Kawaii shook her head and placed her fingertips gently on his lips when he brought up the incident on the rooftop. "Forget it, that's Envy's magic for you."

Kawaii took her hand away and looked at Derra with worry. "What hurts?" she asked him.

Kawaii bit her lip. She didn't know what to do. "I-I can't heal you. I don't have that power anymore, but I know someone who does. I'm just not sure they'd want me taking you to them."

She placed her hand lightly on the spot above his heart and tried anyway. A faint blue glow appeared then died. "I'm sorry."

Kawaii gave a small smile, "Yeah, hopefully."

Kawaii hesitated then, "Jenni Richardson. She's the most talented healer I've ever seen. Better then..." she broke off. She was going to say better then the head angels, but she thinking about them mad her mad.

Kawaii leaned into his hand slightly and smiled at him. "You might meet your death there though. We're not supposed to bring people back to the covenant. I mean, I suppose if it's really hurting you, I can probably convince Lukus to let it slide," she bit her lip again as she did when she was nervous.

"I hate to see you hurting," she whispered and stood up. "Can you walk? They relocated to the abandoned factory. I'm afraid I can't fly or transport us or anything."

She turned away from Derra before he could see the pain in her eyes at the memory and when she turned the moonlight caught on her back and two scars about five inches long and right next to her shoulderblades lined down her back, barely covered by her swords.

Kawaii shivered, "That tickles and I don't want to talk about it."

She started walking again, slower then usual so as not to overwork Derra. Then she stopped.

"Derra I just thought of something. Stay here. I'll bring Jenni to you then Lukus wont get mad. I'll be back. I promise," Kawaii kissed Derra softly then ran off and out of site.

It wasn't long until Kawaii came into view with a tall skinny girl following behind her. The girl had long cyan coloured hair and and a black hooded trench coat. She was wearing flared black pants and a tight middrift black shirt. At her hip was a long thin sword in an obsideon sheath.

The two girls finally reached Derra. The girls kneeled down on either side of Derra.

"You said it was his heart?" Jenni asked to be sure taking out her sword. It was a silver blade but when she ran her hand over it, it turn opaque and as blue as her hair.

Kawaii nodded and took Derra's hand. She knew what it was like to have a serious injury and be peirced by this sword.

"This will hurt," Jenni warned. She stood over Derra and placed the tip right above his heart. "Are you ready?"

Jenni peirced Derra's flesh then slowly slid the sword through his body. It wasn't a quick stab either, it was slow and drawn out. She had to find what was wrong and for that she needed to take her time.

After about thirty seconds of slowly driving the sword into his heart she stopped. "There's a scratch on your left aorta. This may cause a burning sensation," she warned as the sword lit up and started to glow a brilliant blue.

"Keep this up and we'll have to do it again," Jenni said harshly. It wasn't long until the light faded and Jenni pulled the sword out of his chest not even leaving a scratch. The sword was clean of all blood that should be there.

Jenni ran her hand down the sword and it turned silver again. She resheathed it and stood. "Stay resting or you'll open that scratch. I was able to take the pain away, but I couldn't heal it. If I had tryed to heal it, it would have hurt worse and you would have probably died from all your squirming."

She turned to Kawaii and waved. "I have to head back before Lukus finds out I'm helping an outsider, and that you're dating one or whatever. Bye." With that Jenni walked off. (exit).

"Feel a bit better?" Kawaii asked Derra.
