In all honesty I do see Goku winning this. But I'd feel pretty foolish if I stopped debating now after I challanged Kamikaze to 100 pages... sweatdrop

Cool, Thanks lol. Oh yea have we thought about things that could possible happen? Because in the RP Goku juiced Superman up by sending a ton of solar energy directly into him at point blank powering him up.

I do want to discuss Solar Flare, and Kaoken.
Solar Flare, LS?
Amplify nearby star?
Create light, what?
Kaoken, fire?
Multiplies all aspects?
How high can it go?
Can it be doubled with SSJ, etc?

Finally . . . it's settled. The hard work of those for Goku finally paid off. But I haven't forgotten you, Andrew. Single handedly supporting Superman was pretty impressive. This was a great debate.
And I second the idea of simply debating aspects of the debate, though a winner is settled.
About the Taiyoken . . . I think Goku would figure out his error eventually. I also believe he would only use such an attack at base form, when he could make up for the mistake. I've never seen Goku use the Taiyoken as SSJ and above.

Can it be doubled with SSJ, etc? The Taiyoken is light speed, as light moves at light speed. Probably could amplify a nearby star's rays, as long as they actually were emitting light rays. The sun is a star, after all. And no, the Taiyoken doesn't create light, it simply amplifies it. Kaioken isn't fire. It's simply another colour of ki aura. It multiplies strength, speed, power, and durability, but not endurance. It drains that faster. I believe it can go x20, if I recall correctly. And Kaioken was used with SSJ when Goku fought Pikkon. However, Goku mentioned that doing so in the real world would result in some kind of power failure. Meaning that it was only accessible in the Other World.

Enigma Master Andrew Cool. And thank you Vegeta comeing from you guys that really meens alot. Now we've established that Taioken would increase Superman's power. But the real question is... By how much? Unfortunately, we never find out how much the sun's rays are amplified. However, we do know that the Taiyoken's rays are many times brighter than the Sun's rays, though no definite number is given. Thus, finding out how much of a power-boost Supes would gain is next to impossible to figure out.

If I have some spare time in the near future, I'll search for scans of instances where the Taiyoken is used, prefrebly in Dragonball. As for now, we'll have to leave this aspect unfounded, though it's fact that Superman would gain an incredible deal of strength, especially considering that Goku would be relatively close when the technique is used.

Ok then. Well as brought up in the rp again. If they where to fight above the Clouds Superman would gain more power up there aswell. Not nearly as much as from Taiyoken.

Agreed. However, I do believe Goku would eventually catch on to his light advantage, and avoid using the Taiyoken, along with keeping the battle low. Still, by the time Goku figures this out, Superman would have gained a great deal of energy.

That was me, comparing the harsh zero-atmosphere environment of space to being frozen. And yes, I believe that Goku wouldn't freeze due to this. Becuase as we see in Dragonball, Goku drops off an enemy on the moon using his Power Pole. Though this was brief, it takes a fraction of a second for the effects of space to work on something. ((However, I'll disregard this for the RP to make it more interesting.))
