Pheaura rolled her eyes "I would give up my wings if i could take back how awful i was." Pheaura smiled at Kira, "i know, its a little scary at first, but everyone here is so lovable."

She remembered what Kira had said, prepared another mug of cocoa, and handed it to her. "If we all were less scary looking we could probably join a circus. I know we are different, but we can not help it. And we wont hurt you, so just try your best to calm down and take it all in." She walked back to lean against a counter and watch everyone some more.

"If it makes a difference, I have a bit of skill in auto repair. Can't do anything beyond put it back together with the right parts though, and I'm not very good at figuring out whats wrong either." Judging by the setting of Kira's displeasure he instinctively took her mug from her and made up a large batch of hot cocoa before returning it to her full again. "Calm down, no one here is out to get you."

"Well we dont know whats wrong with it either. And Johnavon cant do anything to get it going with his-" From there she looked up to her protector curious if she had something wrong in the confusion. His face held an almost pained expression letting her know that it was a bit of a mistake.
"I couldn't repair it either. Im no mechanic and shouldnt stay out of the sun for to long.

Aura laughed. "Good luck getting parts Saradin."
Eclipse was trotting around the kitchen, sniffing everyone and nosing into everyone's business, from time to time returning to Saradin in search of handouts. He kept his wings in tight so as not to catch feathers upon anyone and yank them.

Finally giving up, Kasis walked over to Saradin and sat down in a corner of cupboards. He was feeling lathargeic again and wanted to sleep in the warm room, but the smell of fish kept him awake and his will power to stay awake was just as strong as his hunger.

"Indeed. Parts won't be in easy access here will they? Though I could leave and go get some myself." From the countertop to the table came a fish dish that might have been something along the lines of fried salmon and got deposited in front of Kasis while weaving through the group that occupied the kitchen. "Been stuck here for to long as it is."

Raising one eyebrow at that little bit of information, she decided not to comment. "So we live out in the middle of no where, it is peaceful, usually. And Saradin can I have some fish too?" The smell of Kasis' fish had finally gotten to her as she eyed him, "Or I could just steal some of yours."

Thanking Saradin gratefully, he bowed his multiple times. The fish smelled wonderful and made his mouth drool. He took in a few more sniffs before indulging himself. Reaching into a drawer of silverware he brought out a fork and carefully cut a piece of the fish and stuck it in his mouth. At first it was so hot that he spit it back out onto the plate, careful to be neat, and once it cooled off popped it back into his mouth. The flavors rushed his taste buds and is heart melted (as did his tongue since it was still hot.)
"You're soooo awesome Saradin!" Bastet's comment didn't even reach his ears as he took another bite.

Somehow managing to take offense to Pheaura's statemnet maybe it was the fact that she was an angel maybe because she had hit the fact that he couldnt protect her himself but it was enough. "We dont need anyone to protect her. Thats why Im here. Come on Kira its to cramped in here." Johnavon had turned to leave before he even finished his sentence and waited for Kira outside.
"I'm sorry for him everyone. Johnny has some troubles. Well I guess I'll see you all later."
Out in the hall they discussed quietly and calmly the state of the strange place they found themselves in.
"Well theres no phone so we cant leave very soon-"

Bastet went over to Kasis and sat down beside him with some cheese cake on a plate. "Want to help a fellow fish lover out and trade some cheese cake for some fish?" She offered the plate to him as she eyed his own.

Kasis looked at the cheesecake. He had never actually had cheesecake, but everyone in the city when he visited seemed to adore it. Maybe it would be good? Maybe it would be bad... he didn't know but he was glad to see Bastet. But since his stomach was hungry he looked over at her and gave her a sorry look.
"Sorry, this is mine."
