Reko White
 as the tendrils stabbed at Reko he smirked, just as he had figured the shadow thing had no brain and was just a reckless attacking machine. his shadow was well hidden and left Reko unaffected by the stabs at his shadow, but when they turned to attack him he stayed put. each attack piercing through him each time he continued to stand looking as if not injured by any of the spears. then each one began to freeze as it stuck into him, till they all remained frozen fast as they pierce thought him. his head had stayed looking down while being attacked but now he looks up, looking directly at the shadow Rubilax was watching from, a wide smile on his face. "shatter..." as he said this he shattered into shards of ice, the tendrils frozen in him shattering too, then continued traveling back to their owner, shattering as they go. Reko's trap had played perfectly, the wall of ice behind him hadn't been to protect his shadow, it had been for his personal use. the other pillers had appeared to be more safe keeping for his shadow but Reko had expected the thing to attack them again like he had done before, had he done so the trap inside them would have frozen him solid. however there was one target he knew the crackling creature couldn't resist, while Reko watched from inside his ice creations he did feel one thing as he was struck several times over.... annoyance. as Reko's ice image shattered and his trap was about to freeze over its pray Reko's entire ice bowl cracked, and formed several hundered individual sections. the real Reko appeared in one of the sections looking at the ice tendrils shattering as they head back towards Rubilax. the ice was his place just as the shadows was his, if Reko couldt get rid of his shadow or cover it... he would get rid of the source of his shadow. Reko had covered the land with enought ice now that it would take all day for the guy to get rid of it, and he had been reinforcing the ice while he had been skating across it, it would take more force than a hammer blow to shatter his ice. ar Reko continued to watch the ice freeze closer and closer to Rubilax he stuck out his tongue and laughed. "that was snow you idiot. and i hope you like it cause thats all your gonna be in a few seconds." then he was gone and appeared in another section of ice, the game had changed from cat and mouse and now Reko had the same playing field as his opponent.

its a dream, its not real.....
 Amari stumbled backwards at the fast movements of the man who had come at them, as she fell back on the ground dust flew up around her. "oww.... hay!" her mouth fell open as she heared the man say the words princess. he only thought was that she had failed as a knight. "DON'T TOUCH HER!" almost as if reacting to her words the dust in the air flew at the man with the sword at Jennie's neck, it swept across the blade covering the air around it so it couldn't be seen. Amari knew she had made a mistake knowing any moment she would see the man move his wrist and Jennie would go limp, then the dust fell away.... the blade was now a large frog, struggling to get out of the man's grip. "ah.... frog...." she had seem the frog once before, her mother had chased one similar to it around their house one day.

Tristepin nodded lightly at the moves of the white haired man, such acrobatics had been seen by him before but were often just for show. now he casually glanced down at the chain binding his hands to his blade. is this man really this stupid.... he pulled back expecting resistance, and got just that. now the two were at a stand still, a surprising match in current strenght by the scrawny man. he pulled one last tug waiting till he knew he would get a return tug, then shifted his stance, kicking forward letting the jerk of the chain pull him faster. his heafty sword out infront flying at him to cleave the man in two with extreme speed and almost a ton of force behind it.

Phantomdarkrose [wait what did reko just do] ((remember how he disappeared into his snow storm a while back, this time he is in the ice. in a short version. made an ice clone(like subzero when u use the freeze close and scorpion attacks with his spear but he still gets frozen) and hides himself in the ice that he cracked, picture it like traveling through a mirror with a thousand different pieces (or better yet think of when Chrysalis used the crystals to taunt twilight in the crystal cavern and she appeared in several different ones). basicly, its the same thing as using shadows only with ice. like i said, with the way these guys are moving i had to pull something out of my a**. ))

