Ilia stepped up behind Ser, a questioning glance making it's way to her clearly new found friend. She wondered slightly what Ser found interesting in the boy, but not enough to question it. He seemed a fair enough companion for her, and it wasn't really of much matter to Ilia, Ser could take care of herself if needed.
"Who's eating spiders?" Ilia questioned curiously, having only heard the last few words of Ser's sentence, she wanted to know what came before it, eating spiders didn't sound.. as appatizing as.. other creatures... At least, not to Ilia. A crooked smile came up on her face, the cirque seemed to be going along quite nicely, and she found herself at ease in the environment for the moment.
It would be the perfect time to relax, she thought. Take a small break away from the crowds, just an hour or so. She was the others could handle their jobs with little consequence, or so she hoped. She was off to take a short cat nap, so she could take over the night watch, rather than leaving the cirque un-supervised at the busiest time. Of course, she wouldn't go until she had checked in with all of the Cirque, Ser and Marcois included.

"Yes I could if that is what I wanted to do." he saw a new girl come and say something about somebody else eating spiders, and then watched as she left. In his mind he wondered if she was just another performer or the ringmaster. "feel free to ask questions I will answer in my best responce." he found their trying to figure him out funny so he was going to go along with it.

Uwn watched Ilia then looked at Oni and smiled. "well, that is our lovely ringmaster, Ilia." She swung on the trapeze, then released with her legs so that she landed infront of Oni. "you'd need to talk to her about a job, but it might be better to wait until she's rested... she gets grumpy when she's tired or hungry." She whispered the last bit, as though scared of the ringmaster hearing.

Jayden had pass out on the sofa while his pet anaconda slept along side him. Mori pitch black eyes became animated as he tasted the air with his tongue. He was use to the the awful taste of the underworld now but it was an underworlder or a member. He coiled softly around his master's neck.
-wakey wekey massssster.-
But jayden was a heavy sleeper so the snake wasn't sure what to do.He hissed to the bird in the golden cage hanging on the opposite side of the tent.It was a Resplendent_Quetzal from the rainforest.Her small head popped up.

The bird flapped it wings and let out loud squeals. Soon enough Jayden forced his eyes open. "Aye..."He rubbed them and pulled carefully on mori. "whats' the matter.." The snake stared in the direction of the door. So jayden ruffled his hair and smacked his lips as he got to the door. "umm...oh new person? aye, it's cool you two. everyone is there so no need to worry..."

Oni nodded in aggrement to what Uwn said. "In the meantime what type of potion did you use on yourself Lathyriel?" Oni's body did not wait for her to answer before it grumbled for food. Oni decided to make some thing to eat, so he got down on a knee and grabbed a seed out of his hair and dug it into the rough ground. He placed his palm above it and started a small chant. The ground moved a little as a green light pulsed from the earth, and as Oni started to lift his hand a tree took shape beneath it. It began to grow and age until it produced a ripe Peach which he than began to eat it. The Tree quickly died when he stopped chanting, and out of no where Oni shed a tear. and took the peach seed into his pocket and said a small prayer for the tree. "I should have never summoned such a beautiful tree to this place."

Ser turned around to Ilia, and gave a shake of her head. "Not eating spiders, feeding spiders." She gave her little grin, the one that usually told Ilia that she was up to something as she turned back to her brother of sorts. "This is.... hm..." She had gone and forgot his name. "Oops..." She never does that, never once has she forgotten someone's name. Turning to Ilia, she gave off a bit of color as she admitted her worriment. "I seem to have forgotten. It is after my bed time, and I am a bit hungry still..." She gave a pout. "I don't like being so young...." Being tired usually effected the way she acted and as it so happened, the people around her also changed her as well during such times. When she was tired, being around someone she trusted allowed her to open and soften. Being around those she knew but wasn't totally comfortable with, she was usually very ignorant of them. And total strangers are usually soiling themselves after a small 'irritation' to her in such a state.
{Hmm... I think I have decided on a fear for Ser... hehe, that and this little... ah, quark? with her being tired and all. XP Development of the characters depth, making them seem more 'alive'... hehe}

"Oh, hi, Ilia!" said Marcois, before turning back to Lathyriel. "I'm just a little kid on the inside," he declared with melty warm golden caramel puppy eyes.
He turned from the rather-shocked looking girl to the newcomer. "Are you a happy person?"

