My guild has a decent amount of members... but NO ONE posts. Except the unusual Vice captain and myself chatting to pass time. >____<
o.o;; Uh-oh. I don't wan to sound like advertising, though. :O Just pointing it out. And the banning depends on what you feel is right. If you feel they aren't coming back, ban them.
