering so many knights from different factions. she mentally thought.

The dark Holy Knight turned towards the ones who had not spoken. "Please do hurry and let me know which team would fit your skills better."

Stepping forward to take control of the situation, the dawn captain smirks faintly. "Well, we have to have a leader on the front lines, and since Jin's no fighter, I'll volunteer myself." she steps forward, looking over what the two Holy Knights had started up. "First things first, we need a battle plan...." she picks up another stick lying around, scratching symbols in the dirt for each team. "We need to split them up. They should be a lot easier to take down if they're not together. The two ftank squads can split them up, leading them to an ambush of the stealth squads. If that's not enough, the stealth teams need to book, and work more on long distance and surprise attacks. The medical team needs to set up a base about halfway in between the two ambush areas, where we should be able to keep them and gain the advantage. But if the medical team isn't moving, then we'll need members of the stealth team to get the injured there, as we can't afford to have another 'tank' missing in action."
Glancing around the small group, she examines each of those present. "It's important to consider your skills before you choose what team. We don't need a healer on the front lines, and we can't afford to leave raw force behind. Now speak up, we don't have time to lose."

Saul had carefully kept silent throughout his neice's interaction with the dark knight, he understood her desire to be diplomatic, but he didn't trust his tongue to understand as well. He hated the dark knights with every breath, with every thought. He couldn't forgive them for the things they had done, though he felt some measure of pride in Nina for acting with a level head. His pride swelled as she took charge and laid out her strategy. As she resumed her placer at his side, he laid a calloused hand on her shoulder, hoping to comfort her somewhat. Squeezing lightly, he nodded once.

"A good plan young one. Simple, to the point." He beamed a white toothed smile at her. "You do us a credit, as I have come to expect." Then raising his voice and adressing those gathered, "I will take my place in the front, where my strong arm and sword can best be used."

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Vergil listened with its face fixed into the odd smile that represented contemplation for the puppet. To be honest it'd never been much of a fighter, even when it'd joined the Dawn Striders. The idea of standing amongst the front lines was well out of the question, and as a puppet it barely even understood the concept of injury, despite living with one of the best healers around. Nodding its agreement, tactically with the young woman who'd spoken up, Vergil looked to Anlu for confirmation.

"Vergil will work with a tactical group!" It called out, preferring to remain sneaky and strike quickly than to do anything else.

Nina couldn't help but smile at her uncle, as her mind sighed in realief. It was always good to have uncle Saul's approval. "Thank you, uncle. I try to do what I can to be of use to others." She was not surprised when he called out to join a team on the front lines. Placing herhand on his, she smiled up at him again before adding to the list. "I will also join the front lines." I know nothing of healing besides the basics and that'll be handy on the front anyways. Sneaking wasn't something she did well either... so fighting it was. Nina, however, felt a little intimidated when the Captain of the Dawn took over what she and Gabrielle were doing. Did she not do well enough? Concern filled her again.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anlu smiled at Vergil and his enthusiasm. "You'd be quite good at it, too." If he wanted to help, who was she to deny him. She still though of him as a person, though he though of himself as a possession. She was glad he dididn't think of going on the front lines. That most likely meant fire, and that was always bad. Still smiling at her favorite puppet, she lightly brushed a leaf off of his cloak. "Just be careful, and don't get too close to the front lines when transporting the injured. And always remember... strike when and where they least expect it..."

Vinas sat down and began his prayers, in the battle, there would be no time until all lives were lost, so he wished to start now, chanting low under his breath, he recited prayers of strength, prayers of wisdom and prayers of safety for his friends, he continued down his list of what he needed to safeguard.
----------
Sitting in shade, He observed the milling about, questioning of how and where to go, then it struck him with an idea, it's unlikely there is another person around whose body would beable to run back and forth through all the battles and battle fields, He could be a messenger liaison he approached the Holy knight and spoke in a soft tone "Lady Gabrielle," he said forgetting no one knew who he was "I would like to be a messenger between the forces." he finished hoping she wouldn't notice he knew her name with out ever asking.

