After awhile of planning, Rayne walked out of the room and decided to take a short walk. Hmm...continous battles...not really good...all warriors do need a break once in awhile...and it is to regain stamina... He thought to himself silently as he wander into the garden that was located behind the castle of the Ico. He looked around finding some of the Ico members were training through the area and some of them were doing practice drills and some were sword fighting, but of course they will not kill any of their own members. Rayne looked around as he walked through the area avoiding the members that were training. He stood there for a moment at the edge of the garden and gazed into the sky. It was quite clear with no clouds that formed abstract shapes. He shakes his head for a moment and continued walking.

"I need you to secure something for me, Kaze" Matsu said with his eyes closed, as the transparent creatures continued to come and go. "It is a moutain, which has been very difficult to take, as it is being controlled by ice-witches, and their pet demon owls, which stop most of our advances" he explained, as he did so, the mountain came into view with the beautiful ice-witches, a top their fearsome demon owls. They seduced most demons and people with their beauty and voices, only allowing those who resistated temptation to go into the mountain.
Grinning Matsu began. "From my research, I believe if you can manage to make the witches of this mountain like you, and resist their charms, taking control of the mountain will be simple, and allow us access to the considerable magic inside of the mountain." As he got up the illusion of the mountain disappeared and taking out a little bottle, he sprayed Kaze with a sweet smelling perfume. "That's made of a special herb, it will keep you at your senses, a little better, and it's excellent for attracting others" Matsu said with a twinkle in his eye. Handing him the bottle, Matsu smiled.
"I hope you enjoy your trip, I'll be waiting when you return." he said as he waved a hand to dismiss Kaze.

Blinked as he was silent during the breifing, studying the moutain in his head as the words flowed to him. A look of dissappointment fell onto his face as he frowned, he did not want to do such things again...last time he had been on a mission like this was when he was chained and forced to love a mistress he did not even like. shook the thoughts from his head and stepped back as he was sprayed "Gah!" the smell was weird to him, he didn't like it but took the bottle anyways.

"Err....Do I have permission to slay along the way of those who oppose me and the witchs with their pets? or just travel....and must I always be the one to go to missions that will break women's hearts?" he blinked abit, trying to reason a way out of this. " I do not want to go and...do these women whom I have little care or respect for....I'm better off killing them..." his speech was slow and rash, trying to get out what he means without being rude.

Matsu laughed long and hard, he held his side as he did so. Wiping a tear from laughing, Matsu composed himself taking a calming breath before starting. "Oh, you could try to kill them, though I must say I wouldn't fancy you as an ice sculpture, as many of the people who attempt to kill them have tried. Besides which, if you win their favour, they may help us in case of an enemy attack. The reason I'm sending you is because you have little care or respect, and are not likely to be seduced by them. " he explained calmly while still grinning. "And to answer your under-lying question, no I won't send anyone else, your the perfect man for the job." Matsu said laughing. "You can probably reach the moutain fairly soon tonight, go in the dawn to try to get up the mountain, that's when the witches are at their weakest, when the sun just peaks above the horizon. I'll wake you when you should get up" he said grinning. "Now, get going"

he frowned at this, and sighed. he rubbed the back of his neck and looked to Matsu, then the direction of the moutain. he was frustrated with missions such as these. he turned and walked back into the building to get his gear and sword. his tail swayed violently in the air as he walked off, its movements heard as it sliced the air. "You owe me for this!" he yelled over his head before going in to get his vest and jacket. He slid his gloves on and grabbed his sword, he ran out and and put the sheath on the belt. "I'll be back as SOON as I can...I do not want to stay there a moment too long..." and with that he jumped up, his wings opened out and started to flap, blowing wind at Matsu as he got off the ground, then flew off towards the mountain.

Matsu coughed on some of the dust, waving his fist at Kaze as he left. After he was out of view, Matsu laughed. Kaze certainly had an attitude, which only served as amusement for the nine-tailed kitsune. It was alright though, Kaze would get the job done, no matter what, there was a proverb Matsu remembered -"Better to be the one who does his work grudgingly, then one who says they will do something, and do not"- he always liked that quote as he found it worked with most workers these days.

After awhile of walking around, Rayne rallied up a group of the Ico members to prepare another assault, but this time during the night hoping to catch them off guard. He thought to himself as they all prepared to gather supplies and continued training until night time. Rayne was preparing himself by making sure the plan would not fail this tim and planned ahead by getting a map of the third base that was outlined by a Ico scout that infiltrated the base earlier.

Rayne stood there as he assemble another group of the Ico members and three elite members to follow him. He looked around as many of the other Ico members were still training to prepare themselve for many different situations in combat. Many of the members that he was taking have already recovered their stamina and the mission was to infiltrate the third base and recover any plans that the Ico rebels was planning, yet it was also to kill the official to cut off more power of the Ico rebels.

