Alora sighed and looked down at the ground, her blonde hair creating a curtain. After a few moment she looked back up.
"I'm really sorry. I can't even imagine living with a father like that. Not saying mine was the most supportive, but at least he cared about me. I really am sorry, Lienshall," she told him, sincerity filling her eyes as she said this.

Lienshall relaxed his muscles and looked up to Alora. He was dazed in her beauty, there was something about her that made Lienshall forget about his father and his past. He lifted his arm slowly and cradled Alora's chin with his fingers. Looking into Alora's gleaming eyes, he leaned in.

As Lienshall leaned in Alora's breath quickened. It's not that she had never been kissed before, but most of the time the guys she would kiss would later end up as meals. Without warning she closed the distance between them.

Lienshall felt Alora's soft lips touch his. His eyes opened, with a little surprise, but closed and enjoyed the moment. The random thought came into his head, 'Would she bite me if we do this?' Lienshall thought. He didn't put to much brain power as most of him was distracted with Alora.

When their lips met Alora had to force back the pain that was urging her to bite him. The thirst was bad, but she managed to smother it with the pleasant feeling. After about ten seconds the pain came back. The closeness, the smell of the blood, it became overpowering. Finally, Alora pulled away, gasping.
"Sorry," she apologized as the pain eased and she was left with sweet relief.

Lienshall was dazed in the moment.
"I-it's fine, your a vampire, I understand." He replied sofly, trying to make her feel like not a monster. His mouth was still opened.
'Are you that much of a mole, that you haven't had a kiss,' He thought. He has kissed a girl before, but I guess a hooker isn't the same. 'Crap, don't forget about Asphodel.'
He couldn't open his mouth, to tell Alora that maybe they should go.
'You dumbfounded nitwit,' He thought. 'Go!'
His eyes blinked, but he was still frozen to his spot.
'You are unbelievable, I quit!' He thought, like there was a persona with him.

'Vampire' she thought. Sometimes she wondered if being a vampire was worth all this trouble, this pain. It would be so easy to end it all, but she could never bring herself to do it. She looked to the ground again, thinking about how she hadn't had a real kiss since... Her body stiffened as she remember Dakota, her deceased boyfriend. When she first changed she thought she could handle being with him, but only a week later she was proven wrong. It could never happen again, ever. She looked up at Lienshall and noticed that he seemed troubled.
"You okay?" she asked quietly.

Alora's voice echoed through Lienshall's head. He managed to snap out of it.
"Uh yah, I'm f-fine." He replied trying to cover his stupidity.
'You shuddering fool,' He thought to himself.
"Maybe we should go and head back to Asphodel." He suggested, finally remembering what they came here to do. Lienshall walked to her side, and whispered in her ear, "If you have the urge to bite me, then do it, I won't stop you and I can heal myself."
Then he walked to the cart.

Alora giggled, but inside a painful darkness twisted in her stomach. The thought of sinking her teeth into someone she cared about was nearly horrifying. Just considering it brought images of Dakota's limp body, his blood smeared all over her face and steaming down onto her jeans. She shuddered and followed after him.

Lienshall sat there for a moment as Alora got into the little buggy.
'Crap, did I say something wrong?' He thought as he turned on the car.
With the drive back he kept thinking if the moment of love, was just in desperation or did Alora actually like him. Lienshall's heart pounded at the thought, as flashes of popped into his head. He started rubbing the wheel, pondering on thoughts and question he had floating around.

Alora sat silently, not able to think of anything to say. She started to fiddle with the hilt of her dagger, running her thumb over the smooth cold ruby. The silence was beginning to bug her so she began to hum a tune from her favorite musical 'Sweeny Todd'.

Recognizing the tune, Lienshall laughed out loud.
"Ah, what a wonderful musical." He said letting the orchestra fill his head. Lienshall was was somewhat musically insane, loved music, loved writing. They got to the entrance, Lienshall turned the cart off and got out. He walked to the other side of the buggy and held out his hand to help Alora out of the vehicle.

"Not just a wonderful musical, the best," she giggled. "Anyway, I wonder how Asphodel is doing, I pray that she hasn't been hurt,"

Asphodel just drew some wolves. Yup, she just sat on the cave floor and drew them wolf cubs and watched them play around. ((Just Posting Cause Someone Forced Me To. stare ))
