Rogers/Fury in '08! ^_^
The punisher, while awesome, has no place in politics. His job is on the streets putting crime syndicates in the grave.

I'm going to go ahead and agree on the Punisher point, but not on the Nick Fury point. Too much military back ground. besides Fury is the only guy in the world qualified to lead S.H.I.E.L.D., I'd recommend Rogers/Stark or perhaps even... dare I say? Rogers/Xavier?
