Having enhanced hearing, Asphodel could hear Alora but she could tell that she didn't want them to know so she respected those wishes. Well, all the wolves but the leader were dead now. Asphodel approached him and sat down next to were he was lying, panting for breath. Je had an awful wound and she took out some powders and bandages. She bandageded his wound for him and said, "we never asked for any trouble. We were here in peace. We never meant for all these deaths but sometimes instinct just takes over in us. I hope that you can understand." Asphodel explained, running her fingers through the wolf's matted, blood-stained fur. She scratched him behind the ears and comforted the wolf, trying to make him understand that they came in peace.

Alora kneeled next to Asphodel, feeling pity for the wolf. She knew she shouldn't since it would tire her, but she placed her hand upon his forehead and closed her eyes. She knew he was in pain, bad pain too. She never knew how exactly, but she could feel herself pulling the pain out of him. She felt the wolf resisting, but she took her other hand and held him still as she continued to concentrate. Slowly the pain condensed into one area, the head, and he let out a sharp cry. Finally she drew it from his skull. A faint red mist seemed to float out from his head and dissapate. Although his wounds were still there, he no longer felt any pain. Alora opened her eyes, not releasing his face from her grasp, feeling slightly light headed. "Please do not continue to attack us. We are sorry for your friends," she gestured toward all the bodies around them "But we had no choice. We really didn't want to. Understand?" She looked deep into his eyes.

"If I had a say in the matter." Je said. "There is a higher power than even me, I was just sent out because they saw you as a threat to there state of living." Je took deep breaths trying take in the shock. "I wish I could stop it, but I am just a minion just like so many others." Lienshall hovered over to the others still in his state. "Is there anything else you can tell us?" Lienshall said with reluctance. "No not if I wanted to die and my family." Je said mournfully. Lienshall floated back to the dead wolves, he closed his eyes and made a lifting motion with his hands. Seven sections of dirt seceded from the ground, floating in the air. He then concentrated on the wolves and placed them all in separate sections. "For you comrade." Lienshall said in a shallow voice. "Takamakura de nemuru." (Translates to "sleep in peace")

"Maybe we could help," Alora suggested, glancing at Lienshall with hopeful eyes. "I mean, we just took down an entire pack of wolves... Which we are sorry for... And if there are others like you, maybe they will help? It's an idea," she sighed, looking down the ground which was still stained with blood. Instead of being replused, Alora was reminded of her thirst. Throwing up the blood had caused her to become thirsty all over again. She stared at the bleeding wolf with hunger, but shook her head and backed away slightly so that she wouldn't have to smell the pleasant aroma.

Je laughed hoarsely and then coughed. "It's not that easy, it would be suicide trying to even confront them" Je replied. 'Maybe we can find who these people are, while keeping Je safe.' Lienshall thought, looking at the worn out werewolf. "Where is your family now?" Lienshall asked. "At my den safe in hiding," Je replied. "What are you thinking wind caster? Whatever it is it can't be good." "I was thinking I can do research while we protect your family," Lienshall answered. "Would that be alright? I will swear my life for your family and I think Alora and Aphodel would agree also." Lienshall's tone was very sincere and calm, trying to relax Je's nerves.

Alora gave a small smile, "I would swear by my life if I had one to swear by," she giggled then became serious, "But I would be willing to help keep your family safe. Before I can keep anyone safe, I need to hunt. Be back in only a moment," She ran off, searching for the source of the soft thudding of paws against the ground. Within minutes she came across a mountain lion. She swifty drank, kissed it's head, and ran back to her group. Licking her now stained red lips. "We should go, sunlight may not kill me, but it's supposed to be bright today and it does hurt," she sighed.

"Very good point." Lienshall said. 'We need split up the team to ensure the other person is safe.' He thought, trying to figure out a plan. "Aphodel, I want you to escort Je to his home," Lienshall asked. "And Alora you can com with me to grab a couple books. Does that sound good?" This wasn't going to be easy for any of them with Lienshall researching and protecting, also Alora and Aphodel couldn't be out in the sun for very long. "Try to go as fast as you can to get your destinations," He said generally. "Morning is hitting fast. Good luck." Lienshall smiled, then quickly grabbed Alora's hand and said, "Are you ready?"

Aora nodded and smiled, "Yep! And if It get's too bright and i still need to be in the sun, we can stop by my place and get my umbrella," She told him. She gave Je one last sympathetic smile before turning to leave. "Lets go,"

Lienshall closed his eyes and aspirated into the air. They ended up at his house right in front of the door. "Where from here is your house?" Lienshall said inquiringly, he chuckled. "Wow we have been out so long that we haven't had time to go to each others houses."

Asphodel stood up, she looked up at the sky and was grateful of the thick leafy canopy. She then looked down at the wolf, "would you rather walk or be carried?" She asked him, smiling gently.

"Whoa!" She gasped when she suddenly appeared in front of Lienshall's house. "I live over there", she pointed to a wall of hedges that shielded a small two story house with a flat stone path leading to a large porch with a bench swing. It was across the street and three houses away from Lienshall's house.

Lienshall smiled at Alora, "You get use to popping in different places after awhile," He said. "Perfect, shall we go then?" He grabbed Alora's hand and ported to her door. "I could just materialized inside you house, but that's not gentleman like."

Alora giggled and lifted a stone sitting in the small garden next to her house and pulled out a spare key. She opened the door to reveal an open living room with no TV that took on a Victorian Gothic look, quite different from the exterior of her house. "Hold on," she told Lienshall, rushing upstairs to her bedroom where she changed into a pair of black skinny jeans, a form-fitting black T-shirt, and pulled on a pair of black and white stripped fingerless gloves. She skipped downstairs where she grabbed her black umbrella. The top was solid black, but the ends trail off into a black lace with an intricate pattern. "I think I have everything I need, I'm ready too- Wait! Hold on!" Alora rushed back upstairs where she reached under her bed to grab a dagger that an old friend had given her a while ago. The hilt was made of gold with a large blood ruby embedded at the end. The blade had engraved writting in a language she could not read, and it curved into a sharp point. She placed it in the sheath and attatched it to her belt. She ran dowstairs, now feeling more prepared she finally said: "Okay, now I'm ready,"

Lienshall checked out Alora casually, trying not to stare or zone out. 'Hmmm Battle ready and sexy,' He thought. He held out his hand, "Shall we?"

Alora blushed lightly, but not having enough blood to fill her cheeks, it was only a slight flush noticing Lienshall giving her a quick casual look-over. She smiled. "I think we shall," she took his hand.
