The Doctor led Alexis out of the park and into the city. Luckily, the park was near to where they wanted to go, so it didn't take long to get to Canary Wharf. They approached a big building and stopped outside.
"I'm afraid you can't come in. Won't be long."
The Doctor pushed open the door and entered the building.

The Doctor walked in and held the door open for Alexis. When she was inside he walked up to a counter and pulled something out of his pocket. He shpwed it to the receptionist and she stared at it.
"That's new. Doctor, I don't know why you insist on showing me that thing everytime you come here."
"Just a bit of fun."
The receptionist sighed.
"Mr Harkness is in his office."
"Right. Alexis, you'll have to wait here. Alright?"

The Doctor walked over to an elevator, pushed the button and waited for it to arrive. eventually it came and the Doctor stepped inside and pressed a button. The doors closed and about 20 minutes later the Doctor came back from the same elevator. He stepped out and walked over to Alexis. He was carrying a thick bag with a big bulge in it. He reached in and pulled out a ball, glowing a brilliant white.
"This is the ball I mentioned, and this. . ."
He put the ball back in the bag and then pulled out a glass jar. Inside it was a transparent liquid and inside that was-
". . . is the hand."

The Doctor laughed.
"No no, it's just fun to use at parties. I hide my hand in my sleeve, hold that, drop it, people scream and say "Hey, that's not your hand.". But the best part is, it is."

The Doctor walked over to the door and held it open for Alexis.
