Goose: OE. gós (pl. gés) = Fris. gôs, gôz, MDu. (and Du.) gans, OHG. (MHG. and G.) gans, ON. gás (Sw. gås, Da. gaas):{em}OTeut. *gans- (cons.-stem): --OAryan *ghans-, whence L. anser (for *hanser), Gr. χήν, Skr. haṅsá masc., haṅsῑ fem., Lith. {żąsìs, and OIr. géis swan. Connexion with GANDER is doubtful.
Moose: [Prob. < Dutch moes (Middle Dutch moes), cognate with Old English mōs, Old Frisian mōs, Old Saxon mōs (Middle Low German mōs), Old High German muos (Middle High German muos, German Mus), of uncertain origin
Different etymological roots, ergo, different conjugations. (Fine, I'm an OED freak, I know.)
I hope that everyone has the language packs installed to view these special characters...

Oh geez, have you ever seen that Brian Regan performance? He talks about this... http://youtube.com/watch?v=olw1blUcRz8(It's just put to Naruto lip-syncing, ignore that if you want to, and also ignore the little title credits.) You seriously think he's going to say 'meese,' but he surprises you...

Oh, dear god, I don't feel alive... Oh, Gawd... that just made my day, especially considering I just realized something real depressing. Meh, I lol'd at that whole thing, even with the crappy Naruto clips.
I'm gonna have to look that guy up on Limewire, now.

...Flock of moose? That's what it's considered? I figured it was a pack of moose, or something like that...
