[I received approval from Hotaru to use Rockets. Obviously, so long as they're just random, and not relating to any of the previously established Rockets from the series. X3]
Ran may have hesitated, but Yasha appeared to have no second thoughts as she launched herself at the upper torso of one of the dark clad men. Knocking him off balance, and flat onto his back, he gave a startled scream. For a moment, the beast and human's gaze locked on each other. Then, Yasha gave a low growl, before howling with rage. ~I know your scent, Rocket!~
Sphinx had managed to gain on Poke, and ran only a few feet behind her as she took note of Hitsuzen's absence. "Where did she go!?" He shouted ahead to her, eyes darting about ahead of him to catch sight of his Mistress. As he saw no sign of her, he looked a bit irritated. She would be ahead of them by means other than running, no doubt.

realising they were rockets, ran charged forward towards the second rocket. Since his foreleg was still a bit sore he decided not to put any more pressure on it, and insdead released his hydro pump attack, which would send the rocket flying
noticing sphinx behind, she replied back to him. "l have no idea! one minute she was here the next she was not! mabye she teleported?" since the third rocket was free and it appeared the other pokemon were attacking, she may as well to. with a quick flick of her wrist she had retrived her staff from it's resting place, on her back, and jumped into the air ready to smash it over the rockets head

After the Rocket Yasha had stood on began to struggle, the Umbreon snarled and snapped her jaws in the man's face. Apparently afraid for his life, and for good reason, the Rocket slowly moved one hand to his waist. If he was reaching to release Pokemon, or to grab his own weapon, one couldn't know. It only took a second for Yasha to notice his movements, and she took no time in jerking to one side and sinking teeth into the wandering forearm, drawing cries of pain from him.
"Maybe..." Sphinx had replied to Poke, more in a hiss than a concerned tone. He'd address Hitsu's foolishness of putting herself too close to danger later. Darting between trees, Sphinx leapt toward a shadowed figure past the point where the others had been. Apparently, three was not an accurate statement. Drawing back an arm, Sphinx lashed out at the Rocket in an attempt to knock him off his feet.

when the rocket was knocked down by his attack, ran shot out an aoura beam to make sure he would stay down, but the rocket dodged it. ran growled and imitating yashas attack he jumped at the rockest leg and used his bite attack, which caused the rocket to cry out in pain.
"you stupid little b***h!" the other coket shouted, and unfortunatly brought out his pokeball and released a arbok. Evidenly a smack to the head wasn't enough to bring him down...no matter! she brough her staff up again and aimed for a low swing to the stomach, but the arbok was able to catch it in his mouth. The two were now in a lock down match, both trying to push eachother down. Though poke did not want to be beaten by a lowly rocket pokemon...

A hollow crack sounded, and Sphinx carelessly dropped the limp body of the Rocket he had taken hold of. This man had been giving chase after something, and Sphinx glanced in the direction opposite of the commotion. He could hear inhuman whimpers, and the scent of blood had caught his nose. Not a lot of it, but whatever was ahead was clearly injured. Where was Hitsuzen?
The Umbreon had resorted to clawing and biting at whatever on the man she could grab hold of, apparently bound and determined to cause him as much pain as was possible before he lost consciousness. Too soon for her, this happened. Though, rather than finishing the job, she left him lying on the ground and stepped away. His wounds, if treated, would not be fatal. Though, he would carry many scars from her mauling.
The first thing she took notice of was the Arbok attempting to block Poke's attacks to it's Rocket trainer, and she growled. Looking elsewhere, she took notice of Ran, currently distracted by a Rocket of his own. In a rare gesture of an alliance towards a human, Yasha leapt toward the Arbok. ~Back away from her, your cowardly Master deserves what he gets!~ She barked, snarling at the large Pokemon with no hint of fear. Body lowered a bit as hackles raised, suggesting that she would attack if her demand was ignored.

ran wasn't as ruthless as yash was, so when he brought the rocket to the ground he stoped there, and jumped away to see who else to assist. As he looked he began to use his nose and caught the faint trace of...blood? not the rockets blood, but something else...
lowing his nose to the ground he trotted off in the direction of this scent. He wanted to know who it was coming from.
As yasha growled the arbock hissed and immediatly backed away. The smalled pokemon for some reason scaring it. poke was amazed at how effected this was. "wow....thanks for the assistance.." she said, and then thrusted the staff directly at the arbock, knocking it cold.

