She glanced at him and raised an eyebrow. "Our?" She shook her head. "You made that rose...I didn't." she said matter of factly, with a heavy sigh.

But it reminds me of you.....Maia the black rose...you the Red rose....then it reminds me of us. Me the black rose and you the red rose-he went and sat by her-

She smiled weakly, rubbing her neck. "Someone once told me that we reminded them of bickering sisters...but we were the same age or a few years apart." She swallowed the thought and relished in it for a moment. "I sure do miss that kid."

She looked at him vaguely and smiled. "Charles...he was like a little brother to me. You probably seen his grave as Lollipop." Audrey fiddled with the end of her sun dress. "He was killed...by a very bad pure blood vampire." She hugged him back tightly. "He was my only human friend."

Ah i see, we shoudl visit his grave everyonce in awhile you know. _he ran his fingers through her hair lovingly but slowly. He then slowly placed his hands on her hips softly-Well we are here wanna visit the rose garden-he said invitingly-

Audrey nodded. "I need to go pick some flowers for him... for all of them there..." She glanced at him and then back to the rose garden. "I haven't been in a while." she said with a smile, clutching his hand and walking towards the door.

-he followed her and went ouside with her, he took her over to a small clearing and there was a blue rose-oh...here's a new one-he smiled at it and kneeled in front of it-hey little buddy...-he touched it lightly as if rubbing the head lightly of a child-

Audrey smiled down at the rose, the blue reflection sparkling in her eyes. "It's beautiful." She tucked a strand of hair behind her ears. The reflectoin almost made her eyes look blue. "Did you...make this?" She asked, looking at him lovingly. "It's beautiful."

Not exaclty....it comes every once in awhile......it actually is blue from the depressed feelings from the everone within 5 miles

Audrey nodded, glancing at him. "It's so...big though." she said touching the soft petals gently. "How...could there be so much sadness in this town?" she said unfathomably. She slide to her bum, putting her hand on one of her knees and looking at the blue rose.

Audrey blushed, accidentily taking off a petal. "For me...?" she said, looking at the tender petal on her fingertips. She gazed at it for a few moments then sighed. "No...I could never keep people's sadness...once the sadness is gone...it'll wilt...right?"

No....This rose doesnt happen when saddness comes....it collects the sadness wasnt it has come and passed attempting to keep people happy no matter how minorly it helps....It just takes the sadness...thats how it grows....this isnt the biggest one i have seen. It was after the first shadow demon attack, The Slaughter of Draziel, they called it. -he looked away hiding his tears because he knew that Draziel came from him. He didnt want for hr to see him cry but you could tell in his voice-I know, I know all too well of this. Every scream and all of that blood. And only to be stopped because of ones he couldnt kill..-At the sadness within him reacted with the blue rose. The blue rose regrew its petal and grew a bit larger.-I never want it to happen again because next time....it wont hold back...

Audrey wanted to say something, raising her hand but then just returning it to her lap. "I...don't get it," she said flatly, having trouble understanding. After a moment of silence she just touched his hand gently, rubbing it fondly. She turned back to the rose and watched how it enlarged and swallowed with unease. "I...don't get it." she mumbled again. "Why can't you just destroy it...? Then all of the sadness will be diminquised. Wouldn't that work or something? What happened to this town years ago...tell me Damien...please."
