A strong pain started in josh's stomach but sheer anger quelled the sensation. He gripped his bow and his sword and looked on towards the two combatants.

As the wind that was deflected and was relentlessly ' bouncing' everywhere. All of a sudden the wind settled down and the hitokiri stood there preparing another assault from the Mittsu Fusenmei Hirameki Hoi- ru Tansen Kamae ( Three Blur Flash Vacuum Edge Style) , but he decided to take a little more strategic approach and combined three Mittsu Ken Odori and two Mittsu Fusenmei Kanadzuchi ( three blur hammers). He launched a assault that came from the ground then to the air and the first was the Mittsu Ken Odori that caused the barrage of slashs with the invisible shockwave, but the barrage came from three seperate directions and each of the barrage of slashs made Rayne go in many different directions causing multiple images of himself that flowed like a river. The total of slashs that were in the barrages were about nine and three in each of them.

Next was Rayne leaping into the air traveling with great speed and started cutting the air itself as though he was shaping it , but he was really actually causing immense force of air to pummel down on the general before he landed onto the ground. The powerful force of the air that was coming down onto the general was acting like a hammer and it was a two single strokes that causes shockwaves as well. The first stroke came from the sky and the second one was coming from the right again.

Arrode took the offensive. She leaped up in the air, brandishing her twin swords of lightning. She knew the air force would strike her soon and acted quickly. The ground forces rampaged below her. They would have turned her into a dead person had she not dodged that one. As she expected, the hammer brought itself down upon her. Instinctively she blocked and the momentum pushed her downward. Arrode pushed against the force with her blades, causing her to touch down on the ground before the hammer did. This gave her time to somersault forward just as the hammer summoned its wrath upon the grass and dirt where she was standing a moment ago. She backflipped and twisted, aiming a tornado attack at Rayne's neck.

Arrode forced her swords together to merged them into one. The electrons reconfigured themselves and hardened, reinforcing the enlargened frame. An intense light flashed and nearly blinded him. As the light subsided, it revealed a new weapon, a larger sword, crackling with energy. Several arcs of elecricity playfully jolted across its surface. Like a baseball bat, she swung at the hammer and knocked it away.

"You are one tough match!" she yelled at him. "I am honored to duel with you!" Her sword split into the two Twin Swords of Lightning and she calmly held them at her sides. "My name is Arrode, the Shining! I challenge you to a hand-to-hand match!"

Resting her head against his shoulder, she continued rocking their son in her arms as he giggled and one of his tiny hands clutched Rin's kimono. She arched her back slightly to stretch, but she noticably winced in pain and her hand went to her stomach where she had stitches and she remembered the delivery of the two. She didnt know if Kyo could see the pain in her eyes or not, but she tried to ignore it. "I....I'm a little hungry...and I know the twins need to be fed as well..." The nervousness shown in her voice, as she didnt know if Kyo knew that the doctors had cut her open or not.

She took one of the pillows and put it across her stomach because of her stitches, as she held Ryo up and smiled down softly at the bundle in her arms. Seeing his mother's face, seemed to make Ryo smile and laugh. Gently, she put the bottle to her new son's mouth and he began to drink and cooperate as Rin softly sang to him.

She winced noticably and bit down on her lip. Even though it was above the actual area, it pained her, causing her to stiffen and stop singing. She didnt say anything and only looked over at him, pain written on her face and then went back to feeding Ryo and a few minutes later started singing again.