Only sticking around long enough to witness the fall of the Arbok, Yasha quickly leapt away quickly toward the direction that Ran had fled to. No reply was given to Poke's thanks, but one could assume that she held a bit of softness toward those Hitsu had known, or else she wouldn't have interferred at all.
Sphinx had also followed Ran, apparently concerned about the where abouts of his Mistress. His eyes had no trouble seeing clearly in the darkness, it was the damned rain that was getting on his nerves, and into his eyes as he ran. Cursing to himself, he finally caught up with the Vaporeon, and Yasha sped up not far behind.
Only a few feet ahead of them laid an Espeon, a unique species, yet this one seemed one of a kind. Quite the strange sight in such a dark forest, and holding a very apparent glow against her body. How was this possible? Out of her distress, she would surely be looked upon as beautiful. To some, perhaps the wounds upon her could be over looked. Her form shuddered in the cold rain, her back to the three. Her ears and the tail lying limply on the ground, let alone her coloring, strongly hinted on what she was.

ran faltered in his pursuit when he saw the espeon lying there. He could tell she was injured, and need help, but at that moment he brain seemed to stop working. The glow she gave of made her look...look....
he shook his head free of cloudy thoughts, knowing sphinx and yasha were just behind him. Making a dash over to the espeon he stoped just a few paces from the body. She didn't appear to be moving alot..was she head? cautiously he approached and nudged her gently, to see if he could get a reponse

The Espeon's quivering did not cease with Ran's gentle nudge, in fact, she gave a shrill cry, and curled herself up into a tight ball. Apparently afraid of being harmed further, and vainly trying to protect her body. Only a moment later, she'd rolled over to face him. Eyes held shut tightly, a forepaw was blindly swiped in his direction. She was trying to scare him off, from the looks of things.
"Watch it!" Sphinx had shouted, taking a step backward. Peering at the creature strangely, he wrinkled his nose a bit at it. "Is it... Glowing?"
"Yes, she is." Came Hitsu's voice, as she stepped out from the vegetation on their left. "I got rid of the last Rocket, I think." She stated, standing with one hand grasping her forearm. Not injured, perhaps a nervous habit.
Sphinx, despite looking relieved, took only a moment's hesitation before shouting at her. "Don't you know better than to go running off in the dark by yourself!" He growled, taking the few large steps he needed in order to separate the distance between them. "You're going to get yourself in trouble, you know that!?" He barked.
A sudden clap of thunder, and as the rumbling died down there was an apparent sound of laughter. A dark, yet amused sort of chuckle. It seemed to come from no specific direction, aside from above them. If anything, it seemed to move with the wind. "My, my... Just who's the pet, here?" A masculine voice questioned in the air in a mocking tone, appearing to speak from all sides at once.

ran's ears drooped once he realised how much she was shivering, and how scared she was... He backed away to give her space, and also heeding sphinx words. But he did not think she was going to be a threat, with her so injured. But the idea that she though he was gonna hurt her....
He flattened his mane down and bent low to the ground in what was a submissive pose, to show that he wasn't a threat.
"it's ok...l don't want to hurt you" he said in a gentle voice. For some reason, trying to gain her trust seemed as imporant as anything...
meanwhile, poke had followed them and stoped at the edge, watching the scene take place. She felt better knowing everybody was safe, althought she was interested in the glowing pokemon...
When the voice came up from no where she jumped what was seen as a few meters. gripping her staff for dear life. "where is that voice coming from??" she questioned while looking all around her.

The Espeon's quivering did not cease, yet after several moments she slowly opened her eyes. Looking upon the other two Eons, and what appeared to her clouded gaze as three humans, she whimpered lightly. Shifting herself to her stomach, ears flattened against her skull, she barely brought herself off of the ground with all fours. Slow steps were taken backward, as though she wished to run. Of course, from the shaking of her limbs, and her heavy breathing, it was obvious that she was far too exhausted to carry on for much longer.
Yasha seemed a bit surprised to see a creature such at this in the forest, and quietly peered foreword at her curiously. She quietly stepped up next to Ran shortly after, sitting onto her haunches beside him. Apparently, she didn't care much for making herself appear submissive. ~What are you doing here?~ She questioned, calmly. It was then that the rumbling of thunder had drawn the Umbreon's attention away, and she lifted her head toward the trees as the rain poured down harder than it had been previously.
Hitsuzen, on the other hand, appeared to have frozen where she stood. Fear was not a normal expression that she held, but it was plain on her face. She heard the laughter through the thunder, perhaps the same moment as the other present that had more gifted hearing.
To the questioning, Sphinx snarled. Turning his own attention to the sky, he looked blindly in all directions. He saw nothing, and this angered him. He recognized the voice, and he did not enjoy sensing the fear in Hitsuzen, nor Poke. He growled loudly into the storm, "Show yourself!"
Apparently, this demand did not go unnoticed. A flicker of lightening at first brought light through the branches, and revealed nothing. In the blink of an eye, he was there. A large humanoid shadow in one of the trees, caught in the light for an instant, yet enough for one to visualize his features. Dynast quickly leapt from the branches and to the ground, without so much as a stumble as he landed hard on his feet, less than a foot before Sphinx. "You know, I really dislike your attitude." He glared to one side at Hitsuzen, then to Poke, and back to Sphinx as he spoke to him coldly. "Always spoiling my fun."