Jayden dragged his feet as he reached for his shoes. He had decided not to waste the night and get out of his tent. The tent was more Mori's and Jackie's then his with the time he gets to spent there. "laters guys" and he walked out without his jacket. He was walking to the others but stopped. He was getting stared at. It was his tigers.With a sigh he turned on his heels and went to them. "Aye, why so restless." They gave low roars.
"Oh, playful aren't we... well then lets play." He unhooked the lock on the cage and got his whip. "Keep in mind its after hours and we do have a non member on the grounds. be nice..."
The tiger almost looked like they were laughing with dark smiles. Jayden lead them to an open area close by. Mostly so he can be in sight of the others and have space for running beast. "Warm up then maybe we can work on a new act...you know I never do the same thing twice." He gave a snicker as he plotted.

Ser gave a nod around her as she noticed people seperating from her to deal with 'adult' business. She hung her head slightly as she snuck away, not that it was hard to sneak from those not paying attention to you, and off to the open area where there were some tigers roaming around. "Ah... what are you guys doing out here?" She came up to them and didn't pet them, but stared rather. "Did your keeper let you out? Possible to find some fresh food? Ida wasn't able to find to big of a find. I do hope you guys get fed enough..." She walked around a bit with them, letting her coat find its way atop a bush, as she relaxed with the animals. "I wonder what you guys would look like if you had a human form..." She was under the impression that it was just her and the cats.

Marcois followed Ser in his silent way as she left. "Hey, Ser," he said, popping up behind her. "Want to go look for some food?"

Jayden hadn't noticed Ser as he was busy thinking of the finale. Jayden smiled as it came to him. fiery finale... He slapped his hands together and got the ground set up. He tried to figure a way to ignite the ground using only the tigers . He snapped his fingers and got the stuff he uses light the fire hoops. He circled around the tigers to set everything up. Passing he saw Ser and waved. He was about to tell her to watch but decided it was better as a surprise.
He stepped back and let his tigers run inside the invisible circle he created. They jumped in between each other over and over until Jayden was leaning with excitement. "faster ..faster FASTER" He was on edge then finally got the momentum he wanted and gave the command. "Step now!" All at once the three giant cats split up to different ends of the circle and stepped hard on it's line and stepped back.
Immediately it burst into flames raising into the dark sky. It's flickering light calmed back down and glowed violently. Just like I pictured.

Marcois looked up when he heard Jayden yelling "Faster! Faster!"
Suddenly, a ring of flame appeared as the tigers stopped.
"I think that's going to impress the guests!" said Marcois appreciatively to Jayden (the tamer was so cool!)
Hm...he was feeling rather peckish. Had the urge for some cookies or fresh meat...

Lathyriel smiled. How did he know she'd taken it herself??? Oh, well, such is life.
"I've made a new hypnosis potion. It's for people who are trying to quit bad habits. I was going to ask one of the Cirque members if they wanted to try it but took it myself. I've made it so I cannot ask questions." She said softly, "I, ah, I didn't want to convince myself into a bad habit, or out of my good ones."
((TT.TT I love my cat. But my arms are too sore to pick him up!!!!!!!))

Ser had watched the cats run faster and faster, and was memorized by their speed. She did enjoy the tamers showings, and was highly disappointed that she missed the last show. But as the felines stepped down and created the sparks in which ignited the fire, a load shriek of fear came from her mouth. Ser's hands went up to her head as she fell to her knees, shaking as her eyes were large and focused else where. Still screaming out of fear, she tucked herself as close to the ground as she could as her past came back to her.
Ser was on a beach of the small planet named Earth, as it was her families vacation time. While on Earth, her family couldn't shift into their natural forms. She herself was a spider, the rest of her family were a type of insect. She wasn't one for bugs, so it worked out great. She had a mother, a father, and a little brother. Remembering this time, it was late one evening, and they were playing around a camp fire. It always seemed to bother her slightly, the fire, but nothing like it did now a days. As her little brother ran with her away from their 'daddy monster' they ran around and around the fire pit. Their mother was close by, clapping and laughing along.
Soon though, these happy memories ended. Collapsing walls, hot and burning to the touch. Screams, shouts, fear. It all entered her body. My house... my family... Someone had burnt down the house they were given to vacation in. Her parents were no where to be seen, and her little brother was with her. She was holding him tight, scared as Ser was only six at the time. Clutching her brother, trying to save him from the fire around them, a creature that seemed to be of fire itself came out of the burning arch way.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Ser yelled as she straightened up, and her head went back, her palms pressed into her eyes. "NOOOOOOOOO!" She yelled again. "Go away... go away!" She trembled as her anger turned into a deep sadness. Falling sideways to the ground, she lay in a deep daze as she watched the fire, it seemed to mock her and her fear.

As the ring burst into flame, Marcois saw Ser start screaming, looking to him like something was trying to kill her from the inside.
"Ser? Hey, honey, what's wrong? Ser!" he said, concerned. He knelt down on the ground next to her, shaking her shoulder gently. "Hey!"
