Nariko held back a hiss though she steped away from Larissa, there was no way she was geting wet."I think I perfered the collar and the pirson."she said detesting the wet substance.

"Ah yeah hello vampire, I don't need water."Nariko said dully. Okay so maybe blood was another wet substance and could only be made with water, but so what. Plain stgith up water was just not agreeing with her."Besides not only can I not swim, but trying to get myself dry after words is impossible."she said. Though even with her hate of water Nariko toke showers daily, though much like her brothewr who was a cat demon she detested showers and baths. Water was just not her thing.

"Whatever; I'm going back in," the girl stated dismissively. She wouldn't let Nariko's dislike of water stop her from enjoying herself. Larissa pivoted and ran back into the ocean.

Hari watched the two girls from his place on the beach, not bothering to get up just yet. It seemed that while Larissa loved the water, the other girl hated it. The warm sun seemed to have dried the man's skin for the most part, only his hair remaining damp. "Aren't you even going to try to learn to swim?" the man asked the fox.

The fox girl looked over at Hari."After nearly drowning only a day or so before comeing here?"the fox girl asked him back, yeah playing chicken had sounded like fun butnno Fang had to save her. Why couldn't they have Fang instead of Claw?"Besides It's not like I'm some dog demon that can swim with ease, I'm a fox. We only swim when needed to get out of a dangerous situation."

"Does it really matter?" the man asked, "Don't you think it would be more fun to learn how to swim rather than live in fear of the water? Ev- Most everyone doesn't know how to swim at one point in their lives. That doesn't stop them from learning though."

Hari laughed a bit at the girl. "The water doesn't just drop off anywhere near here. You can stay at the edge if you wanted to feel the water. Besides, wouldn't you trust your instructor to not let you drown?"

"I'll teach you if it's not a problem," the man spoke though he didn't seem to be making a large movement to stand up quite yet. If the girl didn't want to be taught then it would be a waste of energy to stand up and then sit back down.

"Ah we'll go get you something," the man spoke before standing and calling out to Larissa, "Hey! We're going to get something for your friend to wear! Are you gonna be alright by yourself?" He didn't want to just leave her alone without letting her know where they were going. If Mickey was around then he could leave the girl with her without having to say where he was going, but that wasn't the case.
