Momiji darted out from behind the clouds, then quickly landed on the ground of the Gardens, his eyes alight with childish excitement. He simply adored flying, but more than that! Yes, more! Phage had told him to be here today, and she'd been pretty happy, and told him that someone would be here to play with him today! The excitable rabbit had immediately agreed to come, always eager to play and have fun. His hand raised to shield his eyes as he began to move quickly through the gardens, almost running as he looked about for his playmate.

River was walking from the river into the Gardens, her eyes looking around. Bel had sent her here, saying an old friend of hers missed her. Being curious as to whom, she set off at a fast walk. She notes Momiji... and smiles. He'd grown and he looked nice! She couldn't wait to talk to her friend again! "Momiji!"

Momiji's feathers ruffled slightly as he heard someone call out to him, and he quickly turned. His eyes widened and he smiled more brightly than ever as he caught sight of River. He rushed to her side and wrapped his fingers around his first friend's wrist, leaning back slightly as he bounced in delight. "River! Oh wow, are you here to play with me?"

River smiles wide at his eagerness. "Still the same Momiji... Yes I am. I've misses you, Miji." She tilts her head, looking at him, examing how much he's grown. "But you're bigger then last I saw you. That's good."

With an open, happy laugh, Momiji posed, twirling slightly as he showed off for his friend. "Of course I'm bigger!" His wings spread as his arms half-lifted out to his sides, his eyes glittering. It didn't cross his mind that he was still pretty small, retaining all of his childish charm. "What should we play?!"

River laughed happily, watching the younger blath. She HAD missed him, she was very glad to see him tonight. "Ohhh I dunno... What's your favorite game, Miji?" She tilts her head, smiling softly as she watched him.

Miji stilled for a split second before letting go and rocking back on his heels, tilting his head back and placing a finger to his lips. His favorite game? He loved them all, it was hard to decide! "Oh! Maybe we could find a way to combine all them into one super great game?"

River smiles and ponders all of this. "Well let's pick one or two and start with them, then we can work on adding more to the game!" She was amused at his eagerness.

"OK!" The hand holding his staff bent up behind his back as he leaned forward, his other hand going back out to his side. He was SOOO excited to see River again! "What about Tag and... I don't know! What games do you like, River-chan?"

River smiles a little. "Hmmm... Tag... well I'm good at Hide and go Seek, but that's a lot like Tag.... I don't know lots of other games, other then like... card games."

"What about Old Maid?? Maybe we could put that with Tag somehow! I'm sure it would be SO much fun!" Momiji nodded enthusiastically, pleased without thinking that it would be hard to do. "Or we could do something else! Anything you like!"

"Something else, I think, Miji... I'm not sure how one would put a card game with an active game." River blinks at the idea, trying to make it work. She was going to half to remember not to over do this, though... No using her training! That'd be not fair to poor Miji!

"Aww..." Momiji cast his gaze downwards, slightly disappointed that they wouldn't get to make his new game. But he quickly recovered, eagerly bouncing forward again. "Maybe we could go swimming! Or have a water balloon fight or something!"
