I would have to say Ken Jenkins probably. He's great at portraying his character. Same goes for John C. McGinley because they're the same kind of character, although Dr. Cox shows his emotional side more often than Dr. Kelso. Whenever I watch a scene with one of them I always believe what they're saying. Zach Braff is also a very talented actor, director, screenwriter and good at improv.