"We have no problem with snow. Coldcoldcoldcold! Not as cold as the last one we had. Oh him, yes he was much colder. Froze us to madness he did Quiet, froze you to madness, we're fine. Stringy but so much flavor keeheeheeheeheeheeheehee." Rubillax's voice continued to echo from every shadow. "The boy thinks he knows us. No he doesn't he thinks he knows our shades. Samethingsamething. Wrong he is. Stop toying now? No we want to play just a little more with him." The frozen tendrils shattered. Rubilax cackled again. "Keeheeheeheehee, hello snow child." His voice came right behind Reko, mocking in his ear as Rubilax's eyes opened up inside the back of Reko's shirt. Tendrils slid out again and wrapped themselves around his neck, squeezing tighter with each breath the boy took.
Adamai dropped the frog and kicked it away, flicking his other sword into his hand and replacing it where the first had been, he cast his eyes upon the guard and smirked. "You're an interesting one too, maybe I'll break you in after this one.
Renos yanked on the chain again as Tristepin came at him, twisting to the side as the sword came down, Rathe's memories and Vladimir's coming to him as the fight dragged on. He grabbed the back of the sword and pushed down on it, using its speed to move his body and slammed his knee up into Tristepin's jaw before lashing out with his other leg, smashing his foot into the man's neck and pushed him back. Rathe's sword vanished in a cloud of smoke as Renos used his own attack to push himself away as well, flipping over in the air to land neatly by his own sword. He yanked it out of the ground and placed it back at his side, holding out his hand as Bloodlust formed, the scythe's blade whipping around eagerly for some action. He glanced around at the others and swore under his breath. He pulled his sword out again and threw it at the where the Snowbrat was, the blade shot past his head, cutting one of the tendrils before a blinding light came out of it, erasing as many shadows as it could as it smashed into the ice, sticking straight up as the light continued to shine. Rathe's blade reformed in his other hand and he dashed over to where Adamai and Yugo were, wrapping the chain around Adamai's neck, tossing Bloodlust into the air as his hand shot out and grabbed his wrist. He twisted hard and fast, snapping his wrist and kicked away the man's leg fro around Jennie before jerking with the chain to bring him away from her. He caught Bloodlust with his other hand and swung it out at Yugo. The scythe extended farther than what should have been possible and suddenly bent and twisted around the Vampire, wrapping around his arm and torso before extending back and curving its blade around to where it pressed up against his neck, ready to slice with the smallest movement. Renos yanked Adamai over and slammed his foot down into the man's chest, smashing him into the ground. He pulled the chain so that it was taut around his neck and pointed the tip of his sword between the man's legs, planting his foot on his chest. "You seem rather sure of yourself and fond of 'breaking in' people. Tell me, how exactly you'd be able to do that if you were just a few inches shorter." He brought his sword closer, making the threat clear before glancing at Tristepin. "How about you lot walk away. I'm in a bit of a hurry to get someplace and you're wasting my time. I'm even feeling a little generous: leave now and I won't have to take each and every one of you apart myself."
Az tilted his head and withdrew his shadow's tendrils fromt he strange wolf, opening a portal and walked through to where the ice user was, sitting down and waited patiently for the sword to stop shining, cocking his head curiously.

[Sigh guys, yall make Kairi and Jennie unable to fight ><]   Kairi and Jennie((Kairi is wearing this with flats and the medallion choker. Jennie is wearing this with flats and [/these are her eyes hair half way up))ღ Jennie show the women's face change and then realized what she was about to say and tried to stop her. When all of a sudden she was pinned to a guy behind her. She felt the point of the sword at her neck she wouldn't dare move until she felt the point move away. She turned around as fast as she could and hit the man right in the face before Renos Tackled him away threatening to cut his legs. Jennie stood beside the guard and looked at her. She looked young, maybe a knight in training, maybe. She would like to get to know her she felt like there was something about her that attached its self to them both and she wasn't sure what it was yet. She turned and watched Renos talk with the leader of the outlaws.
ღ Kairi was trying to make sure Jennie was okay when she was caught off guard by another guy. She was pinned to the ground and when she was about to help the guy get off her he was removed from on top of her by Renos. She stood up and was about to attack him but Renos was giving them another chance to walk away if it was up to Kairi none of them would have walked away, they would have been lucky enough to leave at all. She was in a playful mood at the moment. She walked over to Jennie to make sure she was ok and then asked the guard if she was ok. She waited to see what the group would do.

Tristepin rubbed his jaw lightly moving it about to make sure it was still functioning after the hit. he rolled his arm then proceeded to lift his mammoth sword up from the ground where it had fallen after being hit and pointed it at he man holding a few of his group. "you seem to be missing the full picture." he shifts his sword over to the direction of Reko and Rubilax, where Az was also there. "you have two of our boys, and we have two of your boys.... oh and one of yours is already down." he says as he flips the blade down and slams it into the ground, the cracks from it make theri way over to Graed who is still down. "besides, my boys wouldn't follow me if they didn't trust me with their lives, i'm thinking we keep this going, we don't seem to bad off right now." he trusted that the two being held could save themselves, they wouldn't have lasted this long otherwise, and besides he still had Az and Rubilax the aces of his deck. Reko smirked as the wolf came up from behind, the tendrils wrapping around him again. "well.... you don't learn do you?" again the Reko that was ensnared shattered into ice, leaving the images blank for a moment, then several Reko's step into the mirrored surface of the ice. "here i'll make it easier for you, now theres more of me to hit." the images turned to look over at Renos looking annoyed. "stay out of this p***k." as he said this the ice the sword was stuck in forced the sword out of it and left it to fall over. "now, back to us. you gonna keep hiding in the shadows, or come out for a full feast? cause i'm a little tired of setting around and letting those guys have all the fun." the 20 or so images of Reko say looking back to the place Rubilax had sent the tendrils from, but knowing he wasnt there.

