Nuriko stated, although he was sure he would be able to take on a couple of them if need be. He wasnt all that fond the the idea. It would probably just make matters worse for the two countries and Hotohori-sama.
"Lets hurry, that little baka will probably invite herself in for dinner with them all given the chance."
He reminded himself that she hadnt actually ate yet. Regardless of the country, the palace always had lots of fancy foods and nothing that Miaka wouldnt eat.
"Actually, I hope to not find out weather I can sense her in danger. But she will be when I find her..."

Yui lightly nodded to Nakago and silently watched him make his exit. She already knew that some of the things Nakago had to suddenly go do probably had to do with their recent intruder that left them behind schedule. It seemed things kept coming up before they could actually discuss their plans concerning Kutou. Her gaze than fell on the maid and nodded at the woman before following after her.

Korin-Chan ...Just don't overwork yourself, it's the worst thing you can do. Meilichan I agree! Take your time! We are all your FAMILY so we are hear to support you! (haha i said the F word<3)  It's a bit late for that...~_~ Relatively speaking..I am already overworked. I''ll spare the story...A: Because it may take a while...B: Because I'll probably just get more bitter..and we don't want that.
You and that F word...At such a young age too...Though..that would be quite a picture...A Miaka/Nakago/Subaru family portrait...Perhaps a projuect for you Miss Chan?
Eep...catching up...difficult...especially in the face of everything else...Hope I didn't overstep or anythign like that...- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Korin-Chan As the spy departed and Nakago began to walk down the corridor again, the all too familiar giggle of Keiko echoed across the hall. Behind him, the tiny Subaru look-a-like materialised with a devillish grin upon her lips, from what could be seen...she had been watching and it would be obvious as to who's orders she was following.
Toroki may have been somewhat older than his fellow seishi (Approximately double their age, if not more) but he was not foolish and he had already seen the peculiar look within Nakago's eyes - suspicious of this, he had ordered Keiko to remain although unseen and to watch in case he attempted to make any more moves against Sairou - it seemed he had spies too..
He had sworn that Sairou and the Byakko seven would remain peaceful and would not attack those of Kutou but if Nakago dared to attack them first, there would be no mercy...
"I see you!" She cooed, clasping her hands together as her smile grew. Meilichan Miaka walked up to the gates and nervously laughed as she walked inward. She then walked through the city and then felt her stomach drop. It was so different from Konan. Even though the first people she met in Konan weren't the nicest...these people weren't even in the slightest better. They all stared at her. Could they possiably know she was the Suzaku no Miko? She wasn't wearing her school clothes...so how could they? She looked around at how plain miserable the people looked. "I feel so bad...they all look...so sad" she thought to herself.
Miaka then reliezed she was completely lost. "EHH?!?!" she screamed loudly getting weird looks from the suscipious enough people. She rubbed the back of her head laughing and then walked over to a random women. She poked her back and nervously asked the women:
"Excuse me...can you please point me in the direction of the Kutou Palace?"
The lady looked at her and didn't respond. She seemed to just point her finger westward and shook it. Miaka was confused but smiled and bowed anyway, "Thank you very much" and she turned her path.
As Miaka was walking all she could think of was Yui and what might of happened. It wasn't fair, why was Yui pulled into the book too? What would happen if she was the Miko? And exactly how would the two of them be affected? She frowned just thinking all the answers.
Miaka then lifted her head and there right in front of her...was the palace. She gulped and and squeezed her backpack's strap. She then clenched her eyes and proceded placing her right foot closer to the palace and started to make her way in through the gates. Korin-Chan "Although I only saw two of them," Subaru began when they were a suitable distance away from the guards, "I sensed that there were far more, I would have assumed that at least another two were around the palace somewhere although they were not nearly as significant in regards to power as Nakago was," She finished and folded her arms across her chest.
She glanced around the bustling alleyways and then turned her gaze towards the palace within the heart of the city - no doubt, Miaka would end up there if they didn't find her first and she somehow did believe that her return would make matters any easier for the priestess - she had seen Toroki's signs and knew of the danger, she had to be careful...or, she would have to think of something at least.
"I'm not sure which direction she has gone, but perhaps if we make our way towards the Palace we will bang into her - either that or you should be able to sense her if she gets in trouble, no?" Yue Kurine "Great. Lets just hope we dont have to run into any of them."

