I HATE HATE HATE Shen and Lao...too much HP, and I can't get past either of them.
By the way, wth is a wolganos and lavasioth?

They are the most annoying wyvern to gun, because they fly constantly.

I have to say the Monoblos and Diablos. I usually don't keep my earplugs skill with me, so their roars can ruin me.
And the Black Diablos is one hell of a monster to predict. When that beast goes underground, it literally chases you.

 Well not sure about saying Basarios sucked to encounter. I only got hit once by the thing. Kinda predictable IMO. Tigrex sucks......so do the Blos.

I have over 150 hours on my file, and Tigrex still intimidates me Solo. Not even kidding.
Most of those hours are multiplayer, though.
I don't even think I'm that good in single player, since I'm a gunner. It's not easy to be a single player gunner.

Oh boy if that ain't the truth Lucifer. There are some monsters that are cake with gun such as Basarios (or Khezu in area 1 of the mountains) However then you get things like Tiggy or even Blangonga (seriously that thing is fricking fast) and you just go like WTF!

i would have to say that the rajang and the tigrex piss the ******** s**t out of me. i swear every time the rajang goes super crazy and does it death blast and the weird punching thing i want to kill my self...

If it's getting too hard, try a light bowgun, they have more mobility.
Try to get skills that get your evade and evade distance up.
Earplugs would help too.
Read this, you'll appreciate bowguns a lot more.
