Ok?Melody looked away from Elena. Um yeah. She turned and started to walk away. Vampires killed them. Antares, who had been staring at the same page of the ancient book for a while now, saw Ryu enter the room with the unconscious Xaix. He stood up slowly. "So, you found him."

Ryu came inside carrying Xaix who was still unconscious. "Yea, though I don't what happened to him. He seemed fine but then suddenly he fainted."

Antares looked at Xaix, then turned to Ryu. "I see, well, while you were gone, I found something that may seperate the boy from the beast...but it's....risky, to put it lightly..."

Ryu turned instantly as soon as Antares said that. "What do you mean risky? And where did you find it?" Ryu said as he put Xaix on a table.

Antares pointed to Ryu's book, currently open on his desk. "I found a chapter about the existence of two life forces within one body. It says that there is a dimension which can be opened and used to separate the two. When the body enters this dimension, through a portal which a demon of high power can open, such as yourself, the two minds enter a sort of dreaming meditative state. Once this happenens, the two bodies slowly split from eachother, no matter how they are exactly connected. It's an extremely long process, but because of the magic inside this dimension, ten minutes here equals approximately three years there, which should be long enough to free Xaix from the beast's control..."
He paused, simply staring at Ryu. "Then comes the 'risky' part. Once the process has finished, Xaix can be transported back here....but...the monster will also be transported, the new portal being somewhere on the opposite side of the globe. If we free Xaix, we free it..."

Ryu thought deeply what Antares had said. "I see...that is one complicated situation. If we do that he could be freed, but...it would too." Ryu thought again.
"Can't you call the sages to help you lock him up somewhere or defeat him? That thing can put us all in danger, and I seriously doubt that with our current power we could do anything to it."
Ryu had heard that such a thing had happened ages ago. But the demon that had possesed the person perished.

Antares shook his head. "Even if I did call the Sages, there's no way of exactly pinpointing where the beast will appear. All we know is that it'll be on the other side of the world, which is a very vague description in terms of location. In any case..." Antares looked to Xaix, still lying motionless on the table. "I do not think Xaix could handle holding the beast inside of him forever."

"I doubt anyone could. As to what I sense from Xaix. That thing he has inside seems very powerful. I don't think it's something that could just be gone that easily." Ryu thought about the portal that Anteras had mentioned.
There is one demon technique that consists of creating one portal that consist of two parallel portals. The theory within was complicated, but it could actually help by sending the thing somewhere else, or atleast for some time while they thought what they could do to confront it.
"There is one possibilty that Xaix and the thing possessing him could be sent to two different places. Not forever but...it could help us save some time." Ryu said looking at Antares.

Antares contemplated Ryu's theory. "Hmm, if we integrate that technique with that of the separation dimension, it could work. However, we would need to actually teach this technique to Xaix himself. According to your book, once one body entered the portal, no secondary one can enter too."
"If Xaix learns this technique, then chances are he could send the beast to somewhere else, possibly even an exact location he could pinpoint for us, while at the same time opening one here so he can return safely...what's your opinion on this?"

"I suppose that would be the best thing to do, but...it would take him a while to learn the technique. It is rather complicated, though with his power I think he is capable of handling it." Ryu said now looking at Xaix.
"Shouldn't we wake him up?" Ryu said with a grin in his face. He knew just the exact way of waking him.
