"That's a yes, come with me." Zane said, gesturing for Layla to follow as he lead the way out down the street, "Judging by your story and his, not long after he left you and your parents. And yes, you can punch him again when we get back, but that's it. Two times is the limit in a week."

Owen chuckled. "I'm sure she won't do it again, she just needs time." He grinned.
Layla had her hands balled up into fists still, then followed him. "Lovely and you didn't ******** tell me he was here why??" She said as they walked. "I mean really, no one thought it was that important to tell me."

"Because he wasn't HERE." Zane said calmly, "He just barely got back today, he went off to do his own thing, didn't tell anyone where he was headed." He replied simply, heading towards a rather seedy edge of town.

Layla rolled her eyes. "Oh so that means don't tell me he was here." Her voice was harsh. She didn't care who she was talking to, she was gonna rage on anyone at that point. "Where the hell are we going anyway?"

She nodded as they headed towards the front of the store, not soon after an beat up green truck pulled up and into the alleyway that was connected to the same store.
Uni looked over at him and motion for him to put up his weapon for now before heading inside. The owner was messing with the register when he looked up.
"H-Hello!" he stuttered as he wiped the sweat off his brow. Uni smiled and waved before heading to the back of the store, glancing at AJ before she did. For now they had to scout out the situation.
It wasn't too long after that some men came in and talk in low whispers before leaving out again. The owner coughed as he quickly headed towards the back.

Layla didn't respond she just kept walking. She was pissed at her brother, she was really pissed at Zane and everyone else for keeping it hidden from her. Layla was just figuring that she couldn't rely on anyone anymore.

AJ sighed as she put away her dagger. She followed after Uni, walking into the store. Her eyes looked about before she turned around, watching as some men spoke to the owner. What were they doing? She moved closer to try and get over by the owner.

The owner was acting very eccentric, mumbling to himself about payments and packages as he quickly forgot about Uni and AJ as he went to the back.
Once he was out of sight Uni walked to the front, checking to see if any of those goons were in eye-sight. "Time to play I-Spy," she grinned as she slipped her one of her knives into her hands, but keeping them hidden as she head towards the back door.

AJ took a deep breath, gripping two knives in her hands as she followed after Uni with a grin. This was what she needed to relax her a little bit. A good, nice...threat. Yes, she'd get to at least threaten this man, she was sure.
Melody nodded to Owen. "If you are sure." She answered calmly before she walked into her own room to rest as Zane had told her to.

QUietly jumping over the counter she quickly looked around before cracking the back door open she looking around she opened it further.
"Let's go," she said before heading inside. It lead into a long hallway, but not even halfway through they could hears voices.
People were arguing, threatening.
Glancing back at AJ Uni nodded. "One of us are going to have to go around to the back," she whispered as she held her knives steady. "WHich one you want?"