Her gaze than fell on the maid and nodded at the woman before following after her.  ::The maid servant led the way down the halls straight to the dining hall. Soldiers made their rounds, all but oblivious to them, other servants scurried this way and that, doing their many duties. She led Yui in and prepared her place ever respectful in everything she did.:: 
ninja ninja ninja : biggrin ue to the business of Kutou at this point in the day, Miaka was overlooked in the hustle and bustle of the main gates...and Subaru's power let Her and Nuriko pass unnoticed, but the entrance of either of them would not be lost on Nakago. Kutou was much as it was when Subaru had last left it..the city, there had n ot been time for much change, though the mornings celestial events might have scared some of the crowds away. Key points of the palace were gaurded not only by standard soldiers, but also black clad men who most thought they saw for a second, and then after perhaps a double take, decided it was just their minds playign tricks on them. Subaru had her encounters with them..so she knew what too look for...Nuriko might not..with only a little prior encounter experience. Miaka would surely only see the regular gaurds, and since the palace was not as busy as the main gates...she was quickly spotted by gaurds. She was not identifiable...but she did stand out enough...he fact that she had come straight to the palace didn't help either. The guards at the main gates approached, and a single elite waited int he shadows:: "Halt! Who goes there...what's your business here?  :: It appeared that it was not over yet. The childish laughter brought Nakago out of his state from the visit to the Emperor, and he stopped and turned to see who "saw him" still.::
::He smirked::
"Apparently, the Byakko end of the deal has not been honored. Your prize has been returned..and yet still you are here...in one form or another."
::About to step towards her, he paused yet again. At the south seal...the south gate. If Nakago didn't know better about what they were dealing with, he might have greater security put in place. But simple soldiers could not be expected to thwart Seishi.::
"And so she returns as well...how...convenient..."
::His eyes narrowed, Yui would be waiting, but he did not want to leave this little one galavanting through the palace. What to do about this..."little" dillemma.::
"The lady Yui is going to be quite broken when she finds out about this intrusion. Any trust she could have afforded you will most assuredly be lost."
::He smirked once again, and then turned. He would return to the dining hall as well...he would be with Yui as the events that would follow this intrusion would unfold. He walked steadily, at a soldiers pace and could be heard approaching the dining room::
"Lady Yui...

The tiny child trailed after Nakago, her little feet patting against the tiled floors as she clasped her hands together and smiled. He had broken the deal first in preparing the attack - so she had nothing to be guilty of, there was nothing wrong with maintaining an eye on matters here when you did not trust a little boy (Besides - she wasn't even from Sairou so in theory she wasn't breaking any promises at all.
"I do not come from Sairou!" she chimed in merrily and began to giggle, "You misjudge me and you claim me to break their promises!" she continued and then took an incredibly large breath, releasing a really loud scream down the corridor.
"It is YOU who sends your little ninjas to THEIR home to try and start a WAR against THEM. YOU BROKE THE PROMISE, NOT THEM!" She shrieked, her voice loud enough to be caught in many of the rooms around the crea.
"You are MEAN, a LIAR and a USER - You are SCUM for what you are doing!"

Miaka sighed from relief thinking she made it through without getting stopped by any guards. She wiped her forehead and brushed her bangs out of her face and hunched over her back so VERY relieved.
But then when she heard the screaming yelp from the guard she felt her body straighten out like a board and felt nervous sweat form on her body. She slowly turned around trying to losen up and be less suspicious and then rubbed the back of her head laughing nervously.
"Umm...Hello! I am...the uhh...new...chef!! Yes chef! You know the one your emperor ordered? Yea, I'm here to get my chef on! Can you point me in the direction of the emperors chambers...please?" she said loudly and oddly. Miaka was terriable at lying and was painfully obivous about it.
Miaka then just let out a huge smile and nodded hoping the guards would buy the tall tale. But then again what would be worse? Being caught by guards...or Nuriko. Miaka didn't even want to IMAGINE how bad Nuriko would yell or if he even tapped her...

"My 'promise'...was for the return of the earring and to allow safe leave of the foreigners from Kutou. And that has been allowed. Whether you are from Sairou or not...you were meant to leave as well. You came with them...and thus you were to leave with them. They should never have brought you if this was what was going to happen. And you have made my job easier...for as close as we are..and with your ruckus...the Lady yui will be aware of your prescence, and because of you, and the return of the flower from Sairou..." ::He smirked and chuckled:: "...SHE will surely have no faith whatsoever in the denizens of the other countries. So once we make the neccessary changes in Kutou..."
::he trailed off at this point, still smirking, having never raised his voice beyond a certain level.::
"I am finished with you now"
::He turned once again and stepped through the door into the dining hall, casting a barrier around the entirety of the dining hall as he went.::

I think we better...." ::eyeing her:: "... detain you here..Until we find out whats going on...."

The commotion at the front gates, drew more attention than just that of the guards. Nuriko happened to be approaching but a short distance away. He spotted Miaka almost instantly than his attention went to the guards giving her trouble. If it wasnt for Subaru's protection they most likely wouldnt have been able to appraoch unnoticed.
Nuriko brought his arm down on the back of the guard's neck, not using his strengh to its full potential, but still hard enough to render the man unconcious... as well as give him a rather nice headache upon awakening.
"I dont think that'll be nessesary. We wont be staying long."

ninja ninja ninja ::The black clad warrior perked up in the shadows...some excitement for a chnage, but he waited...it was too early to do anything. The guard Nuriko hit collapsed instantly..and within seconds, the gate wa son alert. The nearby guards readied their weapons and the hub-bub increased. A messenger or spare gaurd would be on itway to somone of high command...either another elite or the Shogun, but that would take a little time. So far, it wasn't enough of an intrusion to alert the entire palace...but it was another addon to the excitement of earlier in the day.:: "Longer than you think..." ::A higher ranmking soldier bellowed:: "Get them!" ::The closetst guards began to close in on the group::

Nuriko sweatdropped as he watched the guards close in. Perhaps violence was the best idea, but it was sorta too late for that now.
"If you would just give us the girl, we'll be on our way and you wont have to get hurt."
He explained in a serious tone, unmoving from his position. The guards didnt pose much of a threat to him. He made a glance over at Miaka, making sure she was safe before turning his attention back to the minor threat the men possessed.
"However, if you insist. I guess I have no choice."

