TK smiled, and kissed her forehead. "Im sorry." TK then hit her in the gut, knocking the wind from her. Her unconcious body fell against him, and he layed her down on the ground. The three other soldiers looked over in curiosity, and hesitated to come over there, but they did. TK focused hard, and a sphere of crystals enveloped Aexis, sealing her inside a little chamber. She could breath in it, and if she really wanted to, she could definetly get out.

Turning to the three, he nodded to them. "Time to go. Now." The four soldiers launched into the brush, TK being faster then his subortinates. They were headed due east, towards HQ. An overhwleming sense of guilt, and self-hatred enveloped TK. what have i done...?

Feeling the wall before actually seeingit, he ordered a retreat and crystals rapidly formed on his body, enveloping him, makign a wall of armor. "Team Saber, when i say run, i want you to run as fast as ou can back to Aexis. Understood?"

They nodded, and awaited TK's orders. A Rapier formed in his hand, and he held it in a attack pattern.

TK watched the whole thing happen, and his body froze, unable to move. He was horrified at what he saw. Team Saber walked over to his "dead" squad, whom were brought back from the dead, to KILL HIM. They looked horrible, thier once proud armor now dented and cracked, thier emotionless faces draining the blood from TK's face. His crystals shaked as he did, but he stood firm, assesing the situation. 25 of Alpha company, and 3 from Charlie company. Not exactly good odds, even for TK. what made it worse was that all of his enemis KNEW him, and they knew how he fought, and they knew his lmits. Assesing th situation made him feel more at ease with this horror scene, but not too much.

"TK, it seems we have a new mission: Kill you. Im sorry, old friend. But now you must die." LF358 said. A small gesture was made, and instantly, 28 highly trained soldiers charged TK. The crystals formed armor on TK, and he harged as well, willing to use his bare hands. Time seemed to slow down as they closed the gap between the two forces. And as slow as it had been, it sped up, and TK collided with his squad, now his enemy. The blows were lighting quick and deadly, the battle intense, but heartbreaking. Punch and kick connected with his crystal armor, and TK landed blows on Alpha company, his diamond hard fists and legs launching TU490 and FJ009 bodily into the air.

Aexis woke with a sharp stabbing pain in her gut. She groaned loudly, clutching her stomach. Her heart throbbed heavily, and tears rose to her eyes. She bawled quietly for a minute or so, trying to ebb the pain in her abdomen. At length, she picked herself up and looked around her crystal barrier. "Did you really think this would keep be behind, TK?" she shook her head, and rang out with an off-key shriek, which shattered the crystal prison around her and reverberated throughout the forest. As she stood, she was overcome with a primal sort of instinct; the urge to protect. TK was in mortal danger, and she was far away. Her consciousness left her, and she changed to her Lycan form. Letting loose a bloodthirsty howl, she dashed off in the direction TK had gone with the children.

A couple minutes later, she reached the clearing where TK was. It seemed as though a huge battle had taken place there, and there were six dead people at TK's feet, all wearing armor similar to the kind he'd had before. She could smell a foul magic in the air, and she knew immediately what had happened. "That b*****d's paying for this," she vowed darkly, her speech masked with a feral snarl. She sprang to TK's side immediately, her wolfish eyes bright with fear, and her tail lashing madly. She sniffed and inspected his various wounds, determining how much damage he'd attained. She shook her head. "Don't try to talk. Lie down." She ushered him so he was lying on his back, and sat hunched over him, like a sentient gargoyle. She closed her eyes and hummed a soft melody, and her fur seemed to flicker and glow like a gentle flame. Her healing magic got to work quickly, soothing the pain in his wounds and easing his mind as cartilage righted itself, bone fragments rejoined, and tissue knitted itself back together. Tears leaked from her eyes. I could have prevented this if I'd been here...

Aexis' heart throbbed with his agony, and she whimpered softly. She padded to his side and sat, leaning her lupine head against his arm in as comforting a manner as she could. She would have changed forms, but her emotions didn't allow her to.

Aexis didn't move away from him. She swung her tail, and said softly, "TK, you couldn't have avoided it. It was you or them. They weren't themselves; they were accursed. You can't honestly blame yourself for their fates." She looked up at him, pleading, begging him to try and calm down.