A rebel grabbed the hand sticking out of the dirt. "Thanks man!" the mage said to him. Together they walked into the cottage. "Dude, I owe you." The rebel turned to him and smiled. "No you don't...I'm just doing my job!" He pulled the book and the bookcase swiveled around. "Quickly!" he said. They entered the gap in the wall before it swiveled shut again. "Where is this place?" the mage asked. "It's in the Tunnel of Truth, constructed by the Architect himself." They walked along the clean-cut walls of the tunnel. "I admire him. He's a genius when it comes to mathematics. We really need him on our side."

A hand stuck out of the tiled floor of the Architect's study. The Architect pulled him out and together, the rebel and him, they pulled the mage out. They dusted him off and sealed the cover. "I apologize for the dirty tunnel...but it's the best I could do." The mage smiled. "It's okay, you saved me!" The Architect walked to his table and turned to him. "How can I ever thank you?" The words pleased the Architect. "Could you possibly tell me what's going on in the prison?"

Rayne prepared the assault towards the Ico rebels, but he had a feeling that he is going to need a third group to stay guard of this base of the Ico and told many other elites to stay and they agreed without hesitation. Rayne told the rest to move out and they did so with great speed. Rayne and some of the members leaped into the shadows and moved towards the forest. He know what his assignment was and it was to kill the Ico rebel general and there were about seven of them. There were about six official, but now it was five , since he have taken down one of them. He moved swiftly knowing that they did not have much time and he had already planned ahead of time to make sure there was no flaw.

Kaze flew to the mountain and made some of the journy up by flight, the night's cool breeze against him. His mind racing with thoughts on how this would work, and wether or not these missions were something serious or just amusement for Matsu as he had sent him on several before. He sighed softly, seeing his breath from the cold air, it was snowing as he got further and then stopped to land, he could stand the cold but couldn't withstand the random blizzard which had occured. "I must of been spotted....Damn owls..." his eyes scanned around as his pointed demon eyes were muted half way from the blizzard's scream. he jogged up, ignoring the pain in his body and concentrated going up. His mind figuring how to avenge himself on Matsu...maybe establishing his own base on this mountain would change Matsu's mind, but figured it as too much work as he did not want to over stay his welcome with the witchs. After several hours of running, Kaze had made it to the summit of the peak, he was covered in snow and skin was completely black, his lips were blue. As a warrior he could survive such things and being a demon he could over come it. The three witchs appered and after a long and restful morning
((I'm skipping alot of details...partly because some of it might be inappropiate plus its a long enough post as it is ^^;; ))
they came to a agreement, all of them, swooned by Kaze. The blizzard was over and Kaze walked to the edge of their cave. "I must really kill Matsu for this one day.."

The air fell from the Orges head, as he stepped into the light. He had never left his station before. Something was calling out to him, no someone, someone was calling him. The voice echoed through his head, each word as powerful as the last. He took two steps forwards, the light beaming off his armour. He turned to face the statue above the doorway and bowed. The word Valheru burnt strongly in his mind. He took his hammer and held it one hand tightly, before standing straight, and starting his journey. He didn’t look back as the building where he once spent his life fell to pieces; the crumbling never left his ears.

He took each step like the last, not turning his head, stepping on anything that stood in his way. His foul smell filled his own nostrils, but it was one of the few things he enjoyed. He never stopped; each stride brought him closer to the voice.

Josh had slept for ages in the dark tunnel. Ashen rahman had been kind enough to speak to him in his subconcious. The ' architect' had dropped josh in the dark tunnel as an escape route, yet the elf still didnt know where he was going. He yawned, more for the indulgence of it than out of fatigue. Josh was suprised when he found his bow still on his shoulder and his quiver on his back. He thought the Valheru would have stripped him of all possessions during metamorphosis but it seemed not so. A great magic was certainly at work when it came to the valheru josh was assured of that. The young elf picked himself up from the dusty floor and decided to head in a random direction, it was dark so wherever he went he didnt think it would make much difference.'Overlord' was still sheathed by josh's side, it gave him a certain sence of power and gave him great relief. He continued on, still unaware of his wherabouts and stumbling on many an occasion. Josh knew he wasnt getting anywhere fast so again he sat down and tried to think of a way arround this. For once he was ashamed to say this... he would have to work with his valheru counterpart buried within his subconcious.
if you can here me valheru i need your help, we need to get out of this place, can you work some magic to get us out of here

Silence over came josh and again he thought he was all alone. Then there was a low rumble and Ashen Rahmans voice came through loud and clear.

Ahhh it seems we are in a difficult predicament, and although i do despise the elven race i will help you so that you can help me.... Grab hold of the over lord, and use its magic against the walls... if they do not break , then use it to light your path and guide you.

Josh was confused but did so. He grasped the elven sword and barked a command in an ancient tounge. The sword sparked up and reignd out a fire attack on the nearest wall. A loud clash was heard but not even a scratch appeared on the stone. Josh decided that would not be the best thing to do, so another command in the same ancient tounge was spoken to the sword. within an instant the sword illuminated and the elf had light.
With a smile Josh walked onwards thinking that things were starting to work out.
