I gotta say, I did dabble with the idea of contests and giveaways but we used to have some avatar contests and they didn't get much attention. If you check out the "Retired Threads" sub-forum, you'll see a thread like that and how very few members actually participated. BTW, we do have banners and IDs. You can find them at this thread. 3nodding

hypnocrown I gotta say, I did dabble with the idea of contests and giveaways but we used to have some avatar contests and they didn't get much attention. I kinda like this idea xd Also, I'm not sure if we have this already but would anyone want to see a promotion thread? A thread dedicated to promoting your Guild, Gaia shop, Site, personal page (like myspace/facebook). What would you all say to that?
