Ash took Fauve's hand, smiling. I'm sorry... I was a little mad before... It wasn't you, really, I was mad at everybody for being so mean after they found us. I just didn't like you leaving without me... I don't ever wanna lose you.

Haisyn sighed and let her head roll back to rest on the back of the chair she was sitting in. "He's been gone since last night. I didn't really realize it until sometime this morning because of what was going on with the girls. I should have noticed, he's not the type to miss a party, especially one that's got mostly women attending..." She sat up and crossed her arms over her knees. "I know he can take care of himself in moderate situations, but some of the stuff out here... We probably need to go look for HIM now." She covered her face with her palm for a moment, seemingly embarrassed. "I get frustrated with him and sometimes I'm not sure I really want him around... but I miss him now and I'm worried. I guess I need my brother whether I like it or not."

She stood and grabbed her weapon, and then handed Ash her wakizashi. "We'll go start that perimeter check from earlier, and if we happen to find his trail, we'll go track him down and beat him for leaving without saying anything, a'ight?"

Do I gotta get leashed again? Ash frowned at the rope still dangling from her wrist. I'm NOT gonna run off...

"I guess not. This'll be your chance to prove that I can trust you again, alright?"

She nodded. I'll prove it, you'll see.

Haisyn turned to Merci. "You gonna need anything before we go?"

Haisyn nodded and headed out the door. "You girls wanna call the boys and let them know we're going now?"

Ash stuffed the wakizashi through the belt she borrowed from Haisyn and shrugged. Hey Gali, Kasai, we're gonna head out now if you wanna join us still.

Even as Ashy started to reply she started to feel a little light headed. She had been stressed out by her sister's disappearing, and figured the strange feeling was relief. Until the world seemed to blur in front of her and her legs gave out. She fell to the floor, her body taking on a strange pink and gold glow as it started to shift.

Unconscious she lay on the floor, a teenager once more.

Ice suggested a one room school house type thing. I think that would work well for our needs now. If you want we could put huge shutter type windows on it so they can be opened in the summer and the kids can see out. Then in the winter they can be closed to allow warmth well working.

Teaching them is going to be the hard part. If we do use Mycroft we need to figure out how they will talk to him. I liked Pam' idea of setting them up to him via a computer network. What I am worried about with that is where are the computers going to come from. I have about three completed computers in my things, one belongs to Kasai and the other is my personal.

*sighs* Do you have any ideas?

*kicks at the dirt and hopes that Fauve isn't getting chewed out too badly*

Haisyn stood up and grabbed Fauve's flailing hands. "Fauve! Listen. You can help Merci check out the perimeter. Make sure it's going to be safe while your sister is sleeping. I don't think she's going to wake up for a little while, probably not until after you get done and come back. We can all maybe cook something special for her to eat when she wakes up later, and you can get cleaned up before then too. I can... feel it. She's not waking up for a couple of hours atleast. She can't protect you right now, so you need to protect her. And you have to look after Merci, too, don't forget that. You know how clumsy she can be." She winked slightly at Merci, hoping that might help with the situation somewhat. And it was all true, really, so it didn't hurt to say it.

Haisyn smiled at Fauve. "Cheer up kiddo. You can pay your sister back some for looking out for you now. I know she'll appreciate it when she wakes up." She squeezed Fauve's hands once comfortingly and turned to Merci.

"As for Verran... well, any abnormal trails, boot prints - I doubt any of the girls have boots with mini-cleats on the bottom, especially that size - and... a really odd 'buzz' in the air. Fauve would probably pick it up more than you would if you passed it, I think the ki-," she glanced at Ash and changed descriptions mid word, "masks are more sensitive to that sort of thing. Verran is what we call a 'Battery' back home. He produces a lot more energy than he uses up, especially since he doesn't really have powers the way I do. When he hasn't been using it for a while it has a tendency to leave a bit of a trail, sort of a staticy feeling in the air..."

She shrugged, looking slightly baffled. "It's really hard to explain..."

Merci nodded and grinned a little bit "Alright commander Fierra... I'll return with recon reports and hopefully news of the Fierra gone AWOL" Merci mock saluted as well as she could with Fauve in her arms.

Fauve looked up and arched a brow.... did her guardian really have a sense of humor? She thought so at first, but she'd always been so wrapped up in everything... and.. then she was injured... then worried.. This was really the first time Fauve had seen Merci semi relaxed. She had to admit she liked it better then the tightly wound version

Merci turned on her heel and looked down at Fauve "You can tell the boys if they want to help that I'll be starting out behind Ice's place and working my way from there. We're going to need to take some measurements, leave room for expansion should we need it...." Merci seemed lost in her own thoughts as she walked, mask girl cradled in her arms safely.

Fauve rolled her eyes to the sky and called out for the boys 'Kasai? I don't know who else she means by boys, but Merci says that she's going to start checking the perimeter behind Ice and Io's house. If you want to come with us then you can meet us there.'