Amari couldn't hold in her sigh of relief as Renos' moved the two away from them. she lowered her head in disappointment knowing it was her fault that they had gotten the attention of those men, she could feel Jennie looking at her but couldn't turn to face her, instead of being there for protection she had cause trouble for her. she was beginning to look back at what Graed had said and admited that he might have been right about leaving her behind.

The light from Renos's sword fades and Rubilax, who had been hiding in the shadows in the back of Reko's shirt [note, he was in the shadows, not the shirt itself] let out another cackle, each one coming from a different reflection. "Keeheeheeheehee, mirror mirror in the ice, whose essence will suffice?" Each relfection now showed Rubilax coming out of a different place. "Will this one do?" One of the Rubilaxs sank its jaws into the shoulder of one Reko; the image cracked, though no harm appeared on the ice, and the shoulder on the reflection that particular Rubilax had bit now had the sensation of being bit on the real Reko. The Rubilaxs all cackled. "Not this one." One by one each image of Reko was bit, clawed, cut, and otherwise harmed until all 20 had split, the ice containing them still without harm, as if only the reflected images were the ones cracked and broken. Each attack to a reflection was received by a similar attack on Reko's body, though no wounds showed. It was as if the attacks that came were like phantom wounds, no damage to the body, but the sensation left from each one was as if the body was actually harmed. The images flickered and twisted until each one became a Rubilax. "Bad choice the boy made. What are reflections and images if not shades of the true self? We enjoy the snacks from their essences, each image draws its own from yours. Keeheeheehee. He has no idea what we can really do. Hides behind ice and snow, under light. Ah but where light exists so does shadow, no matter how small. Light begets shadow, shadow begets darkness, darkness begets the Void, and the Void begets us." Another Rubilax popped up out of Tristpin's shadow. "May we feed? The snacks and treats have made us hungry." More Rubilaxs appeared in the shadows of the others.
Renos planted his foot on Adamai's neck, pressing down on his windpipe as he stabbed Rathe's sword into his shadow. The Rubilaxs all cried out at once. "Only two of your boys? Seems we have three, and as for you having two of ours..."
Aarec, freed from the shadowwolf's grasp opened a viewgate under maybebrethrenGraed, transporting him to Aarec's demension, then opened another right at the side of cockystrongblade's [Tristepin's] head and slammed his paw through, smashing it into the heavyblademan's skull, the viewgate closing around his paw as dozens more opened up around him.
"Seems like you're a little bad at counting," Renos continued and sank Rathe's sword further into his shadow, the Rubilaxs all howling in pain. He was pleased when Aarec deposited his own sword at his hip and he left Rathe's stuck in the ground, keeping the different Rubilaxs frozen where they were, and places his own blade back where he had Rathe's a moment before. Bloodlust wrapped itself tighter around Yugo's body and bit into his shoulder, letting out a metallic screech as blood ran up into the blade. The scythe seemed to increase in size as it absorbed the blood. "Now I'll repeat myself once more, leave now, or I get to enjoy tearing every single limb from your bodies. I had a rather unsatisfying fight last night and I'm not in the best of moods. Venting my anger on you five should make my travel easier for both me and my companions." He nodded his head at the others. "Besides, you only have two members free, we have four, five once Snowbrat stops playing around. Face it, Le Corbeau Mort de Flammes Noires needs more practice. We have two war veterans, a guard who has some interesting abilities, a wolf who can easily just swallow you into another demension, a girl who can handle her own," with a little more practice and instruction from her mother "a Vampire who has the largest selection of weapons and his own special ability, and a wolf who just barely seems to be living up to his namesake and who is probably the second of us who could deal with you on his own."

there was a sigh from behind Rubilax still hiding in his shadows. "fine.... man, i can tell its gonna be an annoying trip with you, your not even going to let me have any fun..." Reko's reply came to Renos' comment about him playing too much. Reko's ice shimmered in the shadows behind Rubilax returning to physical form, his hand had passed into the back of Rubilax's head while he had been in his snow flurry form and now had formed gripping Rubilax's spine just below the brain. "brain freeze..." there was no visual sign of ice, but Rubilax's brain was quickly frozen over preventing any functioning of it. Reko had shut off the thing telling Rubilax how to move and how to use shadows, now he was just a stiff doll stuck to the end of his hand. Reko reviewed how he had set this up, while making several other tricks look like they were set for something bigger he had played the real trick early on with the first ice image that had shattered. Reko had hidden himself in the ice that traveled back to the thing on his tendrils, using this to get into the shadows and set up the rest. when Rubilax did his thing to his mirror images that was what Reko needed to make the connection with Rubilax. he slipped a ghostly looking hand through the creatures neck and waited. Reko slowly fadded thought a shadow holding Rubilax in his still frost enduced coma, as long as Reko kept his hand in his spine Rubilax wouldn't have any way to wake up or use his powers of shadows. "happy now...."
