Eclipse shook his head and his eyes held a look of shock. "That's feigned innocence! I can't believe you would actually consider hitting me with a stick! You're supposed to be on my side Kitty!"

"Cry baby." She cuffed Eclipse softly on the back of the head. "Conscious and able to be coherent and be able to move."

"There it is again. And you plan on beating her THAT badly? Gods' sakes woman. Those are rather severe injuries that half to be caused."

"Actually you don't know that. As far as we know it's either drawn blood or broken bones that we share the pain and bleeding for."

"So now you're on her side and in a way telling her to test the beat with a stick to find out theory?"

"I never said that."

Aura and Eclipse both looked at each other and blinked then both rolled there eyes at each other. "Stop copying me!"

She sighed and took up Bastet's style of sitting the the chair. "Mutt."

Eclipse laid down in the floor. "Thief." He crossed his front paws and pricked his ears towards Bastet. "For the good of us all I believe it is a good idea not to intrigue you, especially when you have hold of a stick."

Aura laughed from her place in the chair while she was busy running her fingers along the feather she held in hr hands. "It does intrigue me."

"But your left back claws are digging in slightly." He made an annoyed noise as her pawing him around and then sitting on her. He pawed up at Bastet with a clink of double gold bangles around his paw in a semi distracting manner.

"I suppose so. I wasn't around cats much when I was younger but I suppose it's been infused into our blood to love the little creatures."

"If I didn't know better, I'd say you were upset that I'm not a feline. But I do, besides you all liked dogs too, otherwise the breed wouldn't be named 'Pharaoh Hounds'."

"Jealous." She said it in a sing song voice, seemed Bastet's playfulness was infectious.

"That's a lie Sphinx, they don't give you anything. Believe me, they way I was treated by my parent, I would definitely know." She chuckled and slipped from the chair to sit on the floor next to the both of them. Aura reached a hand to Eclipse's captured paw and unsnapped one bangle, removing it, and snapping it back around Bastet's own wrist. "So have one. I plan on finding those other two soon enough anyway."

"Good for me, less clinking."

Aura laughed actually. "I wouldn't be surprised if he did..." She shook her head. "Anyway. These stones project three colors. You've seen how they work, touch something a strands seem to leap from it and wrap around what it touches. If the threads are gold in color, then it's detecting a pure, or "good" if you will, soul. If they fade black then it's an evil one that can only feel hate. And if it's red..." She though for a moment on how to describe that one, "someone who has...dark blood if you will, or a tainted soul, for example like a vampire, like Vincent, but aren't truly evil. Also as you've seen with Jaxom, it has the ability to capture and contain, no matter the size, of that which is purely a soul or has none of its own."

From under Bastet Eclipse chucked and gave his wings a soft flap. "Useful little pieces of rock aren't they?"

Door by door Kira walked through the hall admiring the building. At the end of the hall she connected into the main hall again overhearing the voices of two women there. "Hello?" Kira head in their direction calling out to them wishing to introduce herself.
