"Eclipse!" She sighed then hugged him once more, "I've got some training to do," She smiled slyly again then said, "Bye Vik, grumpy hawk dog and proud lizard." She walked out the mansion, into the rain and woods.

"I bet it would be! Eclipse would be wonderful to all the children. I'm not quite sure he would be in heaven or hell! Yes, soon there'll be messes to clean up, and sickness that they bring in, but don't forget scraped knees or burned hands. Kids are curious beings." She smiled, then turned to leave, "I think I'm going to bake a cake or something. I need a peace offering for Ryo. Hopefully I'll see him tonight. If not I'll talk to you later."

Eclipse growled after Bastet and shook out his fur. Throwing a snort in the general direction she ran off in, he turned and made his way back into the house. After a moment of sniffing, he caught the sent of angel and falcon feathers. Following his nose, he came to the library, seeing Pheaura. He walked over to her, nuzzling her arm as he approached. 'Feeling better I see, Phea.' He looked up to her with azure eyes, then went to Aura's side, nuzzling her knee.
Aura nodded to Pheaura as she left then looked to Eclipse."Enjoy your time with Saradin did you. Khenu? Oh he's just someone new that will be stayign here with us all. Were you nice to him? Good." She smiled at him and scratched his ears. "Hm? I don't know if she minds you calling her that, you'll have to ask her yourself."

Munalisk made a face at Bastet behind her back.
Vik laughed a bit. "Com'n Proud Lizard. Let's get some food."
"Don't you start to!" Munalisk said angrily, "Or I'll light your head on fire!"
Thye both headed into the mansion and towards the Kitchen.

Eclipse nudged Aura's leg, and complained to her rather loudly.
She blinked at him. "You mean you want to? You usually hate that. You sure? Alright." She leaned over and wrapped an arm around him then tapped his nose with her other hand. "Sagira Eclipse."
He turned into his now familiar wolf pup form, leaning over Aura's arm as she had put it there to support him when he changed. He lifted himself with his wings and sat himself in her lap, front paws on the desk in front of her, studying what she was reading. He gave her a look over his wings.
"Yes, I wanted to ask you about that."
((Well, I have dinner too, then gym, so 9ish for me if you're getting back on guys.))

"Ha! Beat you here!
"Alright! Alright. You get first pick."
Munalisk looked around in the fridge and grabbed two uncut sushi rolls about a foot long. He tossed one at Vik and started to eat the other.
"So. You find out what that thing was in the oracle's prediction?"
Vik took a large bite out of the roll and swallowed. "Nope. The only lthing I know is that their going to destroy it and what their using."
"Why don't we check the library. Or maybe Aura might know something. She is from Egypt."
"It's worth a try."
They threw their half eaten sushi rolls back in the fridge and headed towards the library.

"You have to understand I won't make you do it." She ran a hand through the little Eclipse's fur. "I'm just worried about you, we've been together so long and I don't want to lose you. After all you did for me I don't think I could bear it."
Eclipse let out a high pitched yelp a trademark snort, although it was much less dignified in his smaller state.
"You think on it, no pressure."

Khenu slipped off his boots, examining their tips which were overlaid with the shiny metal. He pulled out what seemed to be a small tool kit from his pack and got out a small screwdriver. With that he unbolted the pieces of metal from the tips of his boots. That done, he pulled out a lighter and heated it only the slightest bit until he felt the metal start to burn at his fingertips. Next out came a small hammer. He flattened the metal out to straight pieces, both four inches long and two inches thick.
Satisfied, he slipped his boots back on, which felt surprisingly more comfortable. With metal in hand, he ran off to find Bastet. Not being able to find her in any halls, he search soon led him to the library where he saw Aura sitting at a desk, with something sitting in her lap. His eyes widened a bit as he slightly recognized the small figure's appearance. "Eclipse has puppies!?"

Aura laughed at the small boy's outburst. "No, no Khenu, he doesn't. You see, Eclipse can morph into this smaller form, I call it his travel size form, he calls it annoying."
Eclipse gave another yelp, hopped up on the desk and padded over to the edge, giving a little bark to Khenu.
"You want to hold him?"

"Really? He's letting me?" Khenu outstretched his arms to the little wolf, holding them steady. He swallowed slightly. The worst thing that could happen was dropping the animal right? But then again, he did have wings, but dropping him would still not be good.

Eclipse leaped from the desk edge into Khenu's arms, making sure to land so that the boy wouldn't be able to drop him. He settled himself to lean against Khenu's arm and shoulder. So being nice wasn't so hard, and if he played his cards right, he could get someone to cart him around all day.
"There you see? Now why don't you take him somewhere and play. You'll be good won't you Eclipse? Good, I wouldn't expect anything less. Now remember Eclipse, you think on what I told you, and Khenu don't be afraid to roughhouse with him, you can't hurt him. Now go on, I need to finish my research."

"Um okay. Come on Eclipse." He quickly exited the room, little Eclipse in hand. He talked to the wolf as he walked. "Maybe you can help me find Bastet, I have something to give her."

Nailah walked out of the forest, a small. wet, bedraggled girl. She looked at the towering mansion before her and chewed on her lip indecisively. Should she knock or just go in. She stepped back and surveyed the building but saw no sign of life. Making her decision she pushed open the heavy stone doors and walked in.
A plaintive meow sounded from behind her. A small wet black cat appeared from beneath Nailah's dress. She picked up the cat and walked further into the foyer, dripping water as she walked. "Hello?"

Eclipse's ears perked up and he let out a yelp, getting Khenu's attention. He slipped from the boys arms and flitted on tiny wings torwards the foyer where he heard the call come from. He now found himself eye level with a young looking girl and her cat.

Khenu ran after Eclipse "Hey! Wait for me! Don't leave me alone to get lost!" continuing his run he soon found what the wolf was after. Near the entrance, standing in the spot that he had earlier passed out in that day, was a woman and her pet cat.
He walked shyly up to her, jumping up to pluck Eclipse from the air, and hold him securely for comfort. "Um hello...who are you."