what was he to do? He noticed yasha sit next to him out of the corner of his eye, but he was more concered about the espeon back away. "please don't run away!" he said to her. "we just want to help you..."
He also looked to the sky when it began to pour down, and for once in his life he wished it would stop raining. All this rain was likey to make the espeon cold, or even worse, make her sick...
poke shivered when the man glared at her, feeling her body seize up in fear. "what the hell are you doing here?!?!?" she then shouted, while bringing her left foot back and holding her staff out. "this isn't some game we are playing here!". remembering the rockets from before she wondered if he was with them. "are you with team rocket?? cause if you are then you better get out of here, before l really beat you up!"
Though, she secretly thought it wouldn't come to that. She didn't think her skills would do her any good in a situation like this.

Oh yes, how she wished that running were an option. However, trying to do so would most likely only succeed to injure her further. She swayed on her feet a bit, eyelids falling briefly as though on the brink of fainting. To Yasha's question, she whimpered yet again. Then, she spoke. Quietly, barely audible over the talking between the others. ~Trying to...~ She started, looking from one Eon to the other with a pleading expression. ~Escape them...~ The Espeon leaned foreword further against the rain as it pelted down fiercely, shivering.
~The Rockets?~ Yasha asked, eyes narrowing into tiny red slits. A quiet growl rumbled in her chest a moment, but the Umbreon did not move. The sight of this brought back unwelcome memories, and she did not like it. Hesitating a moment, she simply watched the Espeon shaking in the rain. Then, she slowly rose to her feet without another word, and wandered off into the darkness to be alone.
Sphinx had leaned backward a few inches as Dynast landed, and sneered at him as the Mazoku leaned up close to him. Anyone being up in his face pissed him off, and even though he had the tendency to let his temper go out of control, he knew better than to throw a punch at the man before him. "You're not welcome here." He finally hissed, attempting to sound as cold and intimidating as Dynast.
"Don't do that..." Hitsu muttered toward Sphinx, casting a worried look in his direction. Clearly, she was of little help when it came to restraining Dynast in any way.
Dynast offered a chuckle toward Sphinx and Hitsuzen, before turning his attention to Poke. "Not to you, perhaps." Her first statement on his behavior answered, and then he cocked a brow at her. "Those humans?" He looked disgusted, "Hell no, I've only been watching them since they trespassed here." To her threat, he laughed loudly. It took several moments for a reply, "You!? Yes, yes. You go right ahead and tell yourself that..." A smirk creeped across his lips, and he leaned toward her to meet her level, and attempting to make eye contact. "You're not fooling me, girl. I can taste your fear..."

escape? she was trying to escape? he searched his mind for a reason why and remembered the rockest they saw before.
"don't worry, we already defeated them. Your safe now.." He finished yasha's wuestion, and watched her leave. Now wasn't the time to be abandoming her to the elements..
He couldn't really think of anything else to do, so to help her stay dry he walked up next to her, trying not to make any sudden movements, and held his tail fin over her head. It didn't keep all the rain off., but at least it kept her head and shoulders from getting wet.
not only was she shvering from the fear, she was now shivering since it decided to pour down at that moment. Gah, stupid git. She watched him laugh and felt more annoyed. Theres was no point in hiding the turth, though she always wondered how animals were able to do that. "so? who gives a dam if l'm scared, l'm still gonna kick your a** if you try anything funny.!"

The Espeon gave a deep sigh, perhaps relieved. They were gone, or so the Vaporeon had said. She tensed a bit as he stepped up next to her, and visibly cringed a bit. However, she seemed to calm down a bit when she noticed what he was doing. Lifting her head slightly to look up to his tail, she smiled weakly. Before she could offer any thanks, her body gave one last shudder against the cold, and she fainted.
"Oh no!" Hitsu had shouted a moment later, dashing away from her two pets and toward the fallen Espeon. She was doig her best to ignore Dynast, and had watched Ran instead. "We've got to get her back to the cave." She looked toward the other three, frowning a bit. If they could stop fighting, they could get out of here sooner. "Sphinx, Poke!" She pleaded, trying to at least get their attention. Dynast? He could stay out here for all she cared, but she had the feeling that she was hoping for too much.
Dynast merely grinned at them, giving a dark chuckle. "Such hostility." He stated, eyeing Poke a moment. "Best learn to hold your tongue around those of such noble bloodlines, foolish girl." Narrowing his eyes a bit, he simply vanished.
Growling, Sphinx stared at the spot that Dynast had been standing in. "Arrogant p***k..." He hissed, hands balled into fists. One of these days, he would certainly make that guy shut his proud mouth. It took several seconds for him to turn his attention to Hitsuzen, and looked toward the Espeon quietly upon doing so. It didn't look good, even he knew that.
