I like most of the characters equally but Kyo is my favourite and Akito my least favourite.

Well, out of the main characters (zodiac & tohru) here's the order of who I like (most to least):
1. Kisa!! whee heart blaugh 4laugh
2. Hiro! 4laugh
3. Kyo
4. Tohru
5. Momiji
6. Rin (i don't know that much about her, but she's really pretty xd )
7. Yuki
8. Hatori
9. Shigure
10. The rest xp

i can't stand Ritsu and his Mother. there the only ones i really can't stand.

I've only watched the anime, so I don't know some of the characers (i.e. Rin and Kureno..
And I'll only do this for the zodiac characters.
Here's my list. I added a few other characters, though.
Shigure > Momiji > Haru > Hatori> Hiro > Akito > Kagura > Ritsu > Yuki > Kyo > Ayame > Kisa
