If some person runs it, they get to be crew and pretty much run their own forum.

I'd gladly assist in running it. As far as the rules, "races" and "classes" are concerned, I have, well had them down pretty well. with a little review, I'd be back into near-full understanding, but typically fall short on the DMing side.
if someone is willing to DM a game, I'll gladly help with the mechanics of the game for people that are unfamiliar with it.
(for reference I have at least 40 of the rifts earth/phase world books on PDF, and will be happy to share if people are interested in learning)

ok then. I can do that. I'll post in a day or two once I'm ready... I'll start to review things...
And since typically rifts takes place on "Rifts Earth" if anyone would like to know about a certain country or region (look at a map, they're the same as normal, only we get atlantis back), I may be able to send you a pdf for the book/portion of a book, relating to that area.

Also, I've started a bit of an info section on rifts... there's not much there now, but there should be in time... anyone interested please check it out, I'll be happy to do what I can to help make sure everything everyone wants to know is there and waiting to be read

anything on rifts please pm Me, My person all rifts collection is vast and the pdfs I have make it even larger. I'd gm a game, it will take a while to come up with an idea though been stuck in D&D mode a long time lol
