Vragen switched his sword to his left hand and looked down as his right, with his pale palm up towards him. Vragen then smiled sadistically as there was a short, crimson glow on that hand. The glow stopped as Vragen closed that hand into a fist.
Vragen then held out his right hand, palm facing in, down at his side. He rested his sword on his shoulder, ready for Shadan to come at him, commanding his soldiers to basically ensure that no one moved into that path, and that Shadan was led to Vragen.

Out of no where an etheral being appeared, its eyeless skull focused on Mizar. Raising its hand a beam of sickening green shot forwarth and siezed Mizar by the neck. If she took in any of the energy she would being to die due to the nature of the energy. As soon as Mizar reached the being's hand, the being would disappear along with Mizar.

Vragen refused to let Shadan rest, and so he charged direcly at him. Vragen held out his right hand so that he should easily be able to grab Shadan. It would then be revealed that the nature of the enchantment he had placed was a dimensional anchor, a targeted spell to prevent teleportation.
If Vragen was able to merely touch Shadan, the spell would be completed, and the seal placed upon Shadan. If Vragen was actually able to grab on, however, he would simply pump Shadan's being full of negative energy to cause great suffering before his death. Vragen also had his sword ready to strike, whether the spell was placed or not.

Shadan quickly twirled out of the attack at incredible new speeds and then jumped slightly away "Time out" said Shadan then firing a blast of energy at the spirit in an attempt to stop what he was attempting

Vragen charged in on the delusional distraction, believing one of the spirits was going to attack. Now, they might, but were not commanded to attack yet. Vragen simply charged in to attempt the same attack to complete the spell.
This time, the spirits that were not actively fighting with someone else collapsed in, with their swords drawn and pointed out, so that Shadan would have no room left to escape. They would disperse once Vragen placed the seal, but no sooner than that would they give Shadan even a moment's rest.

"Stay out of my way" said Shadan unleashing a wave of energy going out in all four directions that would easily destroy many of the soldiers surrounding him and force Vragen back

((It's just assumed that Mizar is taken unless somebody tries to stop him. She is unconscious, after all. But she can't be killed by absorbing energy--it isn't something she does voluntarily, and since her body is essentially made of energy she can't be "poisoned" by bad energy. It's all the same to her. So it would be assumed that, unconscious or not, she would have absorbed at least some of the ethereal being's energy.))   Liza and Mawu gave a pout. Things were going so well! Lady Selene had warned them about Vragen, Lord Jet's newest lackey, and had given them explicit orders not to try to engage him. Lady Selene didn't know how the twins' power stacked up against Vragen's, or how much of Malchiresa's power had been left behind, and she didn't want to risk losing the twins in a premature battle. But, they were also instructed to safely bring back the party at all costs, and that might mean confronting Vragen.
Liza and Mawu each lifted one of their hands above their heads, immediately creating a protective barrier that would shield them, Haruki, and anyone else located in their immediate vicinity from the attacks of Vragen's army. But Shadan was outside the barrier, and it didn't look like he was going to be giving up this fight to join them any time soon...

Shadan ran after using the attack and flew up into the air and used a dive manuver to get inside the barrier a split second before the barrier was finished forming
(sorry, I'm just tired of fighting Vragen and ain't in the mood to right now)

((I am assuming that anyone who did not post participation in the battle remained within Liza and Mawu's range.))
"Link arms, quickly!" urged Liza and Mawu in unison. Their attunement to the White Tower ensured that the barrier would hold indefinitely, but they were still wary of Vragen now that he weilded the power of Ares. The sooner they could vacate the area, the better.

The armies of Ares decended upon the barrier, trying to find a way to crack it, but Vragen saw an opportunity to do one better. He focused more energy into the palm of his right hand and ran at the barrier. He would attempt to touch the barrier and use his massive energy to transfer the spell all around and through it.
The dimensional anchor spell should still be successful on keeping those within the barrier, which, at this point, included Shadan, from being able to teleport or in any other way leave this plane of existance, or this area, unless they could somehow overcome his demonic magic.

Zenith stood within the barrier, but once they were told to lock arms, he looked around frantically. He realized that Mizar was no longer where he had placed her. He began to freak out, shouting at the group, "Wait! Where's Mizar? I set her over there," He indicated the spot where he had left the imp, "but now she's gone!" Zenith feared for her safety, as she did not seem to be able to defend herself, so what may have happened to her?

(ok, no about the leaving plane of existance, no spell can prevent shadan's ascention, not that i plan on having him ascend, I'm just saying)

As the being held Mizar, another being appeared. In its hands it held a metallic collar and, on its wrist, a metallic bracelet. Taking Mizar by her head the new figure clamped the metallic collar around the neck of Mizar. This collar-bracelet combo was called an a'dam, a ter'angreal that allowed the one wearing the bracelet to control the one wearing the collar in terms of their manipulation of power. The wearer of the bracelet could also inflict immense agony and nausea on the wearer of the collar at will. If the wearer of the collar tried to remove the collar, touched the collar, or thought of harming the wearer of the bracelet or attempting to take the bracelet from its wearer, the wearer of the collar would experience the same agony and nausea. As a safeguard the collar can only be removed by the person wearing the corresponding bracelet.
As soon as the collar was in place, Mizar would most likely awaken. If she was unfortunate enough to touch the collar or try to free her self from it, she would experience unimaginable agony and nausea as soon as she touched it or thought of freeing herself from it.
Mizar's location would probably now be plain to all within the barrier as Jet's voice echoed in Vragen's mind.
Do not exhaust yourself trying to keep them here. Seth has already been dispatched to the White Tower as a messenger. If you can keep them there, then please do so. Some of my power is already working there and they only need remain there for about a minute before the Chains of Hell grab those that are holding the barrier there. ((I love the Wheel of Time series! lol. And okay Turtle. It seems like you're pulling some aspects of that series as well Turtle. Am I correct?))

((Never heard of the series. You might want to change the collar into gold. Mizar isn't affected by any physical objects made of metal, but she can be ensnared by binding spells that use gold.))
