Sara hadn't noticed her friend's arrival, she was so enthralled by her book. My God, is there no pun left be by Piers Anthony? After a few minutes the pun-ishment became overwhelming and she sat back, stretching.
Spotting Hana's hoodie, Sara stood up waving her friend over.
"Took you long enough..." Sara said grinning, as she motioned her friend to sit down.

She heard Maru chan and turned around. She smiled and waved as she walked up to her by the DDR machine. "Haven't been breaking too many records on this thing without me have ya." Trying to make light talk, breaking the ice and hoping she'd slowly work up to tell her about the world.

Still grinning, she said, "Always, monkeys, I can almost survive the majority of standard now. Wanna play a set, then grab some food before I demand various answers. Cause you know, you've got some 'splaining to doo."
Pulling out a handful of quarters, Sara arched her eyebrow at Hana, motioning toward the machine.

"but Ricky... I wanna be in the show.." She giggled and put her quarters in as well. Selecting standard mode along with Maru. She danced like she never danced before, a bit of nastalgia as she played. It was almost like she went back in time, before she found the world and was sucked into playing. Here and Maru did pretty well, both getting B's over all as Hana caught her breath. "Man I'm getting out of shape, I should get out more..."

Sara's face grew somber. "Get out from where? Hmmm?"
Her eyes were dark as they looked at Hana, and they demanded answers. "I can understand schoolitis, but this time you have had it too long. Your parents wouldn't be happy if they had to pay again. But I think there is more going on... your friend 'Mirage' hinted at it. Please, what is really going on? No, wait, lets go grab some food first."
Putting her arm around her Hana's shoulder, she grabbed her book, and led the way to her favorite quizine locale.

Had a feeling Maru was going to guilt trip her abit but then again this was why she met up with her off the world. She needed to talk to her outside of The World's distraction. She followed Maru back to the food court and made her way to the chinese area. She orders her usual two item combo and payed for it. Going to a table and sat down. She waited on Maru before starting to completely chow down on food.

Sara stared at her friend, wolfing down her food, looking like she hadn't eatin anything substantial in days. She let her friend eat, slowly working on her own food. After a bit she said, "So my young padawan, let us begin with my previous statements. Why have you been gone so long, also was your friend Mirage exagerating, and what did you mean 'I could get hurt'. To make it easy on you, you can choose which of those you answer first, and just keep talking until I am satisfied."
Sara crossed her arms and gave the 'don't F with me look'. And anyone who had known her for any length of time knew to take her seriously.... or be very very afraid.

She took another bite of her food and then sighs. "Where do I begin. I didn't mean to be gone like I have been when I first bought The World but then everything changed. Things were happening that weren't suppose to, people started to go into comas. I had online friends in there Mirage was one of them that fell into a coma over it. We thought that one bad guy was behind this but before you came on to find me a huge battle happened and the next thing I know Mirage is awake again along with those still alive that were in comas. I thought everything was over then but then the thing you saw appeared, and my friend Nick who had turned evil were still doing things. They were cause more comas and even deaths. Now we are trying to figure out a way to stop what is behind them so we can free them and save all the minds taken by the world.
Now to answer your second question. You can get hurt because if Balumg or Massarce player kill you it is perminate. There is no waking up from that. Massarce has already killed innocents to try and get to me. He has threaten all the ones around me so I just don't want to see you hurt Maru chan. I know this sounds odd and unlikely but i'm not making this up. You know me and you know I don't just up and leave for no good reason. I'm sorry I have negleted school but I feel that I can't just leave when my friends on there are risking their lives." She sighed, she had talked for too long. Starting to eat on her food again, slurping her lo mein with her chopsticks.

Sara sat in silence, trying to digest Hana's words, poking her Sesame Chicken.
"You realize that this means, I have to help." She held up her hand as Hana started to argue. "No, I cannot walk away without that damned conscience pestering me. Besides, you know waht I do to people in real life who mess with my friends, the game is no different. Except, unlike him, I can't cause real damage. I know this is no laughing matter, but neither is anyone threatening you."
"Wait. Nick? As in RSO Nick? He hasn't shown up in weeks either. You know, if I didn't think they would just dispose of us, I would say sue the MFers. I am beginning to miss my nice safe text-based RPGs."
Reaching over, Sara hugged Hana.

"No it isn't that Nick, I think that Nick just got into a fight is the pres and left. This Nick leaves in a town or so away, or he did before going into a coma and turning into that thing. Thanks Maru chan. You are a very supportive friend. I told you I wouldn't be able to stop you but promise me that you will leave if things get over your head. I really don't want you to get hurt because you came to look for me." She returned the hug, glad to have such a loyal friend.

Sitting back she said, "Ech, let's stop there, I dislike sappy feelings." Smiling, Sara proceeds to make other random small talk while eating. After finishing up the rest of her meal, Sara looked up at Hana.
"I don't see any car keys... You need a ride somewhere? I don't have any classes tomorrow."

Hana nodded. "I took a cab here. infact my car is still at the dorms and I'll probably keep it there. You could take me back to zacks..." wondering if he would want Maru to know where he lived. Didn't see what it would hurt. "Sure." eating her last bites of mall food court orange chicken.

Zack came into his loft and slammed the door behind him, falling ack against it and slumping to the floor, his head in his hands. He muttered to himself as he ran his fingers through his hair, pressing hard so as to pull on the hair as he hands went toward the back of his head. "What have I done to deserve this?" could be heard a few distinct times, along with, "Has to be away around her..." and "crazy, vendictive witch..."
He was obviously more than a little distressed.

Zack's Apartment
Mirage found herself pacing in frustration around the apartment, trying to keep herself from jumping back into The World in fear of something happening to Balmung. Leaving him alone was a mistake....gah...I need to get back there. She'd just reached for the equipment but jumped when she heard the door slam. Turning, one hand to her heart as if trying to stop her heart from beating so fast, she asked casually I take it things didn't go well with this Lisseth character. What happened? Should we call Hana, tell her to come back?

"No, not well at all, she is envoking claim to the quantum knights for starters, and she got some judge to give her complete ownership. You and Hana are officially not of the QK anymore, I have to get you out of their rank list bfore this escilates. Now go back and check on Balmung, I'm sure you want to." Zack let himself fall onto the couch as he had walked over to it from he door. "Why do things just keep slipping through my fingers lately?"
