GirUkon Towards your edit: .....It is still porn. Porn it is but it is NOT a site of pornographic material. Only the Ads are porn. Like pretty much most ads, they're unavoidable wherever you go. The site has nothing to do with porn it has to do with body modifications. since it's only the ads that have porn in it, the site does NOT qualify as a pornographic site so thus I believe it'd still be linkable.

Before you say something else, think. What if a mod were to find that link, and view that ad. Would you think he/she would care if it was a pornographic site? No, because it only takes one picture ad like that to get sued for allowing acces to a pornographic image to a minor.
The whole guild will be disabled.

and who cares if it's just an ad?
I do.
Why? because it has no relevance to the sites contents and shouldn't be taken into account as part of the content of the website.

Actually no, Gaia would be wrongly sued and they could sue back for such a thing because the site has nothing to do with Gaia Online and Gaia Online has no control over it. Hell about a million other websites could link to that page and you know what? If you knew your laws and the likes you'd know that Gaia or any other website can't even get sued for linking to that site. Perhaps if it were child pornography then we got a different story because Gaia would probably go under heavy investigation to make sure that they're not hosting any of the material.

Any foreign laws that are not within the u.s. laws as well hold no ground. Sort of reminds me of The Pirate Bay with the tons of legal threats they constantly get from within the U.S. but yet they're based inside Sweden so practically the things they're trying to shut them down for don't even apply. Hmmm ... gravitating toward the original topic ... Here is my tat. Yes, it's on my lower back, but please don't call it a tramp stamp. I have it there so I can easily cover it with clothing in my professional life. I'd love a Celtic cross on the back of my neck, but then I'd have to keep my hair long and down. I drew this particular dragon myself but the symbol is from the Welsh flag. It REALLY needs to be touched up after 7 years. (Has it really been that long?) Stupid tattoo artist was supposed to make it solid red but took artistic license without telling me. I'll have to see what they can do about it when I go back in. I also have my nose, navel, tragus, and helix pierced, as well as three ear lobe piercings in each ear.

Here's a before & after of my very first tattoo. It's my favorite of the ones I have, because I love the colors. There's purple in it. 3nodding  I'll post my other ones...I have to find pics of them though. sweatdrop I heart tattoos. 4laugh I love the colors in your flowers, it really is a beautiful tattoo x0Doll0x, I have a celtic seahorse on my side, it tickled more than anything razz I bet when those flowers got up to your ribcage though it started to hurt. xp

Oh! & that eyeball thing! Just weird! It looks pretty neat but I'd never do it. I've seen some awesome scarification though. I remember when that was just so simple, like lines or brands & now they're just beautiful. I love body mods.... heart

Further Discussion of the links that were once in this thread, will lead to topic deletion, although the thread can be re-created by the creator. If there is further discussion, I am not afraid to ban. Consider you all warned. If you do not realise, the content on the site, is not PG-13... Advertisements embedded into a site, are considered site content. Trust me, there is NO way whatsoever for an ad on a site, to not be embeddded somehow into the code... Even if it's from google... As you have seen, the site had a links to pornographic content, which is sure as heck not PG-13, Which breaks the Gaia TOS. I think I have made my point.

i just got my first tatton like two or three months ago. My husband was deploying and has a job that requires him to takes hi wedding ring off and on a lot. And he had always thought the idea of having wedding ring tattoos was cool. So somehow he talked me into it. Here is a pic, fresh after.  Also before i joined the Army i had my ears stretched to about a 4g. They shrunk when i joined but i am getting out soon for school and have already bought the tapers to get them back. I am going to a 2g. Wish me luck! Oh and i'm getting someother piercings...not being sick or anything but i'm planning on getting my babyfeeders pierced as a coming home present for my husband. IF you are in doubt as to what baby feeders are folks feel free to pm lol.
