Bah, you just have to get your own and get used to it. We got Liz a day after getting the dog I grew up with (we'd had him since I was about ten months old), and I hated her guts. I wanted her to die. But sure enough, just a week in, I was already in love with her. She's just like that though. She won't let you not like her. She's like a little kid who's always jumping around you, waiting patiently for you to throw a toy her way. ^.^;

Which is probably why I hate the dog next door so much. Goddamned flea-ridden ******** mongrel decided to chase my ancient cat across my own goddamned yard. She was sitting on OUR porch. On the OTHER side of the property. Stupidass BEAST. And his owner just sits there and guffaws. Har har. SOOOOO hilarious.

I have a cat. I used to torment it quite a bit though...one time it crawled into a plastic bag like cats like to do. So, I picked up the bag with the cat inside and spun around with it. The cat didn't like me after that. But since then we've become psuedo-friends and I don't get clawed everytime I go near it anymore.

I did similar things to my cat like have water gun fights with her. She didn't really enjoy it as much as me rolleyes what can I say I was 6 mrgreen

I once had a fish and he died cause I put too many toys in the aquarium.
