"Yes, mostly because I know about his parents," he said. "It's told to the angels and believed by those who do nothing but obey that a werewolf demon raped an angel, and she is impure for that reason, and they must both be kept isolated, separate, far apart. Which isn't even close to the easily investigated truth."

((no cars. and the inn is in the middle of a small town... anything would be a five-minute walk or less...))

"I know where I'll take you, and you don't have to change or anything. You're fine the way you are." he said, stopping when he remembered it wasn't his sister he was talking to and realizing his words could be interpreted in many different ways.

She said nothing, but looked back to the hallway curiously. "I'll be right back..." she said, before going towards her siblings' rooms. She saw the door still open and looked in, to see the three drapped over the furniture. "Would you like to try robbing one of my guests again?" she asked sweetly.
Emmett snarled and threw himself at her, but being half blind, he didn't see when she shut the door before walking off. He hit it, shaking the door in it's hinges.
"I'll need t ofix that..." she muttered with a grin as she went back to the angel's room. "I'm sorry, you were saying?" she asked politly, leaving it open for him to continue what he'd been saying.

He was sitting up again once she came back. "Careful about teasing the caged tiger," he said. "Though, a caged wolf would be worse. To continue...His parents were, obviously, a demon and a so-called fallen angel. She was, or would have been, the High Acolyte. Gifted with Innocence, which if she became High Priestess would have made for a relatively peaceful period... Sorry, never mind," he said, shaking his head upon realizing he'd strayed slightly.

"The demon was some descendant or other of the one that came up with Lycanthropy in the form of werewolves. After that one others came up with the other werecreatures one by one, but the werewolves were the original. He was respected by a large group of werewolves like a god, known generally as 'The Immortal' to them. His being a werewolf allowed him to appear partially human and partially wolf, disguised even to angels, so that he could enter the upper plane unhindered. But he wasn't nearly the invisible spy for them that he could have been."
He paused and continued on what sounded like a different subject, but wasn't. "You have to understand, with immortal races a difference in years is generally unimportant. He was around two hundred and she was about sixteen, I think. When they met, I mean. He used a specifically crafted form that looked and acted not much older than her, however."

"He loved her even before that, and was able to make her believe she loved him. You see, beings not of exactly this plane can't really 'love'. Not the same way, at least. As far as I can tell, being a werewolf makes one lowered or heightened into this plane...I'm not quite sure how that works, but it seems to make sense, to some extent..." He trailed off and sighed.
"I'm even more drained than I thought. I'm probably going to start babbling nonsense soon. My gift is Wisdom, and I have so much experience stored up that without any check it would flow constantly out of my mouth. I can usually keep it sealed with a holy spell, but not in the case in which I've used too much magic..."