Gabrielle felt a little tense as the Dawn Captain stepped it. She had ignored her and now she was giving advise and speaking as if they were all children. Swallowing her annoyance she listened to Fornicatus. Her battle plan was simple and smart. Gabrielle liked it.
"The scout teams can act first as lure then as messenger between the tank and the healing teams."
She was mentally trying to think as to where it would be better to lure the twins and set up the medic camp. They all new the lands of the Knights of Valor kingdom for they had wandered and wandered again, they should use it to their advantage.
"Any idea, where exactly should we lure them?" she asked the group in general and the captain in particular. "We need to find somewhere where they would be trapped as much as possible..." she added.

She then went back to the list and added Vergil, Saul and Nina. She swapped people around in order to have tank teams as balanced as possible despite the higher number of holy knights in those teams. Her problem was that she could see only one scout team completed. Some of the knights present were remaining silent.
If they wanted to split the twins, they needed two strong scout teams...or they would have to split the current team.

When the cloaked man spoke to her using her name, the tone sounded familiar. Had she met that knight? She wasn't sure. "And your name is?" she asked trying to look through the cloak, her stick ready to write in the sand.

"My name has been changed alot in my time, but to you I can confide, that my name is.." He hesitated for a moment "Arenger." He finished, looking at the knight from behind his concealing gauze "When the sun goes down or mine shows up, maybe then I can take this get up off..." He mumbled to himself, beginning to become irritated by the scratchy fabric that rubbed his face, he stood there, waiting to see if the lady would see through his guise and guile.

Heavy hoof prints could be heard off in the distance at a hurried gallop. Before any alarm could be raised the source of the sound could be heard. On a large black stallion that was hammering along the shore line towards the group. The rider was a larger man dressed in dominantly dark colors. On his back was an axe and on the horses side hung the sheath holding a scimitar of sorts. All that really could be seen was the man's form since every other aspect of his body was covered. Once he was closer though he dismounted from the prideful horse landing soundlessly on his feet. His garments were black with hints of crimson lining. His boots were tipped in silver as was the ornamentation on his belt as hell as the buckle. Around his head was wrapped a raven cloth leaving only his amber eyes to be seen to prove that he was at least human. He took the group in scanning them with his hawk like eyes. Searching for a familiar face. There was one in particular he was hoping to find though any familiar face would have made the large man feel welcome in a land of soldiers.

{.....'Kay.}
Moving through the crowd at the sound of the hoofbeats in the distance, the captain of the Dawn readies herself, sword almost appearing in her hand, it was drawn so quickley. As the man dismounted, the woman visibly relaxes, stepping forward to prod the man's chest lightly with her sword. "And what brings you here, my good sir?" she asks, unable to help the small smirk forming at her lips. Standing straight, she sheathes her sword. "You really ought to be more careful, Mister Blackheart. If I hadn't recognized your aura in time, I would have impaled you and taken your horse." she tells him rather matter-of-factly, leaning back on her heels. "You look like some sort of demon or something. It's almost frightening." she grins faintly, having turned her back on the unfamiliar knights. Her grin fades to a subtle smirk as she turns back, standing so she could see both the new arrival and the rest of the group. Crossing her arms, the Dawn captain settles back into her more relaxed demeanor.

There was a slight laugh beneath the fabric and then Nemo started to remove the cloth wrapped around his head. Very little had changed about Nemo though his wealth had increased drastically thanks to the deals he had made with the Dawn, "As warm a welcome as ever Miss Fornicatus, Can't I just be taking time to visit some dear friends?" The question was rhetorical of course. Nemo locked onto a few minds and soon found out what the devil was going on, "Besides it might be safer to seem like a demon than a man right now." He patted his horse gently with a caring smile.

Anlu has been lsitening to the others and their placements. The stealth groups were lacking, the tanks were pretty much full.. the medics, however, were in deep trouble. There was only two of them! Not including a leader or first ranks that possibly had no medical skills anyways. Rubbing her forhead slightly, she muttered under her breath, not a clue that the father of the one she spoke about was close by. "I wish Abrien was here. We'd make a good medic team, no problem... " If there werent any more people to be healers, she'd have to work double or triple what she normally could. That would be tiring, but it wasn't liek she hadn't done it before.

Hearing in the distance the sound of hoofs, she turned her head to see, or try to, what or who was comming up to the group. A little interaction between the bnlack clothed man and the Captain easily informed her who the man was. Completely forgetting about Puck still by her, she darted off and almost tackled the man, though she was sure he had good enough footing and balance to stay in place as she hugged him. "Nemo!"
