kairi_girl73190 hey i just watched that movie yesterday! I love it too! Yay! ^_^ Dude..I love the beginning..how it starts off with the scary incident and then as soon as Olivia starts looking desperately for her dad the music begins.....it's like 'w00t, Basil to the rescue!' xd

-eternal phantom- I love Vincient Price as Rattagan. I think he did an awesome job. I love that movie also. No one else in my family likes it. It is kinda depressing that there aren't many songs. I love musicals because I can sing the songs! Hehe. Oh yah..don't get me started on how he's the coolest rat...er! Big Mouse I mean... mrgreen razz I wish I had a nice voice so I could sing too blaugh

i watched that movie so many times wen i was little my mom had to re tape it the i ruind that tape so i no longer have a good copy of that movie

I was never scared by anything in this movie, but then again I do love that which is scary looking so it's really no surprise.

The great mouse detective is one of my favorite movies =3
I found it amusing that they had that Nigel Bruce cameo in there X3;; oh, here is some interesting trivie 4laugh the Japanese title of the film translates to "Olivia(-chan's) great adventure" XD, just as the rescuers down under translates to "Bianca's great adventure" >.>;;

yeah I have heard of and have the movie....................It is truly a great film....one of my closest friends love that movie a lot

I just saw this movie again after years and years. I really like it. I didn't remember it being so suggestive though! (like the bar scene)
