Melody rammed through the door and her black hair flew with the breeze of coming in. Did Cronus talk to you guys yet? Or is Xiax ok? She said looking at him.

Antares nodded. "Yes, such techniques take quite a while to learn, but I am confident that he is capable like you said."
He took note of the grin on his face. "It's probably best that we do...I know I'm going to regret this but...I assume you would like to do this?"

Antares looked at Melody, quite stunned at her changed appearance. "Miss Rhapsody? Who is Cronus? Xaix is fine, he's just fainted that's all, Mr Yamamoto here was about to wake him..." Antares saw what Ryu was about to do and sighed. "He certainly is a strange one, that Demon..." he thought.

Tasusa came into the weaponry class to verify with Mr. Archaona himself of what was happening to Xiax.

Melody saw Tasusa. Hi. She said in a friendly voice. I no longer have to kill you because I found another way out. So for now until you disprove that I can trust you I call a truce.
She looked back to Mr.Archaona. Cronus is the demon that lives inside Xiax's body. I knew him from long ago and stop staring at my hair. Also if you seperate Xiax from Cronus it could kill them both. I could lead Xiax's soul from his body into a new one but he could get lost along the way. I have lead souls before but this is my first time finding a new body for it.

Antares just looked at Melody, shocked as to what she just told Tasusa. He assumed this would've been his fault since he was the one who told Melody about Tasusa's species. "So, Cronus is his name? Well, that makes things a little easier."
"As for your suggestion, you need not worry about that. Mr Yamamoto and I have found a way that can separate them with a 100 percent survival rate, but unfortunately that goes for both sides. Once it is complete, Xaix will return here, but Cronus will reappear somewhere else on the other side of Earth."

Well I gave him that name but he sounded like he liked it. As for Cronus I think I can stop him. My clan destroyed him a few thousand years ago. I think I remember how, the problem is he will be reborn in another few hundred years and I need some help. Melody was still unconfortable with him staring at her hair. Am I really that different? She said pulling her ponytail over her shoulder and playing with it.

"I see...but then that leaves us with another question: How could Xaix become biologically merged with Cronus? I've heard of spirits entering the body and simply using it as a vessel, but I've never heard of such a thing as a soul becoming part of one's genetic makeup."
Antares bowed at Melody. "I apologise for staring, but yes, I wouldn't of recognised you if you hadn't spoken."

Well there is a difference. Cronus didn't enter the body, he was reborn into it. So before Xiax was about to be born Cronus entered the body. Otherwise Cronus could be related to Xiax. It is not uncommon for family to be reborn into each other. Melody saw him bow. Eh I'll change back once my parents are brought back but right now I feel like my heart is black so my appearance reflected it.

Antares nodded at her. "Well, that does make sense...if only a little...as for your knowledge of how to defeat Cronus, we could use all the help we can get..." He then thought about her comment about her heart. "...that is...assuming you are on our side..." he said in an almost cautious tone.

For now. She said sitting at one of the desks playing cat's craddle with lightning. He he this is fun. She pulled her hands apart and the electricity crackled. Ok let me at him. She said standing up and walking towards Xiax.

Antares stood between Melody and Xaix. "Hold on, Ryu is currently in the middle of 'waking' him himself."
(I know Tasusa's still offline so she hasn't been able to do it yet, I'm just trying to continue the story normally...sort of xp )
He still couldn't really believe this was the same Melody who begged him to fix her sword at the very start of the semester. "Miss Rhapsody, may I ask you something? It may sound like a foolish question, but why has your persona changed so...so drastically and in such a small period of time?"