Subaru began to murmur a set of peculiar words, he illusion falling to reveal the glowing white symbol that shone flew her robes. Her eyes had begun to develop a mild glow and as they narrowed her words grew more intense - rising and falling as the pavement below her began to shudder and craft.
From within the crafts, the whip like tendrils shot upwards, wavering within the air in a similar fashion to snakes, in fact - within a few moments they actually became snakes, foreign snakes that resembled the Egyptian cobra.
"Run." Subaru ordered without turning round, her tone cold as she left no room to argue, "I warned you to avoid this place but you insisted on entering without a suitable plan." She explained once more and turned her gaze towards the black clad men once more, a small smirk flashing onto her lips.
She had more magic in the works...she just had to wait.

Yui gracefully took her seat once they finally arrived in the dinning hall and blankly stared at all the food before her. She faintly wondered if they really expected her to eat all this. Maybe Miaka may be able to pull it off but there was no possible way she could. She softly thanked the servant and glanced around the place, deciding to wait for Nakago before eating. It seemed like the perfect time to do a prayer. Gingerly clasping her hands together, Yui softly closed her eyes and bowed down her head, murming small words that were a bit hard to make out.
A loud shrill down the corrider was suddenly heard and Yui quickly snapped her head up, only succeeded in catching a few phrases of the girl's shrills. Even though she didn't catch the complete sentences, Yui's eyes slightly narrowed, knowing well that the man didn't keep his end of the bargain. Not long after hearing the girl's shrills did she hear Nakago's distant voice. Yui didn't bother to eavesdrop to what he was saying since he never kept her in the dark about anything so she patiently waited for him to enter the dinning room.
Her head was quick to turn as she finally heard him enter the room and a faint smile appeared on her face at his apology, "It's quite alright Nakago, I didn't mind but I suppose the man isn't good at keeping his word like I thought he may be." Yui dryly spoke out her thoughts, inwardly kicking herself for thinking that she may be able to do things peacefully but from what she saw, it didn't seem likely. Both sides had to want it before something like that could happen.

ninja ninja ninja ::The black clad man, realizing she could see, or sense him...basically..that she was aware of him, and that meant trouble, reached in to his cloak and produced a number of poison tipped darts. In a swift motion he began to leap away, and hurl the darts at the same time. He had not one specific target, he cared not if they hit the disturbers, Miaka, Nuriko, subaru, he cared not if they hit the guards, he wanted a distraction, and he would make it.:: ::The soldiers flinched as Subaru's barrier fell and the snake-like things began forming, but urged on by their superiors, moved forwards still. The punishment for treason was far worse than fighting. A selection of them fell to the ground twitching as the elites darts peirced them, or slashed parts of them, the poison traveling quickly and causeing their bodies to convulse violently on the ground. The three closest still standing each chose a taget and approached angrily, on to Subaru, on Nuriko, One Miaka:: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -"It appears that none of them are lady Yui." ::Nakago said dryly, approaching her seat, catching the sensation of Subaru's power gathering at the palace gates::
"It is a shame that they give celestial warriors such a bad name...even if they are our enemies."
::He took the seat on the perpendicular side as her and took in a deep breath::
"We should be safe and undisturbed for now..."::watching her demenour as he raised a glass to his hand from the table::..."do not hold yourself personally responsible for this Lady Yui. Please try to relax and enjoy a moments time with me."

"Hai. But your comming aswell."
He stated seriously as he inadvertently grabbed the attacking guards arm and twisted it behind him before shoving him roughly into another one. One of the darts whizzed past his head, barely missing him. As an instinct, as well as his 'duty' he grabbed hold of Miaka's arm and pulled her over to him, sheilding her from the darts.
"Subaru-san. Let's get going!"
ninja ninja ninja ::The guard with his arm in a twist screamed out in pain and struggled as best he could....quite futile. He collapsed into the guard he was thrown into and the "in charge" guard began barking all over the place:: "Get them already! " ::The elite shot off through the shadows seeking to find others of his kind, or Nakago...whichevr came first::

Subaru shook her head furiously, she had taken note of the symbols placed by her fellow seishi around the borders of Kutou but she couldn't leave now, there was too much at stake and she had to shroud all three of them and run - that would take more effort than controlling the snakes.
"Just go!" She ordered in a heavy accent, somethign that came to her while she was under some type of stress. Her eyes continued to flash and she directed the snakes to encircle and guard her while ducking the poisonous darts.
"I will join you in a short while, but I cannot cloud us all," She pointed out, murmuring a few words as she began to cloak Nuriko and Miaka until she could only see them, "From Kutou head west, you will come to a desert village - wait there and I will join you, Sairou is our safest bet!"
